Worst tire shop on the planet. Do not let these guys touch your car if you value it. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They don't torque your wheels so good luck trying to take them out in the future. The owner is a narcissist that refuses to take responsibility. BAR has been notified about this place.. I should've known by how dirty their shop is to not leave my car there.

Came in to see Angel and he absolutely gave me an amazing deal on two normal tires for my BMW. His expertise on normal tires/rims and run flats is unparalleled, gave me some great advice on where to go next as far as my build. The shop's also super clean with their displays and I'll look into getting my next set of wheels and rims here with them when I'm ready

I ve been coming here for 5 years to fix my flat tires. They have always charged me $20. They don t post their prices for service and today I go in for a flat tire and once they are done they charged me $30 inexcusable you just lost a long term customer. Communicate with your customers before you do service on what the cost would be!

I started going to Salinas Tires about 15 years ago because I needed a nail puncture repaired. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes and they didn't try and charge me an arm and a leg. I've been going back ever since.Last week I just needed a used tire for my 29-year-old car that I just drive to the store and occasionally around town. They didn't have the right size there, but had one at their other local Whittier shop and they brought it over at no charge. I gave him a $5 tip just for doing that which he tried to refuse but I insisted. I was still in and out of there in about 40 minutes and I could finish my last minute Christmas shopping.I've been going to both locations in West Whittier and also years ago in La Habra.

The mechanics were honest and upfront with price and they don't have you wait long. I would definitely go back.

Picked up my truck today after having the shop install 3in Ready-Lift leveling kit. 3 inch in the front with a 2 inch lift in the rear. 18" wheels mounted on 33" tire . Frank's team delivered far better than expected. I dropped my truck off last night after work and it was ready by this afternoon. Frank gave me his personal phone number so I could bring my truck once all the parts came in. Frank was able to squeeze me in this weekend with very short notice. All other shops refused my business, over quoted me or could not get me an appointment earlier than 2 weeks away. Side note, I did not get any of the parts from the shop. They only did the install and mounting. Still very happy with the finished product. Very reasonable price. I plan on coming back next time I need work done.

Good tires good deals. Frank is the owner so make sure you deal with him. Also his worker that put the rims n tires on was legit. Very solid people, trying to make an honest living. They're there to make their customers come back. Price was super fair! Will definitely keep you in mind for future projects.

If you want something for nothing this wouldn't be the.place for you. If you want quality, great services and someone who actually does what they say, then Salinas Tired is the place to go. I first started going to Salinas Tires around 2004 the Monte Vista location. I met George their and he is awesome. I don't go anywhere else. Prices are great. Workmanship is top notch. The most important thing is people there have integrity unlike a lot of places these days.. How many places have ever quoted you a price and gave you a better price after the work was done?

Took my truck in for A/C repair, worked fine for about a week then it was right back to doing what it was doing before. Took it back to have it looked at and get an oil/filter change. Picked up my truck four days later and was told the A/C was was blowing cold air and was working just fine. Paid 450.00 for A/C repair. A/C blows warm air. Don t bring your vehicle here for A/C issues, unless you want to get burned.

I have used Salinas Tires twice on 2 separate occasions and was pleased both times. The first time I had a damaged tire and they replaced the tire at a very affordable price. Because of their prices, I returned the 2nd time. I was in a car accident and needed a new hood, body work and some tires. I had already received different auto body quotes from other spots and Angel and Frankie gave me the better price. There was some back and forth on price being that I spoke to Angel one day and Frankie a couple days later but overall, we worked it out. I worked with Angel toward the end of this transaction and he was really nice and helped me find a way to pay through their credit program so that I could get the work I needed done to my vehicle. The only bummer is one of the tires I purchased has to continually be filled with air twice a week, which is a pain when you have places to be. I should have contacted Angel to let him know but I live very far from the location so I just fill the tire myself for now. Overall, I had a solid experience and highly recommend them!

These guys are the best. So honest and friendly. I had to come in for an emergency tire replacement. They were knowledgeable and quick and got me back on the road in no time. Give them a shot. They re good. You won t be disappointed!! And definitely reasonable!!!

After we blew out a tire on the freeway, they got us back on the road with a used tire quickly (15 minutes at the most) and not too expensively ($35). We had a dent in our rim also which they hammered out well enough that we could drive home and have our regular mechanic take a look at it later in the week. Not the cleanest or most reputable place but they got the job done.

