Excellent service, great manager/president, Ron and Zuly that oversees things to make sure done properly2nd time I have used them. They put in work to make sure the paint job is seamless and even go the extra mile for finishing touches!! In times now, that is rare. They also helped me with prompt service because I needed the car to travel for my mom's surgery. Thank you for making a stressful time a great experience

Fernando and his team took my car to the next level! Sometimes getting into an accident can be the worst experience ever but Fernando and his team made this an amazing experience. They kept me updated on the vehicle progress and shared photos along the way. Highly recommended! First class team

They took care of my car and I was updated on every part of the repair process. When the rental car was busy and could not come and pick me up they actually called me a Lyft! Amazing! I thought this place was really good, they helped fix my car and were very friendly. My mind is completely changed because my iPad and Nintendo Switch were no where to be seen when i got my car back. When i called and confronted them about it they said they hadn't seen either and would've definitely put it to the side for safe keeping if they had seen it. I almost believed them and thought that i was mistaken, until the location of my iPad turned on a couple months after my service in a place that Ive never been. Obviously this shouldn t reflect on this whole business because of one person s mistakes, however i don t know who took it and i didn't hire them so i highly recommend to not bring your vehicle here unless you want them taking your stuff!! Karma will get you guys

Great body repair work done on my car. Brought it in for some front fender and headlight repair after an accident. Car was repaired three days before promised date. Very happy with the results! Had to get collision repair done. It s difficult to find a good place able to take your car in asap. Fix Auto took me in asap & customer service was on point. Very comforting and welcoming. Provided me with useful updates & most importantly, had my car looking brand new and better than ever in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend to all and return here myself if ever needed.

It has been the worst experience I have had. My car was hit parked on the street, my insurance recommended this shop due to high ratings . My car sat in this shop for almost a month without anyone working on it or sending any estimates to my insurance. I called them week three of not hearing anything from my car. I expressed that i needed an update soon because my rental provided by my insurance was going to start charging me. I was told that an estimate had been sent the day before , but that my car was already getting worked on and it had been pulled apart. I let another week go by before calling for another update, when I contacted them again requesting an update they weren t able to give me one and was told they would call me. I never received a call back, I finally decided to call my insurance. They notified me that this shop had not submitted all estimates and the estimate they were providing exceeded my coverage and it would probably be considered a total loss. I understand that the outcome is not the shop s fault however this couldve been resolved in less than a month if they would ve properly communicated. When I went to pick up my belongings from my car, the only item that had been worked on was the bumper. They had removed it but that was it. This shop needs to improve in their communication skills and taking accountability for their lack of service.

I was in a small accident and was referred to Fix Auto Whittier. Upon arrival Fernando greeted me and was very professional. I helped with the rental and gave me the details I needed to follow through with my repairs. I was told 2 weeks which I thought was pretty quick low and behold I got my car in a week!! I would have even gotten it a day earlier if I was available to pick it up. Again very professional when I arrived. He showed me the excellent work they did and helped me return the rental. id highly recommend Fix It Auto Whittier!!!Service: Body & Trim

This Process was so easy thanks to Fix Auto. I got in an accident and they fixed my car so quickly, made in sparkling clean, and were the kindest people to work with. I am blown away by their communication and work. They made my car look better than when I bought it! I also was traveling when they were done with my car and they let me Keep there until I got back. I definitely recommend!

I do not recommend this place.They charged my insurance for parts that they did not even installed.� I tried talking to them but nobody got back to me.� It took close to 4 months for them to have my truck ready. Every time I would call to check the status of the repair they were rude.� Communication was horrible,� needs improvement in their customer service skills.When my car was finally ready the office just gave me the keys , and did not even bothered to come out to tell me where my truck was and to show me there final work.Im very disappointed because I was a returning customer to them. The first time they did a good job, but this time was not the best experience.

I've been here before and knew I would be getting great customer service and excellent body repair work. Fernando and Brandon did an amazing job at getting my car back to new. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any minor or major repairs. The quality of work is the best anyone can ask for at a reasonable price.

Definitely definitely recommend this body shop located on Washington blvd in Whittier! I was looking for a place to fix up my car and they did an absolutely beautiful job.Fernando was the gentleman who helped me out and made the process so easy but never once made me feel like he was overcharging me and was able to get my car back to me in about 4 days in addition to a week waiting for the parts to arrive so they could get started.My car looks and feels like a brand new car and they even cleaned the inside and it looks immaculate.If you're wondering wear to go to get any repair I'd check this place out and see what they could do for you!

Fernando Vargas and his team at Fix Auto Whittier are awesome they made my 2021 Silverado Crew Cab look brand new again. They repaired the scratches on my truck in a matter of two days! If you are ever in an accident and need repair - there is no better place to go to than Fix Auto West Whittier. From the beginning the owner was very informative and assured me everything would be taken care of. I received multiple messages letting me know how the process was going and it was done before the expected date. When I went to pick up my car it looked new! They went above and beyond in every single aspect and I'm so appreciative of their work! What I was told to be 3 weeks maximum for the repairs to my car turned out to be a 3 month cluster, Fernando will screw you over and not even think twice. Avoid them at all costs. Even when they change the business name to RB Body shop.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
