I was very pleased on how much I was quoted for my vehicle damage. The Estimator ( Sean) stated that the repair was going to take about 3 hours. Well, it actually took longer than expected. However, my original rate was honored even though it took about 6 hours. Which I didn t mind at all. They did a very good job. I definitely recommend this place. Btw Jeremy was a very polite front desk employee.

Carstar staff are so friendly and courteous. They made a bad experience of being in an accident more pleasant. They were expedient and explained everything clearly up front. The work completed was excellent. I highly recommend Car Star Larry's Body Shop Thank you!.

Needed a quick repair so I stopped by Larry s for an estimate. I used them years before so I knew their work was top notch. Agreed to have them start Monday morning and they were finished before expected on Wednesday. Can t say enough, everyone there was very professional. Staff was were professional and nice, the timing was perfect, dropping off my car and picking up my car went very smooth, and to top it off, I had a full charge on my Tesla and great detail cleaning!!!

Don't recommend had a repair done there they removed bolts from multiple places and didn't replace. As well damaged moldings when they took it apart and didn't replace it. Failure to return spare tire had to come back for it. Don't recommend if you do decide to go with them take your time inspecting before you leave.

We just had my fathers Subaru repaired, as it sustained damages at a tow yard. From start to finish Jeremy was extremely helpful, very compassionate and patient with us. Originally he didn t have any openings, but luckily they had a cancellation a few days later. We dropped the car off and it was a smooth, & painless process for us. We were given a timeline of about 2 weeks, and they stuck to that timeline all while updating us with texts. The car was ready today, but we wouldn t have been able to pick it up until tomorrow. Jeremy offered to drop the car off for us, since we re not far at all. That is customer service that goes above and beyond. Not only was my dads car repaired, but it was so clean and shiny!! They absolutely did not have to drop off the car or have it cleaned. My mom and I are just in disbelief because they ve just made things so much easier for us as we take the next steps with my fathers car. I would highly recommend using them and huge shout out to Jeremy, give this man a raise!! All in all a great experience, and I must say that the interior of the business is clean, smells clean and is well kept together, which isn t common for many repair shops.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I needed some minor repairs done to my Jeep and Jeremy got me in quickly and was super helpful, kind, and friendly. None of the other local auto repair shops in the area would help me or were charging too much for minor issues. I'm glad I found this place (adjacent to the Auto Zone on Telegraph). Thank you Jeremy and staff for gold star service!

I would like to commend and thank the entire Team at Carstar Larry's Auto Body in Whittier. Starting from my 1st impression and interaction with Sean and his entire Team; Jeremy, Mario, and Tony; all of them were great to work with. From the day I came into see Sean after experiencing an accident on the freeway; Sean was kind, professional, patient, and very transparent and most of all honest. He shared the estimate after the tear down in a very fair, methodical, and professional manner. He made me feel that he was very cognizant of everything that needed to be completed and worked very efficiently and flawlessy with insurance adjustor. My vehicle from start to finish was completed in 9 days; which is unheard of in today's current environment. I know this may not be the case for every vehicle, but regardless I was updated daily on the vehicle's repair and progress. I will definitely refer Sean and his team to Carstar. I called this body shop and was greeted by the male secretary. I asked if I could do a walk in estimate as I need one for the a third party association to pay for the damage their property did to my car. The male on the phone said yeah come on through, I just can't guarantee how quick it can be done depending on how big or small the work is.Once I got there the secretary of the body shop probably saw it was just minor damage to the A pillar and changed his narrative to saying who did I speak to, that they don't do walk in estimates, only visuals and that then they arrange for a time for them to dismantle my car for a proper estimate because they get 25 new cars to repair weekly.I understated not wanting to take repairs that will only cost $1,500 to $3,000 but come on. Do not waste people's time. Be upfront on the phone. An estimate to repair damage to the A pillar shouldn't take a long to draft with pending further evaluation.

My car was ready 2 days before estimated completion time. They were helpful and friendly and had excellent communication. When completed, they were able to deliver the vehicle to my home. I took my Tesla in for a quote. They took pictures and said they would order the parts. Two weeks later after patiently waiting I called. I was told there was no record of them ordering the parts. Then they said they weren't taking anymore orders. Two weeks waisted on their ineptness. And not even an apology. No class!

This franchisee is a disgrace to The Carstar brand.The only reason I went there was that they are a Tesla certified body shop. Why would Tesla certify such a ridiculously bad body shop? I hope there is a way to alert Tesla of the misgivings of this shop!! They absolutely provide no service to customers and actually they seem to be indifferent to the plight of their customers. They just don't care about their customers. Sean lies again and again and again. He has no shame to keep customers waiting for months. All lies and stories!! I am shocked to see so many people who give this facility good reviews. I doubt it is real. You only get a run around from this facility. I see now from other reviews that I am not the only one who has had a similar experience with Sean. Check out the other reviews on Yelp too. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

A bit of a wait to get a quote. Photos were taken of my VIN and damage, and I was promised a quote by email. Not sure how long it will take but it's been a couple hours (EDIT: now almost a week) already and still nothing. Overall a nice lobby and professional staff. But the place is quite busy (could be a good thing (in demand) but also could be a bad thing (delay your work/recovery of your vehicle). EDIT: I thank the owner for his/her reply, but your staff never followed up with me, never sent me a quote, and I feel not only did I waste my time, but more suspicious you wanted the VIN and take photos but not deliver what you promised. Suspicious and definitely could not recommend.

Best communication from a repair shop I ve ever had. Kept me updated throughout the repair. They finished earlier than expected and went above and beyond to get my car back to what it was. I was afraid to try this place because the reviews weren't amazing but honestly I am so glad I did! They were super nice, professional and did their best to answer every question. I received updates regarding the progress of my vehicles by phone and email throughout the whole process. Todd was a pleasure to work with! I will definitely be referring anyone who needs collision care, hopefully I won't need to return but if I ever have another accident I will most definitely be back! Just got my car back from body repair. As good as new for now. The shop kept me update with process and releases my car before an issued check arrived. They knew the check is on the way though.
