When I embarked on a journey from Washington State in my VW Westfalia, I discovered Jerry through VanAlert and the VW community. His expertise and dedication ensured that I returned home safely without any concerns. Now, with the assurance of finding Jerry again, I feel even more motivated to make frequent visits to my hometown, Whittier. The service was good here u can wait there for ur car but there isn't a waiting room here they give u a chair to sit on or ur more then welcome to go to the restaurant @ the corner or go to HomeDepot... Like I said the guys that work on ur car or SUV or even truck do there job very well...

The owner, Jerry, is an honest guy, who knows his way around car repairs like few others. Quality Automotive is the place I go when I need a no-nonsense diagonsis of the problem. They aren't close to me, but I go the extra mile because I trust what they say. This is a family run business and they are all very welcoming. I always recommend them because you simply can't go wrong.

Family owned, honest auto repair!When my Honda is down I need it running Now....don't have time messing with repair shops that will have some janitor fix my car.They have always been honest, flexible and knowledgeable with me.They did not break your car ....they will fix it and you will have your peace of mind that it was repaired correctly.

You want honesty from your auto mechanic these people are great we've been there many times for many problems and they take care of our problems with our car. their so honest that sometimes that even the delivery of or car part, that should go in the car is not up to par they send it back and get a better one.

I brought my 2000 VW Jetta VR6 in at 3:30pm because the heater core exploded at my feet. They offered me the quick bypass fix and got me back on the road by 5pm the same day so I would avoid having to pay for a hotel. Talk about customer care!! Great competent guys!

They are fair..honest..great quality work with very fair pricing..plus work is done in a VERY timely manner...especially being a female widow with 3 kids...i never feel like i was skewed over or a dumb female...our cars run great.

Very honest took a look at my 2006 passat ran diagnostics found nothing but the car was running fine. Did t charge me because they couldn't find anything I will definitely return if any more problems come up thanks!
