Took my car in to fix the body damages. They seemed like they knew what they were doing, they even notified me if I had any questions to just call or if anything goes wrong to please call back. One month had passed, one of the plastic trims was curling and coming off the car. I called back for assistance they always seemed busy. Until one day after calling to see when I can take the car in to be fixed. The gentleman finally told me to do it myself. To glue it on myself. HorribleServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car towed here after an accident; they called me and invited me to come to the shop to sign the paperwork. Seemed very upfront and professional. Robert, the technician, walked me to my car to explain additional concerns and I felt good about this place.

Took my hummer here for a wheel repair I had to buy new wheels and they installed them their was a few minor things wrong that needed to be repaired. My car was at this shop forever then I finally got my hummer back what a coincidence 2 days later it was stolen right out my driveway the hummer was all chromed out and they wanted wheels. It was found on blocks the next day. Be aware of this place they have a lot of young guys working at this shop I know they are the ones who took my hummer. My friend just bought a new truck he was in an accident and he took here to this shop for repairs he just got his truck back a few weeks ago and they also had it forever and my friends truck was just stolen right out of his driveway. Another coincidence they know how yo get into the car without breaking any windows they have the cars long enough to make copies of they keys. Don t trust this be aware.Service: Body & Trim

This place is total amateurs. Had a car there to fix after accident. They fixed things you can see and even not well. I came there later to let them fix problem at the wheel. They had my car for a month, didn t fix anything making excuses that its the sound of exhaust of a cold engine. I bought new tires at Big O Tires and they did wheel alignment which fixed the problem. This body shop are such amateurs that are not able to do even the wheel alignment after the repair. I highly recommend to avoid this body shop.

Went in on Saturday and the young lady to the left as soon as I walked in asked how can I help? I said I need paint and body work she said on the whole vehicle? I said yes she then said oh no we don't do that this is a collision shop! ?!?! What?? That doesn't even make sense, I have used golden west coach in the past but I guess not anymore.. they lost my business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst paint job ever. We took our car here for auto accident repairs from the front bumper and lights. Lack of communication because when we took our car here they said repair are done in 5 days, 5 days pass and no communication at all from the shop on the status of the car. 10 days later they contact us that the car is ready for pick up. We pick up the car and inspect it which came to see that the paint job is the worst. You could literally see dry drip paint coming down from the bumper, not just one drip, a lot of drips paint mark. It like child in school painting a bike. Also, the light still have a sticker that said made Taiwan on it which was never remove and under the hook, the windshield container cap is off. I don't know why that would be off if they only repair the bumper and the lights. We contact the manager and he want us to take the car in for another paint job, which will be another 10 days. This doesn't make sense if they inspect the job in the first place. Poor place, wouldn't recommended this place.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Was involved in a car accident that left my back bumper hanging. Eventually everything was settled through the insurance and brought my car here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I got my vehicle back within 8 days! Great work!

Small repair and was told 1 week. When called the day after car was expected to be done advised would be done Monday morning, that it was just drying. Called Monday morning and told they had to do a touch up and would be done by closing. Was given car back with overspray all over it. They said they would remove and had vehicle another full day and still not removed. Was told it was due to my car being old over time. It is 1 year old 2017 car. Facility is to busy with Insurance repairs that carelessness is happening. Robert, the guy in office and staff are really nice and try to be accommodating, but work not getting properly done.

Won't go anywhere else, these guys are amazing! Robert in particular. Will give you the best price, fastest lead time, and speedy quotes. Robert has also helped me out by doing a free scratch removal after a slight mishap in the carpark, saving me about $800. 100% reccomend!
