Josh is amazing with his customer service skills. He was able to get my tires replaced same day and on a Sunday. I'll definitely be coming back here again

Great mechanic! Went to another mechanic for a problem and they told me they couldn't help me because they couldn't figure out what was wrong, this place was able to help me out. My car is running without clinking/clanking sounds and now I know that it was coming from my axles.

For me, dealing with cars is such a pain in the rear, and finding a trustworthy place is such a struggle. HOWEVER, this is now my go to place for everything. I really appreciate Jamie! The communication here is always really great! This is a place that I trust and feel good about going. I HIGHLY recommend!It's is a judgement free environment, where I always leave feeling safe and secure!

Don't try to talk you into expensive tires or parts you don't need. Very knowledgeable. Work fast! But still definitely recommend an appointment, bc this place is (rightfully) busy.Their waiting area has a lot of brand new magazines, haha, which is good if you don't have a ride picking you up while they work.

Customer service is great.But I prefer honesty and knowledge because no matter how great your roof is, if your foundation is made of toothpicks and clay.

Amazing shop with a great owner (Josh). I had a 2019 Honda that needed roughly $2000 worth of suspension work and Josh did an amazing job on it. I called roughly 10 shops in the area and none of the shops instilled in me the same confidence that Josh did while speaking to him on the phone.I work on cars myself but only at a YouTube mechanic level and speaking to Josh, he demonstrated to me that he truly knows what he is doing.He was completely honest with me and did an amazing job. Josh was the straight shooter type of honest mechanic that I was looking for and not only is he honest but he is willing to listen to you, talk to you, and address your concerns in a caring, patient, knowledgable, and confident way that I didn t get from the other shops that I called.I m not saying that there aren t other good shops in the area because I spoke to many, but I didn t want to take that chance with suspension work so I bet my money on Josh and it turned out perfectly.

My go-to for my Audi. You'll get better work and prices for your German car than a place that doesn't specialize in German cars. Make sure to call to make an appointment.

Id love to rate the service but I tried calling and got put on hold for fifteen minutes with no indication of how long Id be on hold. Hung up and tried again, only to have the call rejected and the audio response to tell me they're not set up for voicemails and to call again later. Looking for another dealership after this.

Highly recommend. Jaime was honest and went above and beyond. Took my wife's prius in, he found it had a bent piston rod. He gave me many options and always kept me updated with the progress.

Dident even take my car there. Ur a mom and pops shop that yes serves these cars but how you more expensive/ dam near same price as the dealer like no thanks

My car broke down after leaving the hospital across the street. Jaime is very nice and looked at my car right away. My alternator broke, great. I'm actually at the shop now while they fix it. Super nice guy, he showed me the reading saying the alternator wasn't charging my car. The price was good. I'll be out of here in about an hour. I also need tires so I'm getting a new set with an alignment. I highly recommend elite auto care!

Great job on my Porsche. I will never have to go to another Porsche specialist and get ripped off again. They saved me more than half the cost I used to pay. They even lent me a car while mine was being worked on. I go to both places where ever Jasen is at the time. Such a well run business. I was able to meet Joshua this time around and was very impressed with him as well. So either way HB or Whittier I have trust and faith for both places. No price difference from one to the other. Honest across the board.

I was sent over from their other shop in Santa Fe Springs because I needed tires and an alignment. They already had the tires so when I got there they started right away. I was in and out in about an hour. I like these guys a lot. They showed me everything I needed so I felt comfortable and confident. They have a new customer for life.

I had my wifes suburban towed in because it was leaking lots of oil on the drive way. Jaime called me and said it was the rear seal between the motor and transmission. He gave me a great deal and gave me the confidence that the job would be done right. He also told me I needed tires, so I got new BGFs as well. I highly recommend the guys over at Elite.

Great service!! It s hard to find mechanic shop that is fully honest with reasonable prices. A place where they know what they are doing and do a great job! Jaime was amazing, great customer service & very professional. Would definitely recommend Elite Auto Care!!

Had an overheating issue with my car for the past few months and couldn't figure it out...brought it to these guys here at Elite and they took care of it like it was nothing. These guys are the best at what they do, very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Great service, expert mechanics, great pricing, and just great overall experience. Guys go out of there way to explain issues and any other upcoming issues to you without trying to force extra work on you. I highly recommend to ask for Josh he is the man.

This place is awesome! Not long ago, I bought a 2004 Passat. It had some issues that I had fixed at a different shop. Well, unaware that that other shop put in the wrong coolant in my car, I kept having overheating problems. Today I happen to be close by Elite Auto Care. I pulled up as my car was overheating again. I'd been using distilled water in the meantime, but needed to buy the proper coolant. Well Elite Auto Care isn't a store, but it's an actual garage specializing in VW & Audi. So they didn't have coolant by the gallon to sell, but they did have the large drums used in the shop. Jazen was so kind & very informative. He offered to fill up my gallon water jug at no cost, just to help me get on my way. He explained in clear technical detail how the correct coolant affects the engine. I filled up the coolant jug on my car, and instantly the cooling system was quiet & working perfect. Jazen literally SAVED MY CAR!!! Elite Auto Care will now be my new go to garage for my auto care needs. Thanks a ton Jazen! This place is awesome!

If I could give a negative star I would. Brought my car in because I needed a head gasket. Between 6 to 8 months I notice something was wrong came in several times and was given the run around and they did not want to honor their warranty. Jamie kept telling me it was something else even though the signs were the same as when I needed a head gasket. Finally after my year was up I was told it was the head gasket. Jamie passed me back to Josh who was very rude to me and told me he would not repair my vehicle and that he no longer wanted to service me and that I wanted him to redo the work for free. These guys are over priced and do not honor their work. I also have a witness of this mistreatment.

They have diagnosed difficult problems for me from intermittent leaky injectors to cylinder head valve float that a car dealer couldn't solve. Prices are par with industry standard and their repairs work first time out.

Came here to get some transmission work and Jaime also pointed out another issue I had with my struts. I d come back again solid place and great customer service. Had my car back at the end of the same day I dropped it off!!

Wife went out of town and the fuel pump failed on her Tahoe. Josh and his guys didn't take advantage of her situation and gave her a very good price. Took it in the morning and got it back later that day. Her vacation never missed a beat. Thank you Elite Auto!

Great customer service. My Jetta was overheating. They pulled codes and my extended warranty was accepted and done. My Jetta was ready next day.
