I had the best experience purchasing my first bike from Moto United! Victor was amazing! Great customer service! He showed me all the basics of the bike and explained every piece of paper I signed. I was super excited and I can feel that Victor was excited and happy for me as well. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this spot!

Vic and staff set us up with the last Honda 250R on hand and at a great price compared to other local dealers. We were happy to give our local dealer the business too as they are our go to for parts and service. Awesome shop MotoUnited crew!

Excellent sales person. I called them and made a deal over the phone. Then went on their website and applied for credit. Super easy and fast transaction. I will be back for more bikes. Thank you.

Great place, great customer service, you won t leave without getting a great deal. It s a smaller dealership but has a lot to offer employees make you feel welcomed, didnt hassle me as soon as i walked in like some dealerships. I left with a great deal on a CBR, they were able to get me great financing for a first time buyer. I forgot her name but shout-out to the female sales person she was very helpful.Great people, great service, great environment you just can t beat that !!! A++++++++ service

There's a huge dealer markup on motorcycles at this place. There are dealerships that are not into stealing your money. Why give away your money. Do not go here.

Shout out to Gilbert Morales for being an outstanding employee. I bought some mirrors & had no clue how to put them on . My man Gilbert knows what he is doing . Look for him to help you out with any question. Thanks once again.

Great dealership! The staff is super nice and very genuine. They may be on the smaller side, but I found exactly what I wanted and they were able to get it for me very quickly considering the supply chain issues at the time. So I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get something in high demand, you might be pleasantly surprised! This place is a real diamond in the rough.

I started my journey via online chat looking for the oh so rare Honda Monkey. I got a call that same day saying they just so happened to have one. I worked with Taylor initially over the phone and when I finally met him in person, it was as if we were long time friends. He was very personable and knowledgeable and was very prompt in responding to emails, texts, and phone calls, as well as getting the purchase set up and ready to go for me. When I got there, I worked with Lisa to finalize the sale and she was also very personable and friendly. She explained every piece of the contract and paperwork thouroughly and made sure I understood everything. Even though it was a 2 hour dive for me, I would definitely do business with them again. Not once did I feel pressured into anything, which everyone knows is common when you walk into just about any dealership. Overall great experience buying my first bike! By the way, the Monkey is an amazingly smooth and comfortable ride! Highly recommended if you want a super fun bike, but best wishes finding one! ;-)

Staff was friendly, unfortunately, sales manager told me they have a flat policy of no test ride allowed, in addition to wanting $8k for 2008 Yamaha WR250X, which I thought was a tad stiff.

Great service from the first day I walked in their dealership and bought my Honda Talon. Liz has been great and her service department great. I can call and make an appointment and they get the work done on time. A small dealership but big time personal service.

I m so thankful I came across this place! After reading the reviews, I thought perhaps I should see them in person. When I got there the place seemed calm, well organized, really friendly, and a great atmosphere! I was helped by Brenda (great person, very knowledgeable, and very kind) I had several questions as I m not familiar with motorcycles.. Brenda was an all around great help! Even when I felt I was asking really dumb questions, she was nice and welcoming to answer my questions. Made me feel really comfortable! All and all this was the fastest purchase I ve made, I came in not knowing much about motorcycle; left feeling like an expert. Also the paper work to finance the bike was really fast, and upfront. Usually a lot of dealers try to throw unnecessary things into your balance as well as make you feel as if you need them but not here! Again thank you guys for my purchase!! 5/5 would recommend to friends and family!

I've been here a couple of times for service and found that the pricing has always been significantly lower than the other dealers around my area. I ride from the Pasadena area to have my bike worked on here and they are always happy to do it while I wait. I've had nothing but great experiences here and the sales staff are always friendly as well. Keep up the great work guys. I haven't purchased a bike here yet but I will certainly consider them when I'm ready for my next bike.

All buying experiences should be this great. Everyone was awesome from Shaq my salesperson who did not pressure me at any point along the buying process. To Jim who helped me with all the paperwork quickly, accurately, and explained everything thoroughly. I'm a new rider getting my first bike, they even asked I call them when I get home just to ensure I made it home okay. I thought that was a very nice touch that I know the other dealers I visited would not have done. Thanks again Whittier Fun Center team.

