Paid a insane amount for a used (found out not certified but they promised it was) Honda from here paid over 8000 for add ons like a GPS black box alarm system which they used a email address that wasn't mine so Ive paid over 2000 for a system I can't access because it's registered to a email that's not mine. Then just a couple months later I get a notice of a major recall and days later another major recall they say they need my car a couple days but won't get me in a loaner car while they repair it. No rental offered either. I really got scammed with this car every which way I look at it. Oh yes I bought this year 2023 I just received notification from DMV that I owe $430 for my tags due Dec 2023 umm I thought I paid for the registration out of the $35,000 I paid for a USED Honda Civic and I have never regretted anything more. Dishonest and just be very careful here.

Went in for a tire rotation cause they had a deal going on. Only $15! Plus they did a free multi point inspection. Took about an hour.

Long line but was attended rather quickly and checked out quickly as well. 2.5 hours for oil change. Suggest dropping off and getting a ride. Only room for improvement, wash the exterior of the car like other dealers offer.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went to view a USED vehicle and first they tried to tell me the listed price was X amount which substantially higher than what i seen online at Cargurus. next they have ADD-ons that are not able to be removed which added a minimum of 3,000 to the already high priced USED VEHICLE. I went to another location and spent less on a BRAND new 2023 model. Avoid this location no matter how much they try to negotiate and make you feel like they re doing you a few by discounting something for you.

I signed the papers before the car was ready. Once I signed the papers around noon it seemed like I did not matter any more. The car should have been ready around 2PM we finally went home around 4 still no car. They wanted to bring the car the next day but I made them bring it that night and even then the car was not ready. I had to put in the car mats in myself that were still in the back and a back seat tray was missing. All in all communication was lacking and I felt that buying top of the line 2020 Ridgeline should of had some priority.

Great..I was met out front by EliHe answered my questions and showed me to the parts dept.There I met Ryan, where he took the time to show me how to put a battery in my key fob.I took Eli's advice and pruchased 2 batteries incase I run low again. Great and friendly service.Thank you Ocean Honda...

I was there yesterday and they are marking up the prices. A base Accord for 44,0000. Insane. I would not recommend. They are corrupt

Oh heck no!!!!My friend's son bought her a 2022 CRV Barely 2 weeks ago @ Honda DTLA but the seal on the windshield is coming loose. Kid in service department told her to take it to HONDA DTLA since that is where she bought the car. What the glorious ...k!!!?!?Got to DTLA dealer nearly at closing and the very kind YOUNG MAN apologized for the snotty kid's attitude adding they could have fixed it there without a problemNever again HONDA OF WHITTIER and we have family members with similar cars but NEVER AGAIN Thank you

So far for all my Honda parts, even locks for wheels $86.00 but if a mechanic sends you there, you may be able to uses there discount.
