Sprinter Pros is an outstanding company that I highly recommend. I've never had a negative experience dealing with them and always felt valued as a customer.In addition to their excellent customer service, Sprinter Pros also delivers high-quality work. Great Team! Experienced in Sprinters and Sprinter's typical problems. Forward Thinking with Solutions & Suggestions.Sergio and James know their stuff! Friendly and Knowledgeable. Plus Val couldn't be more helpful with a local ride or a cold water on a hot day.We travel the country hoping nothing goes wrong in a region that doesn't have a Sprinter Mechanic. We have seen some of the best (and the worst). Very pleased with our experience at Sprinter Pros! James was both communicative and informative. Photos showing what was wrong accompanied the reasonably priced repair estimate. Our mechanic Sergio knows his way around these complex vehicles and we felt confident in leaving our Sprinter-based motorhome in his capable hands. We traveled a bit to get to this Sprinter specialty shop, but so happy we did so. Obviously we don't wish for anything mechanical to go wrong with our rig, but if it should, there's no question it will come back to Sprinter Pros.UPDATE: We did need more help from Sergio at Sprinter Pros. An accident tore the entire exhaust system from our motorhome. They replaced the system with OEM MB parts and were even able to salvage some parts, saving us $5K in repair costs! Their quality workmanship, customer-attentive service, accessibility of scheduling, honesty and integrity make this shop the only place to service your Sprinter.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection
