I am very happy with the results of my car; it looks brand new, and I've received many compliments. It took about a week, including non-business days. There was previous work done for the paint, which resulted in uneven sanding. Most of those mistakes are now rectified, and the current finish is very smooth.The price was fair. Columba was very easy to work with, and I felt at ease discussing my car.I would recommend this shop for others, who are looking to give their car a fresh new look.

My girl had Maaco paint her stock paint to a custom gray color 3 years ago and it still looks amazing!! Maaco went above and beyond with the care of her truck. Very very pleased.

The paint job was affordable and with high quality. They even dressed up my tires. It looks like a new car! It was done a couple of days earlier than scheduled. The customer services were friendly and informative! I will recommend to my friends.I would have given 5 stars if they have cleaned up my car's rear camera and the inside. There are white dust on the seats and carpets inside my car that they could have cleaned up easily. All in all, I am very happy with Maaco!

I've been going Maaco Auto Body Shop for many years. I took multiple cars. Once you go there, you don't want to take your car to any other place. They do excellent work and they work with you the price. I am happy

Columba was excellent. She made all the phone calls to the insurance and was very polite and professional. They fixed my car in 3 days which saved me a lot of trouble.

All I have to say is this place has been my go-to for as long as I can remember. Carlos is awsome, honest and keeps his word with everything he has done with my vehicle/s . I wish I had a before picture of my car *honestly I would be too embarrassed to show the state of my car before*- this is my car afterwards tho! Great value/ great craftsmanship. Be very clear with what you want over the phone. They will not mention certain "exclusions" over the phone until you take the time to come in for an estimate. 1.5hrs of time wasted. I will be going to another location.

Very poor communication. They changed our finish date several times without notifying us. We would go in to pick up the car to find they had not even started. We asked for them to tell us if the date changes and they continued to delay the work without notifying us. It took 5 weeks, 3 weeks longer than we were originally told. The paint job was adequate. Not great attention to details and some chips five months later with a mid-range paint option. The top of the vehicle was not painted (which was not discussed) and our solar panel had paint residue for not being properly covered. Luckily we were able to get the residue off.

Took my car here to repair some dents and scratches after it was hit. Carlos was very helpful and understanding. The car was ready pretty quick and on the day promised. It looks brand new again. This was a great experience !!! I worked with Jason and he got my car done quickly. Took it Monday morning and had it done by Wed morning. Looks great. I would recommend taking your car there. And the pricing is cheaper than other body shops- They have a special going on right now for $100 off paint.

My husband brought his 1998 Ford Ranger in to paint the hood and left front quarter panel. They provided an excellent paint job, matching the original paint to a T, all for a very reasonable price. Carlos was an excellent manager providing excellent customer service and honoring his original estimate on the car. Would highly recommend Maaco of Whittier!!!

A great job for a great price!! I am super picky about these sort of things but Carlos and the Whittier macco team went above and beyond and took care of my truck! Looks like it did the day I bought it! 100% satisfied will definitely recommend them! If I could post a picture I would! Thanks guys!

Maaco took my 1985 Volkswagen Vanagon and did a great job repairing dings, rust and then painting. They filled holes that were in body panels from old vents (no longer needed). They did it so well, you cannot tell there were ever 3 inch diameter holes in the metal surface. Smooth and straight!! I asked for an unusual use of bed liner material to create a lower perimeter on the vehicle. They did a great job including asking me to stop by to confirm the application lines of the bed liner before spraying away. I am very happy with the outcome.

Over spay on my rim. Over spray on 2 tires. Passenger mirror broken. Inside vehicle full of dust. They took twice as long as they said they would. Do not take your vehicle here...

Horrible service, was waiting in line for over 30 mins (I was 3rd person in line). The lady in the front skipped me for another guy who came in after 10-15 mins after me, waste of time, don t bother.

**WORNING DO NOT GO** AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!Please go somewhere else and avoid this headache. They have contracts with big delivery company and dont have time for your car. My money was not good enough here to get a simple job done .this has happened to to many people . They'll give you the run around. Work on a hundred other trucks and not yours. Mine stayed over 6 months and not a damn thing got done. I had to pull my auto out and go somewhere else AVOID!AVOID! AVOID!Service: Painting

Had them repair my BMWs front bumper, they took care of a hidden problem I didn't know about, the paint matched perfectly and the service was top-notch can't believe how fast the turnaround time was highly recommended.

I am very dissatisfied with the unfinishedWork. I said very clear to repainted sameColor burgundy. Turned in to be red.And it's common Sense to paint same color of the interior .Right away, when went to work I have been criticized for such unfinish work. 2 of my friends were going to take their cars to paint to this Shop, but their were so disappointedwhat unfinished work , so they are taking some where else their cars. This errorHave to be corrected . Burgundy paint,inside- out.

DO NOT take you car here. the owner does many things that are both unethical and illegal, like painting outside which against California law as it is horrible for the environment, uses customer cars to do company business, he will have you sign a waiver to combat customer complaints that state that pictures will be taken of your car to document the work to be done but never does, does repairs incorrectly such as aluminum (so if you have a F-150 this means your repairs are done WRONG), upon pick up, only give you a copy of your receipt and work order, but no warranty information. Please make sure whatever damage you talk about outside get put on paper inside. In the past he has had to send cars to other shops under Maaco corporate orders to do the job that he could not. There are plenty of other body shops and plenty of other Maaco's that can do the job with less worry. They in fact are illegally posing as me to boost there online reviews by liking every review on yelp as helpful or useful. Every review where "Jason M" finds helpful. Carlos on the other hand is a stand up guy and this review reflects nothing on him, its just a shame hes under such lousy dishonest ownership at the shop.
