Great service and great work! I went to Hadley by family referral and I was very impressed with the experience. You get what you pay for and they certainly did a fantastic job fixing my Chevrolet Traverse. They also detailed the inside and out making the car look and feel brand new. Much obliged Hadley Auto Body! I will definitely go back, just hopefully not any time too soon. =)

Received the most exceptional service from Hadleys towing. Says it was great is a complete understatement. Jose was our tow truck driver . He was kind informative and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend Hadleys for your tow service . Jose was very knowledgeable . Thank you Jose . The caballeros

Used to buy cars here. I recommend you don't tho. Before it was better than now. They'll knock off check engine light LEDs off the cluster. One car literally had silicon on the part where to read mileage. Cars will start at 350 but if it don't reach the number they wanted to sell around, they pull the car back.. biggest rippoff I've seen in auctions.Friends of mine confirm of the actions they do, they used to work for hadly tow. They don't take care of there guys. There cheap. Poor guy on the roof almost fell. A mechanic doing roofing during the shift with no fall protection.This place should lose there license.

This place claims to work on all kinds of cars but can't figure out a mercedez benz. Was referred by AAA tow spoke highly of this place but they ended up referring me to another mechanic for something they couldn't figure out. The manager or owner spoke well that they have exotic cars on the lot but can't work on a benz. This place is a joke!!

I broke down on the freeway. Tow truck driver brought me in. Customer service was Outstanding. Everyone was very professional and nice. Definitely gonna recommendHAD Hadley to family and friends. This place full of rude liars who don t deserve to be trusted! I spent 3000$ fixing my car and they didn t even do a 30min work! The vehicle is getting worse I tried to get my money back but they didn t even try to help with the issue! Their managers are rude disrespectful and not trustworthy! Be careful everyone before you give them your car they will cause more damages! They are bad people! Rude and disrespectful! They should loose their licenses! And find something else to do instead! I regret giving them my car to fix it and regret paying them in full wasting my money. Don t deal with Ed or mike

Radu has taken care of my Infiniti G35 for 15+ years. He's an awesome mechanic & refers me when he knows there's a better option than he can provide. He fast, calls with updates as needed, and is a delightful man! I trust him, and so many of my friends do too! I am so grateful that I found this company to help me with the restoration of my 67 mustang. The owner ED was great to work with and gave me a very competitive price for some body work and painting. I was impressed that even though the project was harder than expected they did not try and charge me more than was originally quoted. The service from Raul and Ulices was great and I was so impressed by Raul's commitment to get every detail of my project just right.

Don t take your vehicle here unless you enjoy lack of communication, negligence, and incomplete repairs.09/24/20 I dropped off my 2007 FJ Cruiser at Hadley Auto Body to have the roof painted and leak repaired. I spoke with Jose and he explained the paint and repair would take no longer than four days for the work to be completed.After four days I called to get an update and I was told they needed more time. This continued for almost 3 weeks.10/12/20 I was told the paint and repair had been completed. I picked up the vehicle and drove home. I found that my rear parking sensor was no longer working. I opened the back windshield and also found that the glass cushions were missing. After washing my vehicle, I noticed the leak had not been fixed and had water on my interior A-pillar.10/17/20 While driving on the freeway, the upper reveal molding flew off and was destroyed by vehicles behind me. After safely exiting the freeway, I investigated the space where the molding sits and I saw that the old clips were not replaced. There were also beads of dried glue. This was concerning since I was charged for new clips that were not installed. I emailed Jose about the issues I was having along with photos of the negligent work.10/19/20 I received a phone call from a Hadley Auto Body employee regarding my email. They were very apologetic, and they explained Hadley Auto Body would order the parts and fix the issues within the week.11/02/20 After several unanswered calls and emails, I finally received an email from Jose. He said that they had ordered the parts, but they had misplaced them.11/09/20 I was notified the upper reveal molding was painted and ready to be installed. I brought in my 2007 FJ Cruiser for the installation. An hour later I was told my vehicle was ready. As I inspected the work, I could see that the upper reveal molding was sticking out further on the driver side and was installed unevenly. I voiced my concerns to Jose and told him I d have another body shop fix the problem, as I had enough of Hadley Auto Body s mistakes.Don t take your vehicle here. I gave Hadley a chance to fix their mistakes. I was told it would take 4 days for the paint and repairs, but it took over 6 weeks and the result was negligence, incomplete work that will cost me more money to repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got into my first accident ever and I brought my car here. The staff was so nice and honest. It turned out to be totaled so they didnt do any work on the car but they made the tramatic experience easier.

Took my car here 3 times since they gave my car back to me in an issue but in the 3rd I realized they were incompetent. A body shop should know how to do an proper tire alignment lol didn't even return when the issue came back because it goes to show their unable to do a simple service went to a actual shop and did it not this joke.

I would put negative stars if I could. This company is nothing but frauds trying to take advantage and come up anyway they can. They did to me and probably even think they got away with it but oh no they have broken laws and I'm also reporting them to the BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR. So I got a tire blow out and lost control ramming over a large curb on drivers side so it did some damage but they took my insurance for 7000 and me for 1000 that's almost double what my cars even worth. 2500 dollars alone was just for a tow fee which I asked about and manager told me what does it matter it's not coming out of your pocket. Confusing because when my car was first picked up I used my AAA to tow the car. To top all that off they mickey moused my whole car together, when I turn my wheel right it makes a metal grinding noise..really loud at times, wheel is not straight, alignment is horrible, my door isnt straight, nothing is lined up at all..they didn't even color match perfectly like 8000 should of done. WARNING NEVER GO HERE!

Gave me the run. Around for days..telling me my car would be ready on this day..then that day....then another day...was totally pissing me off.. While all the while I'm still trying to get by. And do my daily but w/o having transportation at hand its a little complicated. Doctors appountments, physical therapy, grocery store runs, and so on I had to rely on an uber driver each time..so not being truthful to me when car would be ready was really upsetting.

Car drives great, but: Like Ubisoft, they fix one thing and break another. Fuel gauge constantly reads empty. But my car drives nice!

not even one star I was planning in tow my car to mechanic but the Hadley tow company driver talked me into taking it to them .my car has a problem that carbon builds up on the throttle and this is not first time I am fixing it ,last time my mechanic fixed it,and lasted about seven years .these crooks did nothing and it lasted only seven days very disappointed I called them they said we have to investigate more I do not understand why they wasted my timeif they did not know what they were doingService: Engine repair

So disappointed with their service, just because I'm a woman they think they can trick you, they messed up the type of oil, first they gave synthetic, then the other, until I found out it need.to be synthetic, then they told me the sparkles needed to be replaced..i said yes like 200dlls and when I took it 2 weeks later to another mechanic he showed me that they never replaced them...really bad service.
