Let me start by saying this dealership is definitely class "A" in my book. The staff is truly amazing. From our arrival, Travis made the experience a great one and made us feel comfortable and at ease. He then proceeded to connect us with Dan the Man (amazing guy). I always had a negative feel for dealer salesmen and not so good buying experiences in the past at other places...trust me when I tell you this was an amazing one. Dan, the man took us around for a test drive and a great tour of friendly hills... got us back to the dealer, and him and Jose, the manager, made things happen for us to take a 2024 accord...oh yeah and Travis continued checking on us to make sure we were fine. The attention and zero pressure and great deal made this a very positive buying experience. I'm already eyeing another car, so I may return sooner rather than later. I truly and honestly recommend this dealer 100%. If you get there, ask for Dan the Man or Travis (go niners) along with Jos� to get a deal done so you can take a nice ride home.

It was convenient for me to have been able to schedule an oil change/ tire rotation same day I called. Just one call and I m off to the service center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wait may have taken me 3hrs, which was usually only1.5, but considering its a Monday after a holiday, I still had it done as I planned it to.

Mr. Pablo Gutierrez, was very professional and helpful. Gave us several options to pick from and saved us money up front. He knew what we were looking for. We didn t spend hours there. Service was excellent. Thank you, Mr Gutierrez for your knowledge.

Arrived at 9:46 AM & was promise completion time 11:am . After 2 hours check when my car would be ready they came back told me the car would be next up after sitting there for 2 hours. . After the 3rd hour I went up & inquired if the car was ready yet. The agent checked & stated they were waiting for the paperwork . I had a 10 am appointment time it shouldn t have taking 3 hours to do a simple oil change and service on my vehicle. Plus the agent should of kept me informed.

We love Ocean Honda of Whittier they are the best. Our sells lady Davina. was the best and so was the general manager. We will definitely be coming back to get more vehicles in the future and definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you again

Great experience. From the moment I entered the service area I was greeted promptly and professionally. Work performed was done with no issues. I was provided with status while I waited. I noticed the communication between the service technicians and the front desks were constant. The price for my service was better than other locations I ve visited. Overall, would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Good job.

Bought a 2020 white Honda Accord last year. Was Happy with it. But really wanted Black after 1 year of on time payments. Pablo Gutierrez went above and beyond to help us upgrade to a new 2024 Honda Accord. Fidel Moreno was very helpful got the car ready for us, also with the test drive and showing us all the vehicles functions.Thank you very much when we are ready for the next car Ocean Honda of Whittier is where we will go.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Ocean Honda and I have to say, it was probably the best car buying experience I've had yet. The car sales representative that helped me, Travis Carter, is one of the best sales associate that I've met. He was very easy going and was able to hold a conversation while he walked me through the process. He was funny and was able to keep me at ease as he worked hard to get me into a car that best suit my needs. HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST. If you are looking to purchase a new/used car, I recommend making an appointment to see Travis Carter at Ocean Honda of Whittier. Oh and I'd like to add they play pretty good music while you're waiting...LOL!

Ocean Honda in Whittier has great customer service. Employees are wonderful and super helpful. I would like to thank Mario C for helping me through my journey purchasing my new 2024 Honda Civic Sport. He did a wonderful taking me step by step and answering all questions. Highly recommend, overall great team.

I take my HR -V to Ocean Honda for Service. I have had excellent Service with that department. Service Advisor Will was very nice and helpful to my questions I asked. I had thought of trading my car in for a new one but changed my mind, as I did not like that the Sales Person kept looking for me to give a large down payment, which I did not have, so I decided against it. I couldn t understand why they wanted more of a down payment as I have excellent credit. So I guess it wasn t meant too be. But the Service Department is excellent. Thank you.

All around very friendly staff but Devina was amazing! She was naturally charismatic and was more than willing and very happy to accommodate us on our price range for a new vehicle. She was determined, and, most of all, genuine and so sweet. 10/10 customer service, everybody was so friendly!