Outstanding service. Jay Kocharian did a great job in assisting me. He didn't want to over promise a delivery time and advised he would need a few days to fix my bike. That seemed reasonable considering my bike would not run. He called the following day to let me know it was all fixed and ready for pickup. The bike runs great. Highly recommend bringing your bike to Jay for repairs!

This place definitely exceeded my expectations, the service could not have gotten any better. Maybe it was because my sales rep was just very professional . She knew what she was talking about the whole time, made the process very smooth. Price was more than fair, and Brenda needs a raise. Or at least more sales, so go see her if you want a good experience! And she's hot too!

Jack and Taylor helped me out with buying my first bike. They were both very knowledgeable and great people to talk to and went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact bike I wanted. They were very communicative throughout the process and got me a great deal on a brand new Rebel 500.

Jack worked with me during the week to get the deal where it needed to be. He literally earned my business! Jack treated me like a rider, not a customer that he needed for a quota. A great experience! Tyler, closing the deal on Saturday morning, was faced with a big decision that was a deal-breaker for me. He made the right decision, I handed over the cash, and loaded my brand new bike! I would recommend Moto United LA to anyone that is seriously looking. I am one satisfied customer.

Came here with my wife to purchase a 2015 Can-Am F3-S. The process was very quick and easy once Ken knew what I wanted as he helped build my bike up the way I wanted it. He's very straight forward which could rub people the wrong way but I love it because I'm from the East Coast, so you know what you're going to get straight from the gate with him and I love that. Great guy who helped me through the proper steps for everything. Took me about a week to get my order which wasn't bad because my parts were shipped from Canada. I will say the only headache process was the anticipation of when my bike was going to be completed with the additional add-ons as I was super excited to ride. Jim in financing was quick and easy to work with as well and provided good conversation. The folks in the parts department guided me through helmet selections, gloves, jackets and anything additional I needed. I seen some of the reviews before I came in to this location and was extremely hesitant to make a purchase here however I really believe it all depends on the person. I was a guy who researched everything I wanted beforehand before I even made my way to the dealership so it left little room for an upset because it was either a yes you have what I want or a no thank you and good bye. Sometimes consumers go to a dealership completely clueless of what they want and that's not always the best decision. Definitely do your homework first because you have the right to educate yourself on what you're about to make a purchase on

I just purchased a new dual sport Kawasaki at the Whittier store in Feb 2018. The whole buying experience went much better than expected. Both Taylor and Chase (the salesman and owner) were very pleasant, helpful and all around nice guys to deal with. They explained discrepancies in our $$ calculations, and politely came to an "out the door" price I was satisfied with. I was as pleased meeting and talking with the stores staff as I was getting the new bike.I would definitely recommend Moto United at Whittier to any legitimate shoppers.

Ive kept a bad taste about this place. I went in for a wheel valve stem replacement and also an oil and filter change on my YAMAHA. Now keep in mind this is a honda dealer but I felt they could handle a simple oil change. My mistake... for months the oil check light kept coming on but it didnt make sense. Ifinally got around to changing the oil and filter and I realized the oil filter was the one I had put on there almost a year ago... I know because I wrote the date on it. Which means moto united never changed the filter... makes me wonder if they ever changed theoil. I paid for a service they never did. Shame on this place for ripping me off. I was over charged and they never did the work. It angers me that I never checked the work, I just trusted them but never again!!!

I bought 3 motorcycles over the last 12 years here and have had outstanding experiences in the parts, service and sales departments each time. Taylor was fair and easy to work with on my last bike purchase. His staff was, and always is, professional and courteous. They share a passion for motor sports and it shows in their service.

We can t say enough good things about this shop! Their customer service goes above and beyond any shop we talked to this past week. They were honest and upfront the whole time. We drove over 70 miles to do business with them and will do it again the next time we are looking for a bike. I will and do recommend them to everyone. Please give them your business, you won t regret it!
