Highly Recommended for Honest and Expert Repairs.Please take your car here first, because they will save you a lot of money by diagnosing the right problem, instead of just a quick fix. I ve been a loyal customer and I can confidently say that they are the go to place for repair needs.I had a 1999 Mercedes E320 and he found some rare high quality parts for it. Not only did they handle the repair swiftly, but the job was done with precision. The car ran smoother than ever before. It's nice to have the owner Jack no your car inside and out. If you need work done he advises you. If there is no work to be done he will advise you as well. Service that you do not see anywhere anymore. Truly is a family environment. I have been going there ever since he bought the establishment. Wow, this is what you call QUALITY customer service; their name says it all! I've visited a handful of mechanics in Whittier, but none match up to Jack and his team over at Quality Car Care. From the initial call to the drop-off, the staff was nothing but friendly and attentive. Jack himself was a standout, offering honest and clear communication about the work needed on my car. His approach made me feel informed and at ease throughout the service. Finding such dedication and integrity in auto service is a breath of fresh air. Additionally, the pricing was fair and commensurate with the efficiency of their shop. I'm thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable car care! I've been using Quality Car Care for a few years. I've referred my entire family and several friends to them. I have never heard a single complaint, only that Quality Car Care was a great experience and the customer experience is bar none. Everyone I've referred continues to use them exclusively. My sister lives in Santa Ana and brings her car to Quality Car Care in Whittier because of the good clean work, friendly environment, honesty, warranty on work, fair prices and a beautiful clean shop.I know from experience that the owner Jack not only runs a great shop but he is a genuine member of our local community.

Brought Honda Civic in for its 150K major service on a Saturday and car left at shop. Jack was notified of existing issues that required attention and an estimate was provided. He called later in the afternoon to notify of other issues that required service and quoted an updated estimate for approval.Work was finished and final price was actually lower than estimated price by a few hundred dollars, and the car runs great. Quality Car Care consistently provides great service in a timely manner, and provides great customer service. Thank you, Jack and staff!

Quality Car Care is a great car service & repair shop. Family run by manager Jack & son Andrew who are both personable, knowledgeable & helpful. You can set an appt time, Jack will keep you informed of the progress of the repairs. I took my car in for a new battery, gasket set & parts for the rear brakes per Jack's previous recommendations from my last appt where I got a Smog Check, A/C repair & maintenance check. It was ready to go by mid afternoon & is running great. The cost was reasonable & I was able to get a discount with my AAA Card. I highly recommend Quality Car Care in Whittier.Services: Auto battery replacement, Air conditioning, Smog certification, Brake service & repair, Auto brake replacement

Jack and his team are total pros. They do quality work and are completely honest. I took my 18 year old Ford Explorer for an air conditioning issue and oil change this week. Jack thought I had an issue with a wheel bearing that could be dangerous. He said it was a half day job, and he would try to fix it the following day. He called back a short while later to tell me the play in the wheel was not due to the wheel bearing, but rather a loose axel nut which he tightened free of charge. These guys are the best.

I went in for an oil change because Quality Car Care is conveniently next door to where I work I went in on a Monday & got excellent customer service they took my car in & called me when in was finished i definitely would go back again for my next oil change

I brought my vehicle to this mechanic shop after another mechanic shop had ruined my brakes and charged me a lot of money. I brought my truck which is a classic Ford 67 pick up. Jack took it apart and fixed all the problems that the other shop had caused. Jack was very fair with me on the price and I am very happy with how he fixed my truck. I finally feel safe in my truck. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge and workmanship at this shop. I will continue to bring my vehicles here from now on.
