I took my car to be repair under the guaranty. They did repair it but in the process they broke my door handles on the driver side front rear, I was contacted by Green leaf Auto shop and they were very understanding and offer to order the parts and fix my car. Once the parts came in I was contacted to bring my car in at my earliest convenience and they fixed right on the spot.

I had a really great experience with them, as for it being my first collision. Haik went above and beyond with making sure everything went as planned. I got constant updates, via text messages, on my car which I really liked. The end result was more than I could imagined. I m super pleased with them and 100% recommend them. They fixed my bumper, headlight, the fender, and a few dents.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had the pleasure of sending my car to Greenleaf's Auto Body Shop in located on Greenleaf Ave in Whittier California for repairs on my vehicle from an accident, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment, they received my car and I was greeted by the owner and his knowledgeable staff who put my worries at ease. My Insurance Company wanted me to take my car to their vendor yet I was compelled to take directly to GLA and so glad I did.The quality of work at GLA is truly remarkable. My car had some significant damage, but when I saw the final result, it looked as good as new. The attention to detail and craftsmanship they put into their work is evident, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The owner even detailed and polished my car when I picked it up and it smelled like a brand new car.Not only did they do a fantastic job with the repairs, but the entire process was seamless. They kept me informed every step of the way, from providing an accurate estimate to completing the work within the promised timeframe. The transparency and professionalism of the staff were highly commendable. They were the spokesman and dealt with my insurance Company and gave me play by play via email so that I would have full transparency.In addition to the exceptional service and craftsmanship, GLA also offers competitive pricing. I felt like I received great value for the quality of work performed.Overall, I highly recommend Greenleaf Auto Body Shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect from customer service to the final result. It's clear that they take great pride in their work, and it shows. Terrible workmanship on the interior door panels (scratched with screwdrivers for some reason) when they were disassembled and reassembled and they scratched a window sill on drivers side too (on the exterior). The manager offered to replace the window piece and said he would order it and call me, but he never did. When I tried to reach out to get the part from him he was unreachable. Don t go here.

Greenleaf fixed my rear end bumper and did a fantastic job with bumper replacement and paint. Friendly staff, very detail on their work.

This was by far the worst experience in customer service I ve had. My car was vandalized and while my insurance gave me an estimated that included a FULL paint job, the guy here thought I would be ok with him rubbing off the spray paint that was ALL OVER THE CAR. When we refuse this, the man who seemed like the one in charge said just paint it all , like ok it didn t work let s just do our actual job. Serious scammers!

Took my car to repair damages from a very minor accident, shop owner immediately said it was totaled (not even close) and then said it was okay to go, then after a many days with no repair even started, he said he can t find parts and it s totaled.Called my insurance adjuster, they got him back in the shop and suddenly he could find the parts, but evidently no real skill to compliment them.the paint job he did on the hood is completely amateur- complete with Orange peeling and zero signs of a final buff. It appears he did the laziest job possible and the car runs much rougher than before. Idles really rough when the AC is being used, which worked perfectly before entering his shop and wasn t impacted by the accident, and I have photos to prove it.It was a very minor fender bender and he didn t even repair the actual fender, which had existing damage but he agreed to put work in on it and charged labor for it- but no visible work was performed. What a cheapskate and fraud, would never recommend them, even in an emergency as he ll definitely exploit your desperation for profit. Classless and fraudulent.Update: he called to have me take this down and I refuse to do so, due to his business habits. He informed me that he will try to compel Google to take it down instead. He s no good in my opinion, and having it deleted because he s not up to par isn t a sign of real quality. It goes to show why he has a near perfect rating- he deletes any criticism. Everything I said is true and I have a witness (the driver of the vehicle involved in the accident) to corroborate everything from the minor damage, the vehicles condition before and after the repair , and how unprofessionally the business was conducted by Greenleaf.

This auto body shop took we over it's limit to fix my car after my ins. Discarded info to me that it would only be 24 days... I lost money in this process and became homeless because I didn't have enough for rent.... I received my car back after paying 500, with the help of my insurance. Now I live in my car... So thank you Greenleaf Auto for taking my life away from me... By the way, the car wasn't all the way fixed, it's not producing hot air like it use to and my driver side window is not working

My front end was smashed they took care of the damage for me in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly staff and the owners a really nice guy.

Took my 2018 4runner in for some front end repair thanks to some random rode debris 6 foot pipe that a semi truck ran over my front bumper , grill , and hood were all damaged. Took it over to greenleaf auto body, took a few days extra to repair so I was a lil antsy. Picked it up today, outstanding work, looks brand new I could not be happier thank you guys!!!! I would recommend these guys to anybody, especially over your big corporate shops !!!!! Super super happy

Called ahead of time and explained EXACTLY what I needed done and was told to bring in my car. Immediately upon walking in, was told they couldn't help me and was impossible to do it same day ?? and to go somewhere else. Never once did I say I needed it done that same day. I was ready to drop it off. Just another shop not paying attention to woman needs. Won't go or recommend this place. Thanks for wasting my time and risking driving my car there for NOTHING!

(Honda Accord 2017)This was my first experience having to go to an auto body shop as a result of an unfortunate experience. I am pleased at not only the work completed on the car, but the experience. The customer service is excellent. I appreciate all the care that was put in returning my vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Would highly recommend!

They fixed my car but took 35 days to finish my car. 5 days past the due date. And when i got it back there was swirl marks on my hood, a chip on my bumper (which they tried blaming me for) and they use used parts to fix my car. Disappointed on their service. Try Elite Body Shop not this place, learn from my mistake.

Greenleaf Autobody has a dedicated hard working staff. They earn an excellent grade for being willing to work to find the root cause an issue I had with my vehicle. Thank you especially to the owner Haik for going the extra mile for me and answering all my phone calls and questions and going on a test rides for my car. I will recommend this autobody to friends and family.

Haik was very pleasant to work with, I took in my white Honda civic for a bumper repair from a fender bender I was in, he made the process easy for me, and communicates well.

The owner got my repair with my paint match finished after 2 other shops could not do it properly. Caliber collision in Santee springs lost our key stole our sunglasses and never could finish the work. Thanks Greanleafs.

This guy is flipping amazing he fix my truck twice and it look like it never happen I would recommend TT hem to anyone for any job that as to do with car repair and the owner Hike is flipping amazing

I got in a crash, not my fault LOL, i came here and they immediately took in my car a 2016 honda fit, they quickly fixed my car within a month i got it back, the insurance didnt cover my aftermarket rims but the owner bought them for my car anyways, customer service there is great, the receptionist is a nice lady, she may come off annoyed at first but like everyone she has lots of stress, this is definitely a great shop, when i got the car i couldnt even remember what was broken before , thats how amazing the work was it LOOKED like it came off the assembly line, the only problem i had was that they didnt properly seal the door liner on the back right door, but none the less the car was almost totaled and when i got it back it looked brand new!!!

My car had been inspected in this shop assigned by my auto insurance company Geico, the owner wasn't nice, so I decided not to give my car for them to repair.
