Came in to this Firestone, due to name recognition. As expected, great customer service and professional tires installation on 2 tires I bought on eBay. When you buy tires on eBay at check out, you have an option to have tires installed professionally by local merchants. Luckily Firestone is on the list. Go see Jesus for professional car service & tires.

I took my car in for an oil change a rotation of my tires. And they did not do that my tires rotation because the tires were in the same spot. because I mark my tires to be sure they were changed and they were not. I called and the person that helped me said they did, I said no because I mark my tires and they were in the same spot this is fraud. I have filled a complaint and taking my car to the dealership to ensure that they actually even charged the oil I do not trust them. Beware if you take your car to these places because they charge for services not rendered and their corporate office don t seem to care if you call to complain. I called and was hung up on three times until the third person took my call. When I began to explain to him what happened he basically was making me feel like I was lying. I told him I don t mind paying for the oil change which I don t even know if they actually did but I refuse to be charged for rotation of tires that didn t get taken care of nor do I want their lifetime warranty for the alignment. I don t trust this organization and I will not recommend anyone to them ever beware people.

This employee at the counter made a comment with the other employees about me, not knowing I speak Spanish, what a shame. Worst employee of the month.I Had an appointment, they didn't work in my car at all, after I got back 1h and 30 minutes later , I got out of there with no service done they even send me a work receipt for a job that was not done.Firestone has always been amazing, go to a different location until they improve their services in this one.

Im not sure why there is negative reviews on here for these guys. I had a great experience, friendly helpful service.I went in there doubtful that they could align my lifted F150 and install my 35" tires. They did an awesome job!! ride is perfect, and the wear is even. I purchased the lifetime alignment package so will deffinately take it back periodically to get a check up.Great job Firestone Whittier!!!

Don't even bother with this place. I made an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early. When I got there they told me they didn't have time to do the work listed. When I asked why they confirmed the appointment the guy told me "Oh I didn't confirm it. I'm the manager and I wouldn't have confirmed that". Then he blamed it on an employee who had gone home already, completely avoiding responsibility. I left work early to make the appointment, complete waste of my time.

I love my local Firestone. The staff here is always friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to get my car in tip-top shape. Most recently I was helped by a gentleman, Earl whose service was superb; I had accidentally made my appointment at the wrong location, but Earl and his team still took care of me without hesitation. When I want the job done right the first time I go to my local Firestone on Washington BLVD. Highly recommended!!

Very horrible place, be sure to check your car after each service because chances are they screwed up your car.. gave this place many chances and most recently in March took my car for a simple oil change and to fix a check engine light.. part they ordered for me came defective (which seems to always happen).. was assured my the mechanics who you would hope knows what they are doing, tells me my car is good to drive until the new parts come in.. come that Monday on my way to work the car catches on fire, lots of flames start coming out under the hood and next thing I know my car completely done.. take my car to firestone to show them what happened, I was told someone from corporate will call me to help me out, well that took about a week and gave them all the information they needed to find out and was told they will follow up with me on what they can do, well two months has gone by and the gentleman that helped me not answering my calls or returning messages, very shady of them to just leave me in the dark.. At this point I will never step foot in firestone or ever recommend anyone to go there, as you see from other reviews very terrible company and I don t think anyone at this location knows what they are doing.

Went to get a front wheel alignment because I hit a curb dodging a truck. These ppl got my car lifted up telling me I need two control arms totaling $900 in work and refused to just align my wheels. I took my car down the street to get an alignment. Car is driving good as usual. I wouldn t refer this shop they got young kids in there no experienced workers

After dropping my car off earlier today, I recalled that I was never going back to this store again, after my last experience. That time, I had an appointment, dropped it off and ended up picking it up without it being completed because it was there nearly all day and still not done. What made me remember this NOW is that I just called them, 4 hours after dropping it off, and after being told on the phone and at the counter that it would only take a few hours, and it isnt even started. "we are taking care of appointments first", said Monica. The person who said it would take a few hours did so after putting me on hold to check it they can do an alignment. Based on the reviews I am reading here, it sounds pretty typical for this store. That must be why your store only has 3.3 stars.

I went in to buy the lifetime alignment! At 199 it is a really good deal. The tech discussed the camber and toe specifications when I picked up my car cause I have a lowered car. I was very pleased, the tech is cool and knows what he's talking about. I took a point off cause it took them a long time to do the alignment, but then again I let them know they can take as long as they want cause I live walking distance. IMO you will have long waits on most multi-service shops unless you're lucky. I do my own repairs and I appreciate what those techs have to do.

If your vehicle requires special work for basic maintenance, you WILL NOT receive same day service. You will be told to leave the vehicle overnight in order for the job to be completed.I took in my 2004 Ford Freestar in for a tune-up TWICE on a WEEKDAY and my van NEVER received service. My tune-up takes 3-4 hours to do due to the spark plugs location in my engine. I dropped my van off at 9:45am EACH TIME, the van was kept until closing EACH TIME and I was told to leave it OVERNIGHT to get service EACH TIME.If you open at 7am and close at 6pm, you have MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to finish my car. I gave you two chances and this location could careless. These guys don t care if my van wasn t serviced. Less work for them. Lots of people come here so they don t care if I was inconvenienced. You just lost a customer. Nice job.

I read the reviews, but they ve must made some changes since those comments were made. The weekend crew was on it. I just had tires mounted and balanced and did my alignment as well. Made an appointment and was greeted and started by Alfie. Picked up my vehicle and Jesus explained everything from how the tires work, since I had snow rated tires, to how often I needed to rotate them and do my alignment. Did get my techs name...sorry, but he was rocking and rolling as well. Looking forward to taking in vehicle for its next service. Great TEAM atmosphere, thank you!

I called and asked if they do free breaks inspection , and they said yesCame in and asked how long it takes they said 2 hours.Now it's more than 3 hours and they didn't check it, while inspecting breaks doesn't take 10 mins.Now they close soon and not even fix if i neededThey could have scheduled another day appointment.And they see it's my own problem, not even feel that people's time with bothering

My boyfriend took his car here yesterday to get new tires but they were trying to trick him into getting coolant (apparently it's leaking)and a new battery when he took it for a full service last month and sure enough they checked today and advised him everything was fine! They were just lying about it to get him to pay for unnecessary service. That's wrong!

Extremely helpful and thorough with services needed and provided. The sales advisor was very nice. Found a coupon for me and even through in a free tire rotation. Firestone just became my go to auto care place :)

They fixed me up, warranting out my tire for a new one. The tire was only two weeks old, so I was actually pretty perturbed by that, but there was nothing to be done. They were quick and nice, which is usually all that matters.

Had an appointment at 4pm. For a wheel alignment they didn't get it on the rack until 5pm. They said they had 2 cars ahead of me. I would have liked a phone call if they were running behind.

Horrible service dropped off my car around 9am for an oil change thinking it would take them a few hours to get it done. Called them around 2pm and the they hadn t even started finally around 4:30 they called saying it was ready. Come on 7 hours to get an oil change unacceptable. I wont be taking my cars there anymore.
