What's busy. They help me out right away. cash is King here. Unfortunately they did not have a tire size for my SUV 265 70 r18 . They did have three used tires for it but will have to wait a week for the fourth one. For $350. Careful on exiting out if you're going backwards. Traffic doesn't slow down . Three lane of traffic.

First time I went here for just a flat tire and they fixed it fast, not more than 10 minutes and second time was to buy 2 new tires for $50 each, very reasonable and pleasant workers. my car is a pontiac 2008. I arrived at 10:38am, I was out the door 10:58am,

They got good prices for tires. The owner is super nice and we had agreed on a price that is reasonable and favorable to me.Recommended tire shop and we will be nringing our cars here if it needed some tires. Easy to deal with and the office has A/C. Perfect for the summer time.Look at the tires we had purchased on the pic. A very good deal.

I contact IVAN through OfferUp to confirm about a specific set of tires that are advertise.I called by phone to confirm before show up.I discovered that those tires are already sold out(I have no problem it all if those tires are sold). the problem is that he still has the advertisement UP for sale.IVAN STILL has of total 277 of FAKE / FALSE ADVERTISING.DEFINITELY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS IT ALL.((I will update my review if he contact me and apologize))

Came here after I got a flat from a pothole. They were one of the few places open at the time. I called to see if they had my tire, they had a used one at a very good price (run flat) & said they could allow AAA to drop me off. Even with AAA running late, they still allowed me to come even though it was close to closing. They were very busy! They got to me as fast as they could & even allowed SOMEONE ELSE to come after closing hour! The lady who took my payment allowed me to add a tip for the workers as well! While waiting, i was able to watch them interact with other customers & what others may perceive as being rude, I saw a very busy team who were straight to the point to keep things moving And they had the proper tire. My experience was amazing here!

Hands down the best tire shop I ve been to. I worked as an auto parts delivery driver a while back and had the chance to get an in depth look at all the shops in Costa Mesa. Joshua s makes them look so bad. They had a big selection of tires, many different brands and models.I was prepared for the usual hour wait and once I picked my set of tires I was told it should be about 30 minutes. I thought yeah... right... 30 minutes... plus an hour .I settled in in their nicely modern waiting room. 25 minutes later I had my keys and my SUV looked better than it did when I arrived. On top of that I have the confidence to take on the colder and soon to be wet weather.The tires I bought were high end with 95% tread and are the best tires I ve ever put on an SUV. I extremely highly recommend this shop.

They are great! It's where my wasband always went when we needed things done so it was where I headed when I had a flat. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they do not try to price gouge me because I'm a woman alone. When I pulled up the gentleman said he'd patch it, I of course knew it wouldn't be possible because I drove at least a 100 miles on it flat, but my point is he went with the least expensive thing from the start. They didn't have off road all terrain tires, I didn't really expect them to, but he dug deep in the used tire area and came out with an all terrain tire that had 90-95% tread on it still. He gave me a deal on it and I plan on going back to order a new set of tires in the next few months. I really appreciated the way they do business. If you're in need, try them. Pulling in is adventure and was a test of my mad driving skills. Its driveway doubles as the work area. The driveway itself is a bit steep but easily managed.

I purchased 4 tires mounted and balanced. They were supposed to be all 4 identical as I asked and they were not. Three weeks later as I was on the freeway one of my front tires exploded and I nearly totaled my vehicle. It tore off my inner firewall and the flare around my wheel well.After checking the manufacturers date on the tires had long expired prior to my purchase. I was unaware of fun tires having a date on them.I should have just purchased new tires from the beginning instead of trusting a business like this that I have been going to since I was 18 years old. They ripped me off and I was almost killed if it wasn't for my driving skills. And now 6 months later I need tires again. F..k this place go to Salinas or anywhere else but here.I Will be reporting them to the BBB!

Stay away!! I found them on offer up because they had a set of used tires for a very good price. I messaged the seller if the tires are still available which I got a response right away saying yes. When I arrived they couldn t find the tires and said had listed on offer up and mentioned that they must have sold them when I was getting there. They tried to sell me used and new tires that were not even my car s tire size. The posting on offer up is still active and when I told them about the posting they said that they have the tires. Shady people.

All facts:Called for a pair of brand new tires - 185/65/15. Carlos Luna said he had two new Goodyear tires for $145.00 available.When I arrived 40 minutes later, suddenly, he comes out with two "Supermax" Chinese tires, not Goodyear. Tried to convince me they were just as good as Goodyear with 600 tread.(Supermax sells for $34 on Amazon. He wanted $145 for two)I called him out on his blatant lie. He wasted 1 1/2 hours of my time.We need to support our Latino and Black community with honesty and kindness, not lies.***Beware*** All tires have a 6 year expiration date. Check the DOT on the tire. Double check prices on Amazon.Don't get tricked and ripped off.

Bait and switch. If you go to them through offer up prepare to try to get sold on something else that you didn't set up an appointment for. Also do some research on the tires you buy from them. Check for recalls and production dates. Their offer up inventory doesn't match up with their store inventory and you might end up wasting your time.

Best service ever. Super grateful to the staff. I m super picky and I have to say at Joshua s the price is very reasonable and the job on the balancing the tires and the alignment was done perfect. Again, thank you so much.

If you want a great deal on new and used tires don't miss this place,I have ben there 4 times already, and i strongly recommend this tire shop,..ask for mr.luna awesome custumer service.

I have purchased tires on multiple occasions at Joshua's tire shop! It's a small shop but they have a huge inventory of tires and have always considered them a fair price

Be aware, this place sells supposedly almost new 95-98% tire life,well tires look new,but all those tires are defected,I was lucky enough to detected the defects on tires before I pay for them and they told me to better buy new tires.

Very very disappointed in this shop. I came here under the impression that I was buying BRAND NEW tires. Once I got home, I realized that they were Semi-new . I tried to contact them in regards to the issue and they just ignore me. Horrible customer service and very poor integrity.

These guys don't know what they're doing. Did head gaskets and didn't torque head bolts. So I had the same problems a few miles later. Did timing belt and they didn't torque crank bolt all the way so the balancer wobbled. Then they said my balancer was bad and tried to sell me a new one. Stay away from these idiots.

Make sure you check the date code on tires most are expired over 10 years old not good tires fall apart on the freeway super dangerous. They shouldn t even be selling this expired tires

Talked to Cuevas he said he has two full set of tires I'm looking for available... drove 1 hour and half to get there and all of the sudden the tires no longer are available... such a waste of time... customer service is trash here... do not buy or work with these guys.
