I went to Pete's Auto Glass Center today for my first time. My windshield had small chips and cracks, contained in less than the size of a quarter. The lady who answers the phone was very nice and scheduled me in for this morning. I met with Daniel and he looked at it, explained it was totally fixable. Some places would still try to sell you on a new windshield but not this place. They seem very nice and honest, which I totally appreciate. The price was good and it was fixed in a little less than an hour. I found them using google and then looked at reviews on yelp, which were pretty good. This place has someone who ALWAYS answers the phone, not leaving you on hold forever or never calling you back like most places are now days. I highly recommend this Pete's Auto Glass Center and would use them again for window repair or replacement if needed.

Support your local small business! This place is great. They had the best price around along with super fast and friendly service. They even offered an Uber ride back to my office. I appreciate that they moved my Dash Cam to my new windshield without me having to ask. 10/10 Service!!!

I can't even begin to explain how stupid these people are. Won't look at photos or even ask the make & model of my 40+ foot RV & want me to bring my whole rig in to them when they literally have NO IDEA if they can fix it or not or if they can even locate the part. Girl on the phone was such an airhead who clearly had not but one whisper of a thought in her brain. Pathetic. Congratulations on losing a very large sale if your joke of a company would have even been capable of fulfilling it.

My friends cousin recommended me here and it was great!. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person were extremely knowledgeable , insightful, and friendly. They had the best price out of all the places I called and their service speaks for itself it was the best. When i first got here the receptionist (i dont know her name but she was really nice) was welcoming .The guy who serviced my car today(Ben I believe) was really nice and went over all the codes after my repair and explained everything to me when I didn't understand something which was really helpful and much appreciated. He made sure I understood everything before I left. The minute you get here to after the service you are greated by kind people who seem to genuinely care . It's a great place to get your windshield replaced. Price that's hundreds of dollars cheaper plus the work looks great.

If you need a windshield don t come here. They don t take appointments they tell you to come by early. I show up and they are busy. I tried for two weeks to get my windshield replaced. I told the receptionist I would pay in advance just to get an appointment. I really insisted because it was convenient to my work. I was never able to get past her. I needed repair . I ended up getting a better price. The last time I called it was on a Thursday and the lady said try back on Monday we are getting ready for a show. Idk what that means other than customer service is not their priorityOwner has replied that his receptionist does her job well. Interesting? I litterally tried every day Monday thru Saturday for two weeks to get my repair. Seems to me if they were that busy the lady would just say hey we are booked for the next two weeks. I didn t just show up I gave a courtsey call at 8am Showing up just seems rude. It was my expirience that there s other professional buisiness who will schedule an appointment. Like the place that I selected I got online appointment I got a choice of on site or mobil service at the same price.

Im so glad I found Pete's Automotive Glass Center! Someone broke into my car and shattered my passenger window and this was one of the first places I found online. After checking out the reviews I decided to entrust them with the repair. Despite me not having an appointment they still snuck me in and completed the job in less than 2 hours! Great pricing, welcoming environment and very friendly folks. The glass is so clear I thought the window was down Thanks guys, God bless.

I have a 2012 Mercedes E350 Safelite quoted me some ridiculous price and they want to charge me for a sensor calibration. Pete's AutoGlass came in way lower and explain to me the sensor may not need to be calibrated, due to the way they do the install. They were right, they replace the front windshield and it looks great and my sensor does not need to be recalibrated it works perfectly. For any window services I'm always going to Pete's AutoService: Auto windshield replacement

Pete auto service did my window for weatherstripping when my window roll down it got really super drity. I try to go Lexus to see what s going on, and they were trying charging me way too much just to look at my car . Pete auto service saw what happen and they notice right way . They did a great job on my for less price then Lexus dealer I just don t know where to start . I recently google and Pete window repair show the first google online show up. So I ll give it a try and I would recommend them. They did an amazing good job any issues with your window come here they did really good job and also better pricing for not having me come back and complain. Thank you brian did an amazing job so his employee. Thank you for all the hard work. For any glass window repair I would definitely come back again because of there good service.

After a month of my insurance not handling anything I came into Pete s and got it done the next day! Love the service the employees there have amazing communication. They have very affordable pricing and a 2 hour wait Time. Not bad at all !

I had a crack in the windshield of my 2007-PT Cruiser. I called, they got me in the same day, and changed the windshield for a great price! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Pete's auto was a pretty good experience after a few delays because of rain I was able to set up an appointment and be in and on my way in a little over an hr.

I had a very good experience at Pete's. The price was right, the install was seamless, quick and the glass was perfect. The above and beyond? I had windshield wipers in a box on the front seat and they installed them... unasked. I think that says it all.

My daughter got a huge rock chip on her Mercedes And I told her to go to Pete. We are very happy on the outcome on the windshield crack fix that was done . The chip was the size of little bigger then the size of a quarter and now it s the size smaller then a dime and can hardly see it . Very satisfied with the work and price was reasonable. Got a rock chip then this is the place .

We have worked with Pete's for a very long time, They do great work however I cannot cut the checks for their invoices, we just had a very RUDE installer by the name Antonio today insisting that I cut the check for the invoices even after Ben from Pete's told him that it was okay just for me to sign the invoice. I recommend Pete's to everyone. However I hope they never have to experience what I just had to with Antonio. Antonio was very rude. We have had many installers come out from this company but this Antonio is really a bad asset for them.

Back from a 15,000 mile journey where I got a rock to the windshield in Idaho. Called and had my glass replaced in 2 days, at a price half of my deductible. Thanks Pete's.

They told me I will have a wait time of 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours until my windshield wash done. Well about half an hour of waiting they told me that my windshield was done & I was all set to go... Very nice ppl that work there.

They were very nice fixed up the rock collision on my windshield nicely (smaller than a quarter) & they had comfy couches to pass the time and even mentioned where the nearest Starbucks was. They were super nice, would definitely recommend

Went on 9/25 and it only took them an hr to replace the windshield. It costed me $240 including tax so overall it s a great place for a decent price and fast service.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement
