Took my PT cruiser in, it had been sitting for 3 years. They said the computer needed to be reprogramed. They had it for three plus months working on it. They kept saying can't find the part. So my car was just sitting there, not being worked on. Finally after so many months it's ready they charged me $1.7k. they had originally told me $500, and they would let me know as they figure it out. They never called me to see if they should continue to work on it after telling me how much it was going to cost. They never called me to ask if that price was good and to continue. I told them that's too much I'm not paying that. They brought down to$1.4k. I felt taken advantage of. I always bring all my cars to them, but this time it didn't feel right. I'm still trying to pay them. I don't go to them anymore. Usually they do a good job, sometimes I have to take my cars back cuz it's not completely fixed, but this time it was just wrong what they did. The computer still isn't good, still having issues but I'm not taking it back to them, just don't trust them anymore.Service: Electrical repair

DO NOT DO BRAKE JOBS HERE!!! I needed brake job for my car. Just for installation of rotors and new brakes pads for all 4 tires that bought them from Toyota genuine parts. Right after replacing within a day the resurfaced rotors and new brakes pads started making noise and whistling. I took the car back to check and I told them that the shims on all 4 tires brake pads which helps reduce noise and avoid overheating the pads are MISSING!. But the guy said those shims are not important if you put them or not! Still they couldn t fix and had the same issue.As the brakes are very important in the car so I didn t take the risk and took the car to Toyota service and I paid another $198 to Toyota service because the forgot putting the shims and springs on the brake pads.They are very irresponsible, unprofessional and never accepted that they missed putting the compounds back and messed up!Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

WOW. I have a 1955 Chevy that had nothing electrical working. It needed a complete redo. Nobody wanted to re-wire it for me, I went to all the local whittier electrical shops and everyone had an excuse on why they couldn't work on my car. I was at my wits end. I stumbled upon Manuel's shop. I told him I just wanted the car to turn on. Since everyone I had previously spoke to said it would take months to do. Manuel asked my "Why did I want just the ignition, when he could do the whole car. I was BLOWN away that he was willing to take on the task of re-wiring my 1955 Chevy Belair from front to back. I just got the car back today. And everything is working and then some. Everyone there was nice and easy to talk to. Thank GOD for S&M and Auto Repair and Electric. I recommend this shop to everyone and anyone looking for LEGIT mechanics. Gracias por todo Manuel.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Oil change

I ve been coming here for years bringing my car, my dad s car and my fianc� s car. It s hard to find an honest mechanic that does quality work but that s what Sergio provides here.
