The Jiffy Lube employees did a great job pointing out needs for my vehicle.They gave a detailed report of what they completed or changed. They explained everything in advance. They made suggestions and weee not pushy like other places. They took the time to vacuum my vehicle and cleaned the outside windows. They accepted a $20 digital coupon. The wait was not too long. Will return.

Best Jiffy Lube you can find. The service was amazing they let me know what I needed before they did anything. I appreciated being able to approve it first. They changed my brake like and did my oil change. It was so fast and after they even cleaned all the windowns and vacuumed my car and topped off all my fluids. At the end I said I didn t need to see what they did because I believed them but the guy said no we work different here and want to show you what work we did so that you know it s all good to go. Won t be going to any other Jiffy Lube besides this one after the experience I had.

I was very happy with the service. They explained everything before any charges were added to the oil change. They also made me aware of the matter of the manufacturers suggestion for servicing the transmission due to the high mileage. Checked all the fluids, wiper blades added air to the tires and vacuumed the inside. Their technicians were very thorough and polite.

The manager let me drive away without coolant in my engine and I over heated within minutes bc my fleet vehicle company did not approve replacing the water heater. He could of least told me. I inquired about it several times.

Quick and friendly, even when it s busy. The information they give is thorough and comprehensive. They even vacuumed my floors and wiped my windows which was unexpected when I knew they had a lot of customers :) I ll certainly be returning thanks to their efficient and professional service. it is expensive. the labor costs for an oil change was almost $60 which is crazy. i ve been to places where the cost of everything was $70 and they did the same things. $150 for an oil change is a scam. i told them not to do something and they still did it.

First time using this location and although location is a bit challenging I would use them again. Time frame met, no leaks after completion. Windows clean, cab vacuumed. Wipers replaced. Helped located cavas knob replacements. My oil change light came on and on way to my destination I found a Jiffy Lube. The service person guided me in and immediately began to evaluate my car. I needed my oil changed and a lite bulb had burned out by my licence plate. But to my surprise after 2 years of oil changes at my local Jiffy Lube it was brought to my attention that the previous car owners information was never removed from the account. I thought it had been. The station in Whittier completed the change and I was on my way. Thank you.

I asked for a transmission flush on my 1993 Chevy pickup .The manager said it really didn t look that bad. I told him it wasn t a daily driver, but for the next couple of months I be putting about 100 miles a day on it. He said he understood.No pressure sales! Also got an oil change. Quick and easy! Much better prices than Valvoline or A1Express & Goodyear!This is my go to shop now !!!Services: Transmission, Oil change

Really a minus I've been a Jiffy lube customer it's a sad day when you are approached by "the cost of Standard oil is" no thank you for choosing Jiffy lube and this was on Jan. 2 so not even a Happy New Year. Being addressed by your first name I don't know you at all.Very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful no eye to eye contact when being addressed disgusting.Not visiting that place again.

I went in for an oil change. They did a thorough job, and Elias recommended I get my brakes checked as my brake fluid was low. I went back a couple days later to have them check my brakes, and Frank recommended I have my front brakes replaced. I authorized them to replace my back brakes too, and dropped my car off with them the next day. Frank called and let me know that even though they had ordered the parts to replace the back brakes, it turned out I didn t need them replaced yet. He saved me a lot of money on that one! He did a great job cleaning up the back brakes and replacing the front ones, and drove the car around to make sure the squeaking was resolved. He even stayed late to wait for me to pick up the car and show me all the old and new parts. Thanks to the whole team, I will be back!Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Service is top notch. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Look for an online promo because the prices are higher than other chains. Took away 1 stay because this place doesn't let you drive your car in yourself and stay in the car while the oil is changed.

I been going to this place for about 4 years and they never disappointed me, what I like is that they make sure your vehicle is running good and if it s not they tell you and give you a choice to use their service or not.