Thanks to Daniel and Dan for helping us out this weekend. We traded in our 2019 civic sport for a 2024 sport. The process was so smooth and Daniel didn t do a whole back and forth with us. He just got straight to business and helped us get to where we felt comfortable with payments. Dan helped us get acquainted with the vehicle and get us set to take off. Both were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend asking for either of them if you are looking to purchase or trade in! Great experience here!

Smooth operation!Scheduling by online was easy, the service time for oil change and tires rotation along with general checks listing took only 1.5 hour (other dealers take 3+ hours). Also it was nice to see advisers with kind smile on their face.They deserve 5 stars!

I had an amazing experience with two salesmen that took every minute of their time to make me feel comfortable and at ease and assisted me in the process of my new lease. Everything went smooth and for the first time I was not held up for so many hours and hassle for hours on end. I am grateful for the ease and professionalism of Mr P Gutierrez and Mr Felipe. While I was there I also saw the entire team at ocean help other customers and all were being helped with same professionalism and most importantly fast servicie. No one is holding you up for hours and hours. Thank you ocean Honda team

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a problem with my emergency brake going on while driving at night. The issue was covered under my extended warranty. When completed the service advisor, Alex recommended I have the brakes flushed for $199.99 and said the tech is willing to stay late to do it. Also my front passenger wheel is loose and they can diagnose that for an additional $225. I told him I would take it to my regular mechanic. When I got the paperwork it showed they charged the warranty for the brake flush that was done and still had it as a recommendation for 199.99. My mechanic said there is nothing wrong with my wheel. This isn t the first time Ocean Honda in Whittier has done me dirty but it will be the last. I will never go there for ANYTHING again.

Looking for a car? Let Ocean Honda of Whittier help you out. I was scared because of my credit I wouldn't be able to finance a car, I walked in and rolled out!! The process was easy, I got approved within 20 minutes, staff is super friendly. I highly recommend them. I'm in love with my 2024 Sport Honda Civic. Thank you guys!!

I m giving 5 stars because I know 4 = 0. Everyone was super nice but I wish the guy helping me was knowledgeable on how Car Doc works. I had to pull up details online to get the 12% discount on both fluid exchanges and he looked at me kinda crazy. He said he s never heard of a discount from car doc

My mom and I received excellent service at Ocean Honda. Our service representative Luigi explained what needed to be done with the CR-V in simple terms. Also, the courtesy van driver was very polite.

Great family owned Honda dealership! I worked with Robert who assisted me with the 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport. He was able to answer any question our family had on the car and was able to assist us with the monthly payment negotiations. Robert and his manager, Jose, were both nice during the entire negotiation process. I ve dealt with rude dealership representatives, but the staff here were quite the opposite. I m happy that I was able to close out a deal at the Ocean Honda of Whittier!

Ocean Honda service dept had the best customer service agents. They assist you at check in and stay in contact with you regarding the services the car will need and recommendations. Special shout out to Wilfred! He went above and beyond to provide me with the best experience, assisted me with Sunbit payment plans, he made it quick and easy and with a smile on his face. My SUV feels brand new! Definitely recommend this place.

Honestly everyone was really nice, this was the first service i ve gotten since purchasing my vehicle & it was super fast. Maybe waited about an hour, they do have snacks & water available in the waiting room which is nice. i do wish though that they d maybe give a complimentary car wash nothing crazy just sprinkle the water pressure on my car lol. But overall everything was fast & efficient!

I m gonna start with. I actually bought my car here seven years ago. I have been coming with my car to get service to this location only I don t trust anybody else with my car but with Khrystal and her team she is wonderful super professional, providing me with great customer service Very knowledgeable with anything that has to do with my Honda anytime I have issues with my car. She is very honest to provide me with options. I feel so happy because I know she cares, You don t find this Anywhere else usually mechanics will only take your money. I totally recommend this place to anybody bring your car here and be part of this awesome team.

5 stars isn t nearly enough! The staff at Ocean Honda was AMAZING! I had another local Honda dealer tell me my car just was making a loud sound and it was nothing. They suggested I just play my music louder! Turns out it was a big deal and I probably added to the damage by continuing to drive. However, Ocean Honda fixed it, and it is as quiet as the day I got it! Beyond thankful!!!
