Greg's is absolutely the best collision repair facility in the Whittier Area. Fast, efficient, friendly and courtesy staff. They keep you updated on the status of the vehicle. And their work is quality.You almost want to have damage to your vehicle because the work and follow up is outstanding .

Gregs has always been & continues to be THE BEST shop for auto body repair. If they can't fix it, they don't pretend they can. They are honest & friendly. Have been taking our cars their for many years. Today they were honest enough to tell me they could not work on my car but had some wonderful advice & a great idea on how to fix my particular problem. Unlike other shops in the area who were willing to take my money & run. The people there are amazing, from office personnel to the car "artists" in the back. Thank you Greg's Auto Body for being the one shop with integrity.

Love this place! They do amazing work. They kept me updated at every step. My car looked better than new when I picked it up and everyone i talked to was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My initial meet and greet with Joe and Jackie, was very nice indeed. Very Professional and knowledgeable with the walk around as well as the sign in on delivering my vehicle for inspection. I was referred to Greg's Auto Body by my next door neighbor who had his truck repaired there 5 or 6 years ago.

We had to use Greg's twice this summer. Each time it was for body work. They returned the car looking like new and right on time, as predicted. They worked seamless with our insurance. The staff is excellent. Couldn't be more please with their service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After setting up an appointment for an estimate.We arrived to aquire an estimate on our vehicle.We checked in with the young lady sitting at the front desk, then the estimator reviewed our vehicle and supplied us with an estimate in a timely manner.All the people we meet were very professional .

Last week I brought my bumper cover to Greg s to get painted. Within a week I received a beautiful perfectly paint matched part... The employees are very friendly and the costumer service was incredible... Also the price was well worth the amazing work that was done... Thank you for the outstanding job because now my 2017 WRX is back to mint condition...

Had my left rear view mirror replaced due to damage. Greg's did a great job matching up the paint on the new mirror. It took less than 10 minutes to reinstall new mirror.

Gregs Auto Body repaired my wife's Jaguar. The work was outstanding. The color match was perfect and the quality of the repair was excellent. We recently traded the Jag in at the Jaguar Dealer where the Dealer said the work was the best he had seen in years. We had no deduction in the value of the car because of the repairs. I have recommended Gregs to friends and family all of whom have been well satisfied.

The best body shop in our area!!! Brandon and the staff is top notch!! I am extremely particular about who works on my cars. Greg's auto body always does a superior job! They are also active and invested in our community through many different organizations. Great job guys!

I got my truck repaired recently, and I couldn't be more than happy with the job done, they made it look as good as the first time that I drove it off the dealership. They say that you are only as good as your last job, so I'll will definitely be going back.Thank you guys for such a pleasant experience.Great job guys.

This place is amazing my 2016 RS Camaro was vandalized at Walmart & they were great from the start they assured me my car was in good hands they even took care of some damages that was not included in my claim. Seriously they know there business & my car didn t have one scratch it s so beautiful & the work was very professional & high quality, if I could I would give 6 stars. The staff was so friendly & Fernando called and gave updates on the car & the progress & for all the work done the price was great will not go anywhere else they rock. Awesome job thank you Greg s Auto body! You have me & my honeys Auto body needs from here on out.. continue being the best around !!... you really put a smile on my face

I've now utilized Greg's twice now. The first time was for some damage on the bed of my truck. The work performed was fine. They did forget to put back some bed caps that were removed. The truck to this day has two on one side and none on the other. AAA recently recommended I go back after an attempted grand theft auto on my other truck. They fixed the ignition and truck seems to be operating fine. The frustrating part to this second visit was with the parking. They have the only handicap stall taken up by an easy-up. I'm in a wheelchair and not having that extra room in their already small lot was frustrating. The excuse given for breaking federal law was covid-19. If you're disabled call ahead ,or just go elsewhere for now.

Greg's Auto Body is a professional, quality body shop. The staff is awesome, the service is top notch and the results are amazing. My car looked like new when the repairs were done and the entire process was painless, quick and easy!

Regret taking my vehicle. Correction VEHICLES.... First car they wrecked it completely instead of fixing. By one of there employee. And returned to be told another vehicle being considered a totalled lost as well. Cause they over priced the repair cost. They charge twice the amount to repair than other shops. Don't recommend taking it there.

had my truck repaired when they said it was done the body looks great but when i drove off i noticed the tire presser system was not working had to bring it back also the wheel hub had the paint rubbed off told joe about it and he had it replaced.that is diatailes that should have not been missed.

Very poor management and front office staff. This is a place to avoid. After expressing my displeasure about their service to my State Farm agent He said he wouldn't send his worst friend to Greg"s

The body work is good but customer service is bad picked up my car and they broke the key pod then they said that this didn't happen here I have had three cars worked on there but when they accuse me of lying about a key pod they will not get my business againServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Stop by for a estimate. People were not the least friendly. Seem to be only interested in insurance related repairs.
