Palemon and his crew at this place have the best prices and work fast really know their tire information on brands and styles truly knowledgeable and also do other work as oil change services strut shock replacements and alignment. Thank you again always taking care of my cars and family truly appreciate it.

I needed a front alignment and two new tires. They helped me right away and were very nice! I waited in the waiting room and the man in the office even changed the tv to something I would like to watch which was very kind. They were pretty concerned because my tires were in bad shape lol but I appreciated them having the option of used tires since the new ones weren t in my budget just yet. I ll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly and welcoming owner will welcome you in like no where else. this place it's about making long term customers by offering decent price and quality job. It was my first time here for brake pad replacement and i got 3 different prices for different brand and labor was very reasonable compare to other mechanic i used to go. this place has my business from now on. and thanks to Palemon for being so friendly . I recommend this place for tire rotation and tire replacement and brake pad change. there is verity of tires and brake pads to choose from.

Palimon and Jose the mechanic are awesome. Jose is very knowledgeable on staggered tires and setups. Got a really good deal on low profile tires, balanced and installed. Very happy with results. Highly recommended.#2jz #ToyotaAristo

I have been coming here for years and this place is not only Friendly but has grade A service. This is one of the most honest shops I have been to. They give you options and let you know what's wrong with your car and it really does give you the peace of mind that they are in Business to really help customer like myself. And not going after your pockets.I have come here for brakes,tires, suspension and it has always been the best service and price. I definitely recommend this place to anyone you is willing to make the drive and who wants to save money. Check out my last visit for pictures.

Great prices and service! unlike other mechanic shops where you feel like mechanics are trying to take advantage of you, at gener tire the workers are very honest and feel genuine in the recommendations the give. Been coming here for 6+ years don t ever plan on switching!

A few months ago I needed 2 new front tires and I was given a great price. The courteous owner was a big plus.... he helped me and didn't cheat me because I am not car knowledgeable .

Just went in for an alignment. I was quoted 2 prices before getting there and to tell the truth, I did worry about being over priced. Not the case. Just about everything the guy at the counter explained to me about my vehicle I had heard before.The 2004 Expedition year (along with other Ford s of that year) can have some manufacturing parts or issues that as the vehicles age may cost a bit more to replace or adjust.These guys were great. They ll tell you in advance what they ll look for and suggest what issues you may have coming up. Best part, they won t pressure you to do it.If you re not a car savvy person, check this place out. Just remember, good tires cost money no matter where you go. Get the alignment (great price). It ll save your tires and money in the long run.

Awesome service!!! Was looking all over for a rim and tire for an older trailer. These guys came through when everybody else failed. Their waiting area was clean. Restroom was clean as well. Manager ensured I had the correct rim for my application and charged a fair price. This is my 'go to' place for tires.

Went in for a patch due to a nail... the guy looks visibly upset the whole time he was fixing it. No big deal i just needed a quick service, paid him and left. I then get on the highway and my steering wheel starts shaking violently as I hit 55mph. I pull over and inspect the tire... they inflated it to almost 60psi when it should've been at 30psi. I had to let air out to match the rest of my tires but the damage was done. I now have a bulge in the tire and have to replace it and you can't just replace one, gotta get at least the two front ones to match. Honestly don't know what they were thinking!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GENER TIRES if you're ever in the market for quality tires, brake service or an oil change. Ask for Palemon, he's honest, straight forward and very professional. Not only will you get great customer service from him and his employees, you will also get a fair price and get treated like a valued VIP customer every time. They are precise and take their work very serious.

Gener tire and auto has to be by far the best tire and automotive shop in Whittier. The owner and His crew are hard working, very professional, and very honest. When I walk into his shop i get that feeling that I know I will be taken care of. I send all my family and friends there.

Came in looking to get one fix and came out getting three services. Fast and efficient work. Perhaps not being too busy was a factor into the speed of service. However, the efficacy into finding the cause of my visit and actually fixing it was super fast. Due to their reasonable pricing I also got an alignment and tire rotation.I will come back for sure! (-;

Great customer service and affordable tires. With my cooper tire purchased, I got a $60 mail in rebate and a free alignment. I was happy to know of my free lifetime tire rotation. Very clean place!!!! Thank you

Got quoted to do a wheel alignment for $75 on my vehicle for Friday. The shop in the plaza is located in the back so first time visitors may get confused.Got in, met with Palemon the manager, whos very nice and helpful. I came in early so it didnt take long to do the alignment. His mechanics showed me the work and even explained on the computer how bad the wheels were and why I was having the issues I was having with my ride having so much vibration.I cant say anything else about the other services but the shop seems very nice and clean, from the bays to the office area. They also sell tires as well so theres that as well should anyone be on the lookout for that as well. I thank Palemon for the help and would gladly come back if I needed work done on my vehicles.

I call them the homies. I'm a mechanic myself for heavy equipment and have been taking all my cars to get align and tire work done there. They check my cars out and just tell me what to replace since I can do it myself. They don't hesitate to offer suggestions either. They told me about a motor mount that I missed. Great group of guys. I trust all of them .

Awful and then they played this Jehovah Witness card as if they're not going to do anything wrong that should be the first sign that they're doing something wrong, that's how I feel when the owner feels that they have to announce and impose something like that. And then parts are missing off of my vehicle that are very expensive you know and I know things are sold overnight in California I wouldn't even give it one star I wouldn't want any other human have to go through this process

Here the Mechanics specialize in doing brakes . They Drove my car off put it in the garage next store hander other guy look at it by time I realized my vehicle wasn't in the shop and they put my car back together they've already stolen the plates that protect your underneath of the car I didn't realize until after the fact but they stoled and stolen the hummer parts of from underneath my vehicleTo the crew, thank you!!! For alarm me at warn people how dirty and deceiving everyone in that strip mall area is a thief
