These guys at first would always do a good job on my car. Recently they changed the timing belt and ever since then my car hasn t been good since, I ve taken it back since they give warranty and they say they fix the issue and it turns off again and again. I tell them but for some reason they don t believe me, like I get it if you can make a mistake but the fact that they just don t want to admit that they didn t do a good job and just basically telling me that maybe it s me who s making it up. Like I said, I never had any issues with them, I would even recommend them to family and friends but this time I honestly didn t like the service they gave and even saying that I m making it up. Just don t have pride and admit that you didn t do the job right. They re nice guys but if they made a mistake, just admit it and fix the issue. What a coincidence that my car was functioning good and running smooth until they put hands and now I just give up on the car. They ended up changing my brakes while doing they re warranty thing on my car but I just feel like they wanted to make some money off of me for putting back the timing belt. They can say whatever they want but I have receipts and proof.

I am SO GLAD I found this place. I was calling around the area looking for somewhere to fix my husbands transmission. He needed a whole new one. Jose was helpful from the start and they were so reasonably priced. I was thinking we were going to spend $1200 and we only paid $750 here with everything! They got it done within 2 days too. I found this place through the dealership I had just bought a pre-owned car from when a transmission issue showed up a week after purchase. I'm very happy I did. They did a great job and I felt they were fully transparent with me and gave me a very fair deal.George was helpful and obviously knowledgeable. I described the issue (something called torque converter shudder) over the phone first and he confirmed it when he drove the car around Whittier as soon as I arrived.He described the issue and the uncertainties around this problem and what repair might be needed before giving me the estimate. What he said confirmed what I had heard from others I spoke with, and I knew they wouldn't be able to precisely diagnose the full problem before opening up the transmission. When they did, they found the bad torque converter and a few worn transmission clutch plates. George gave me the option to replace the clutch plates while they had the car open (big job just getting inside before any repairs or replacements can be done), and I felt he treated me fairly and honestly.I highly recommend this place for specialized transmission work. If I ever need a transmission rebuild, or a mysterious problem shows up that others can't diagnose, this is the only place I'll go. They earned my trust.Service: Transmission

I had my truck repaired here they gave me a great price and had it done when they said these guts are friendly and dont play games like other shops that they try to sell you something you dont need. I continue to get service here due to there honesty and fair prices.