Unfortunately my car had to be towed in or I would have immediacy left. Not only are they extremely rude, there was not one person, except myself, wearing a mask. The person who was working on my car stood 10 away from my face to talk to me. I think he did it because I was wearing a mask which HE felt was unnecessary. Thank God I had both Covid vaccines or I would be very worried. The owner, Francisco, also had zero customer service. When car was ready he asked for payment in cash and was not going to give me receipt until I requested one. I did have one tire installed which took 5 minutes so I will be taking it elsewhere for balancing

This guy ALWAYS helps me out. Go here if you need ANY repair. I had two new front rotors and brakes AND tires AND an alignment in 45 minutes. Service can be a longer wait sometimes, but uts worth it. Thank You Salinas Tires. My truck rides great

It's difficult to get in and out because the lot is small and they have a lot of equipment and old vehicles on the lot. I was very disappointed to see some employees and customers NOT using face masks. On a positive, someone (masked) came out to greet me upon arrival and took care of me. I had gotten my flat fixed and was on my way in about 15 minutes.

So I dropped of a white wall tire so they can order the same tire....every time I call to see if its ready to pick up they always have a story as to why they haven't got the tire...first it was delivered to the wrong shop. Next it was the wrong tire..and after calling and was told they got it I drove the car to get it replaced only to be told it the wrong tire to come back the next day....going on 2 weeks just to get a tire from a place that says they sale tires...here I thought I was helping a out a local family business with my business......worst tire shop ever...save you money and time shop somewhere else

Called in asked about how much they charge to patch a flat, quoted 20 dollars over the phone. When I showed up it was 30 dollars Because it's a BMW ... They never even looked at the size of the hole or removed the tire

The bad rating is not for the service the service is great there but the quality of the tires is very poor I've purchased three tires within six months because they kept cracking or getting holes in it or leaking something was always wrong with them so I had to go to a reputable place. And I haven't changed my tires since and that was over a year ago.

whenever we need a tire fixed, we go here. $20 fixes most nail/screw holes and they are fast/efficient. Never bought tires from them though, but always see them busy.

I wish other people would have written reviews before I went there so I would've known how horrible they are and would've never even thought about going there. I am out $115 because they gave me a faulty brand new tire that they won't help me replace. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced for anything all the way up to their owner. No one wanted to help me once I told them my problem, they kept trying to give me the run-around. I am just going to let the money go because dealing with these people is not even worth it.

Went in july to get my light's fixed after by November the light's were out again he refund me 90$ back and told me to go to the dealer and get it fix waste of time plus they are rude. They could've told me to go to the dealership since the beginning if they didn't know how to fix my light's

These people are so unprofessional. My husband went today Feb 23 at 1:00pm to get tires. They said they did have them in stock on site, to come back in 1 hour N' 1/2.. 2:30pm. And the car would be ready.. He called to make sure it was ready.. And guess what? It wasn't. Turns out they lied to him. They didn't have the tires he needed. This individual said the tires were in some other shop they own. That someone had gone to pick them up and were on their way back. 30 minutes top. Fine. So he gets there a bit past 3:00. Nothing. It was 4:45 and these unproffecionals had not came back with the tires. At this point my husband is beyond mad. Ans asked one of the men working to put back on his old tires. This person goes and makes a call to see were the tires are at. He's trying to convince my husband to wait 5 min. Next thing, tires are there and all the men working at this shop start working on the tires and mounting them on the rims. He ended up getting the tires. These people will lie to you. And have no consideration for their customers. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T WAISTE YOUR MONEY...TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

Be careful who you talk to there. A tall thing man is ALWAYS overcharging, especially is you are a woman. The other men can be helpful but not him. He tried convincing me that an $80 oil change is what my car needed!

Same day appt to install a 2 inch leveling kit on my 2021 trail edition tacoma and less then 2 hours with alignment for a price that beats all.

I financed 4 brand new falcon tires for my vehicle. The warranty includes lifetime tire repair plus lifetime tire rotation. Within a week I picked up a nail took it back to salinas and almost got charged because I couldn't find my receipt. I showed the manager my text messages from the finance company and he was ok with it but said next time I need the receipt. Today I picked up a screw this time, took my vehicle back with receipt and still was asked to pay. I went back and forth with the worker until I managed to convince him what "lifetime" meant. I'm reluctant to take my vehicle back here.

These guys are amazing, they are open on Sunday and they did my wheel balancing very quick. Great Job, would definitely recommend.

The owner treats his employees very poorly in front of clients. Price on new tires is very reasonable. Parking not to safe to maneuver

I stopped by here after my car had a blowout on the fwy i got there only 10 min before they closed and they were willing to stay open late to help me they got me a new tire mounted in about 15 min for a reasonable price and got me on my way they even took me the 2 miles to my car great service
