Took my son s car with major problems to Tony & Mike. No non-sense guys. My wife & I were very comfortable with them. They were obviously experts in the type of car make my son has. Despite the numerous major repairs the car needed, they were able to do the repairs in about a week. Thank you Mr. Tony & Mr. Mike for helping my wife & I help our son with his car. He s very happy & he keeps commenting that his car runs great. He loves his car.Now, I m going to take my own car to them for repairs.

My car died in the middle of the road. I had to get towed to Pro Motor Auto because it was the closest mechanic to me. When the tow truck driver pulled to the parking lot it was full. Tony, the owner said, just drop the car off right here and I ll make room for it. I told him what had happened. He quoted me a minimum labor price of $150 plus parts. Told me probably would not be able to look at the car for a couple of days. I said OK and left. One day later at 3 PM Tony called me and said your car is running fine and ready to go. The bill was $85.Thank you so much ProMotorAuto and Tony .

I recently had my brakes done at Pro Motors Auto Inc. in Whittier, CA, and I was very impressed with the service. I had new HD Dynatrac ball joints installed on my 19 Jeep Wrangler. The work was solid and the price was pretty good. All my Jeep peeps out there, before you do any work I'd suggest coming in first and talking to Tony about what you want to do. Tony knows what he is doing and he is a pretty good guy to talk to. I was looking for a local shop in Whittier and a lot of people suggested Pro Motors. Now I do too.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They are honest and fair. We had both of our cars towed there and they fixed one and the other has bad engine. Not worth repairing. They let me keep the cars there for several days as we needed time to make decisions. Recommend highly.

Very honest shop. They couldn t find the part my truck needed but they really tried. They didn t charge me a dime even though they diagnosed the problem. I will definitely go back when they find my part. Mike was very professional and trustworthy.

Service was great! I was treated great and respectfully after dealing with the Fiat dealer Advisor that was so rude and she was of no help at all. Everything was explained to me so well and I appreciated everything. Thanks to them (real car guys) I found out there's nothing wrong with my car even though other "Car Guys" insisted there was. Lol! Apparently some just aren't familiar with how sport mode feels like in a Fiat! Lol! As someone with basic knowledge of vehicles, I appreciated not being taken advantage of and talked down to. Tony and staff are very professional. The location is well kept very clean. Customer service outstanding. Called before starting work to get approved. Did a wonderful job on my brakes, I went back because 1st time I went they did alignment and was hapoy with their job. After they finished updated me on my mileage suggested service. Loved that I was not pressured and they gave me a print out. Decent pricing! I will definitely be going back.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

I took my Pathfinder to Pro Motors regarding a low oil pressure. I spoke with Tony who gave me a worst case scenario estimate but said he thought it would be cheaper. A week later I took the Pathfinder in and spoke with Mike. Mike also told me they would start with the easiest and most common problem and go from there. The next day Mike called and told me the car was done. The cost was much lower than I expected and the problem was fixed! I will definitely be taking my cars to Pro Motors for any type of repairs as they are professional, honest and trustworthy.Service: Engine repair

The guys at Pro Motors did a great job. Tony always greets you with a smile and is very knowledgeable. Ive been taking my vehicles for about 5 years now and always have a good experience.His team was able repair the door lock in a timely manner and didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary parts.Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mike was very helpful when I had a problem with my car stalling. He informed me of the issues in a timely fashion. Parts were ordered, but did not come in due time, which was beyond his control. When the parts finally came in, he messaged me and told me expected completion time.My brake light needs replacement and the crew changed it with no extra charge. They likewise added gas to the tank, as it was low, at no additional cost to me.Thank you Mike and the technicians for the great attention to my car and pleasant customer service I received!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

Tony is great. I'm in Florida and buying a car in Wittier, CA. I found him on the internet and with the great reviews I called him. First off I was happy he answered so I knew I was talking to the owner. He was very professional and helpful. The rate of $120 for a PPI was very reasonable. He called me when it was done and gave me a very good idea of the car and sent me a nicely detailed report. Once again a good visit. My car needed quite a bit of work. Tony has always been good about letting me know what has to get done and what has to get done, but not right that moment. As always they let me know ahead how much everything is going to be and how long it will take. If anything pops up along the way they always call and let you know what it is and see how you want to proceed. So my car is up to speed and I trust this shop to keep it hat way. I have never had any problems with any of the repairs I have had done here. It's always a job well done. I highly recomemd it.

I highly recommended this Whittier business. I got my brakes done as well as some work on my power steering. Tony provided me with a detailed explanation of the repairs and itemized each of the repairs. He took the time to answer my questions. Tony was very helpful, he was very easy to communicate with and he explained the repairs done to my vehicle in a way to myself or any customer could easily understand.. great service.
