I brought my 2009 Ford Ranger Sport into Pro-Auto Toyota Specialist as they were not so busy as other more pricey repair shops in the area. They could take my truck in immediately and have the repairs completed in 1 day. They quoted me a reasonable price on an R&R of the leaking valve cover gaskets. They did an awesome job! They were fair, honest & willing to go above and beyond their typical Toyota makes. They even painted my valve covers at no extra charge. Wow! My truck has no more oil leaks yahoo!

Unfortunately our car has had a few issues over the last year. We re taken the car here on all three occasions and they ve been super helpful and quick about all repairs. Prices are decent considering all shops charge quite a bit for labor. Would continue to bring my car here and would recommend other do so as well.

I can say as we'll wait and see. Lots of car dealerships Italian one thing. But one thing I gotta tell you. They do stick to their word when they give you a price rate.

This is a rip off shop, part exchanger guys don t know how to troubleshoot or diagnose a problem.I went for a transmission problem, they said it needed to be rebuilt, three months later and several trip to the shop they ended up installing another transmission since the original that was rebuilt was overheating and not delivering power to the shaft. Finally, they did want to deal with the problem anymore because the shop they sent the x-transmissions are ultimately responsible for the problem.When I when to talk to the rebuilder he was guessing and could not tell me what the problem was, he wanted to keep the 4Runner 1990 with only 212000 on it for testing.I went to another shop and they told me exactly what the problem was and ended up rebuilding the transmission for the 4th time.Stay away from this shop. They charged me $380 for a valve cover gasket, they left the bolts loose and started to leak againBad mechanics.

Just replace the timing belt on my toyota highlander. Price was better than the dealership. Frank explain what he did and show me old parts he removed. The shop is clean and organized. I Do recommend to get vehicle repaired here.

I've been here with my lexus ls400 and a rav4 both till this day are working just fine. They find all problems and let you know which one is more important to continue driving safe. Incase you cant get all of it done, but overall great place

Did a great job fixing my Toyota truck, had them look at the oil leak and could not find it, explained to me it was a internal issue. He did a road test after replacing the belts and found a issue with my brakes, he notified me about the issue and how much it would cost. After he was done with the work it felt like he had replaced my braking system with new brakes. I would suggest this to another person

I went in for service and got a $1,100 estimate for service, a tune up, brakes and I called my dealer Penske Toyota Downey and their estimate was approximately $350 less for the exact same service. Also the mechanic advised me to not drive my car out because I didn't have any oil which was not true. I am never going outside my dealer again.

I didnt get the name of the guy who helped me out. But I took my 08 FJ Cruiser to get a oil change and to flush my steering liquid and put a fresh batch they did a great job as far as I can feel and I check, my SUV is running smoothly! This business is fairly close to home so I'll keep my business with these guys.

As soon as I walked in, I knew this wasn't a place I wanted to do business with. The place seemed empty and the person I talked to didn't seem friendly. I asked for a price for some work and it was very high. It was for carb work and he quoted me 485 to rebuild it. I said no thanks and he just turned and walked away. I called Ernie's carbs in El Monte and they quoted me 165 and 60 to remove and install!

Frank is a pretty decent mechanic. He was able to order and replace a radiator on my SC300 in about 4 hours. He is very knowledgeable on Lexus cars. Strongly recommend

The cashier he said! I don't have any change, all I have is dimes. So I told him to give me dimes because my change was 38cents and was not leaving with out my change. Stupid boy your manager told you the same thing to give me dimes. Listen next time oof oof

Brought my car in to get it diagnosed because car keped stalling, paid $90, for diagnostic tests, couldn't find problem, but gave a quote for $630 worth of other repairs...picked up my car and left somewhere else!

Crooks.. be careful if u do have to go here... they might fix things that Do Not even need to be fixed & then charge u heavily for it.
