I took my car to this body shop because my insurance recommended it but I m truly disappointed my bumper is not even aligned correctly the body lines on my hood have a big gap fenders are missing rivits my spash shield missing screws makes me think more parts might be missing smhServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

No one ever enjoys having to take a vehicle for body repairs but this place thinks about their customers. Since my car was drivable, they called me when parts were in before having me drop off my vehicle and returned it as soon as they completed repairs. They are very understanding and answered any questions I had. Then when I picked up my car it was washed and even vacuumed .. great job!!

This place did an amazing job on my car, I could not be more happy. I brought it in there after I got in a fender bender, they were very profession and Also very quick they made my car pretty much look new again

They were efficient and timely! Great customer service!! Like above and beyond! All the staff are friendly and just love their job and you can tell they love who they work for and that they take pride in what they do. When I picked up my car they were genuinely excited for me to see my car and I literally wanted to cry because that is so rare today! I for sure don t think I will ever go anywhere else but here, endless I move . God Bless this place the owners and all the staff!

I was referred by my neighbor who used to work with infinity insurance, also noticed ratings show that their fast and friendly. It's been a month. My insurance and coworkers are telling me it's shouldn't have been this long, wasn't given a estimated time and have to keep calling just to be told they will call me back. My insurance had paid 1k of my rental and now been paying out of my pocket. This is getting so frustrating.Was told Friday or the following Monday, came in Monday afternoon because I didn't receive a call, just to find out the parts are not in yet. Called Tuesday to make a complaint, just to find out the car is drivable. WTF! There is no clear communication here. This is not at all what the rating comments reflected!Pickup my car Tuesday afternoon and noticed new damage on the rear bumper and Freddy Treto right away denied it saying it was already there. He then brought up pictures when it was brought in. It shows clearly that there was nothing. I asked him that it would be repaired in writing and he refused. Such BS! Then said he would make a note of it and started writing on my paperwork for the repairs already made.How can I trust someone who would deny the truth so quickly, to find out later and not promise in writing.Had to bring in the car again because the engine was over heating. Never again!

Eckles is awesome. They fixed my bumper looks brand new. THE Staff is friendly and awesome customer service. Ifelt like I was at home I felt this comfortable.

They made an amazing job to my 2017 car. They really paid attention to all details and job needed to be done. The car looks beautiful that it reminded me from the first time I bought the car from the dealership. Thank you guys!

They were very communicative and had a streamlined service. They were done with my car by the time they first estimated, no complaints! Car accidents of all capacities are unfortunate, but at least if you go here they will be very professional and you will get great work from them.

Very awesome auto body shop have not seen one like that in a long time. Clean and great customer service at the owners. Desk and his staff was able to do an estimate on my vehicle in less than thirty minutes. Many years of service and the memorabilia inside is tight and awesome you'll feel like if you were in the 50's enjoy the life posters on the walls and gas pumps while they fix your vehicle. 5star view

Waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged by a worker. One gentleman made eye contact and avoided helping me for 15 min before walking away. Wouldn't come here at all if I wasn't working through someone else's insurance.

Unbelievable, these people are angels sent from above. I left tearing up due to their unmatchable kindness and amazing service. I'm in shock and in awe, because they gave me the most incredible blessing I could have gotten, and I'm eternally grateful. Never been to any place where they have enough compassion for their clients. With my hand on my heart, I say this is the best place I've ever been, and I wish everyone single employee nothing but blessings and good fortune for the rest of their lives.Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended and needed the entire back of my car repaired.Everyone at Eckles was very helpful, professional, and friendly. They were prompt with their response time and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Angela in the front desk is really sweet and helpful. She made sure to follow up promptly with insurance and rentals.When I picked up my car, I noticed some minor discrepancies with my vehicle that were not there prior to me dropping it off. I notified them via email not really expecting to get a response or even to take my car back in, but did it so they would be aware and could be careful moving forward. They responded immediately and Jose himself took care of my car and replaced the damaged part.They have incredible customer service and they did amazing work repairing my car after I was rear ended.I am very happy that I brought my car to them and will continue to do so if I need to in the future. I very highly recommend this business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys do great work! Getting into any type of accident is annoying in itself, Carlos Jose, Angie and the whole team helped make the whole process so smooth. The estimated time frame was not bad and I was grateful for the progress updates. I recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their car. Thank you guys again!!! They were fast and efficient. The lady at the front desk is very courteous and informative. I will say one negative thing: they ask customers to enter with a mask on, but half the staff there is not wearing one . So, I m Not sure if that also shows that there might be times where they themselves don t follow their own rules and policies and therefore affect their job on customers cars. My personal experience with them was worth taking my car for a paint job that was needed after a car accident.

This is the worst body shop I've ever been to. They did some repairs in my car and replaced my windshield.the new one had some stains on it so I took it back to be cleaned and they scratched itThen Jose told me that it was my fault and that I had to pay for another glass if I wanted it to be replaced again. JOSE SOUZA was the one who took care of me and was not responsible for the damage they did to my windshield.I don t recommend it at all

5 Stars this is my first time ever writing a review but Eckles did an amazing job no boubt! Supper happy with the results very affordable and timely I took my car in for a dent and was repaired in 1-2 days ! Excellent customer service! Took in my Flex for a new bumper after an incident on the freewy. I made an appointment and they took me right away even called the car rental place to pick me up. They called me with status and when it was ready. When I got it back it looked like new. They even delivered my vehicle because I could not make it before they closed. Thank you for amazing service! The owner is great and so is his staff! Highly recommend!

I was in an accident and took my car in for repairs as I needed a new bumper. The service I received was fabulous and when I picked up my car not only did they wash my car but detailed it as well. They replaced my bumper, had to repaint a portion of the car and they buffed out some scrathes, the car looks brand new!I highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!Thank you Eckles Auto Body for a job well done!

Eckles is the only place I trust with my car! The work is amazing, quality work that I feel confident in. As a grandparent, I need to know my car is running well and safely when I'm driving my grandkids around. Jose does a thorough, comprehensive job. His work is meticulous. A great experience. As an older woman I am always nervous about turning my car over to others! However, they fixed everything (and did more) and washed it...of course I laughed when I opened the trunk, as there was all the junk I had accumulated over the years! Horrible quality paint / clear coat. Dull and rough after 3 months. Gave only excuses when I brought it back. 5yr warranty is BS.I'm sure the 5 star reviews are family, friends, employees of shop.

Recently a person backed up into my CRV long story short. Insurance company sent us there forv repairs. Great job! Paint job excellent!
