I went in and walked around for about 30 minutes. I knew what I needed but wasn t sure what brand or exactly the product that would get my job done the best. I was greeted with a nice hello when I walked in. Perfect! Then nothing. Fail!!! No one else was in the store customer wise and there was 4 staff at the counter when I arrived. I picked out my tint after negotiating with myself for 20 minutes, got the air and cabin filters, and did the best I could for the car wax I was looking for after another 20 to 30 minutes. I was in the store for an extended period of time. I decided to pass on the floor mats and seat covers as I couldn t figure out which ones and not one person offered any help or guidance. No one addressed me any further until I got to the counter for checkout. I asked the lady about the car wax and honestly got a half a$$ response but then said it s one of the best on the market I think but I really don t know for sure. What?!?!?!?! Are you cereal!!!!! Yes o said cereal and it is not a typo It s not often I want to be bothered or solicited in a store. Honestly I truly prefer not to be engaged at all. However, I feel like at the auto parts store and being a female this rule is null and void as assistance is 9 times out of 10 a necessity. I Won t be coming back to this store. I am glad you had the other products I needed and I thank you for being open and at my service in that refused. I Just was hoping for it to be a little more personalized because I was so unsure of what to get with so many products options available.

Fantastic! Went in for a battery. Tony came out and tested my battery. Told me the connectors were just not tight enough and that was my problem. Solved. Competent with integrity.

Called tonight because the battery in my dad s truck went dead while I was at the hospital visiting him. Spoke with Christian, who ensured he had the battery I needed and told me to come on by after AAA gave me a jump. I went over, he tested it, agreed that I needed a new one, and had it swapped out in less than 10 minutes. He was professional, kind, quick, and knowledgeable. Christian, you made a bad day turn around pretty quickly by being so great at your job. I love that AutoZone offers this service. Thanks, AutoZone and thank you, Christian!

I think that if you're going to be working here you definitely need to really like what you're doing so I think for the most part if you don't then that's not something that you would actually want to do which is work at a place that requires knowledge of cars so a lot of the people that work here I mean I would go on a limb and say that almost 90% of the people that work here know about cars plus they have a computer there to help you so at this location I've always been happy the wraps even the girls helped me out at 100%.

It is very hard to find good customer service nowadays, but not at this AutoZone! Emily went above and beyond to help me when I went to figure out how to get a paint scratch out of my car. She was kind and helpful, and actually took the initiative to get the paint scratch out for me. I was not expecting that level of service. It totally made my day.

Very reliable to have parts in stock or some day. Staff are always helpful, but the Manager here is great. I think he's been there for a decade or so.Prices are competitive and I like the Rewards Program for free discounts.

First of all, I want to say Thank You!! for great customer service from all team members within the store!! I viewed great leadership from the store Managers, helping their team members regarding any questions for my order, in making sure it was done correctly. After shopping amazon and oreiley auto parts, and getting nowhere... I felt more confused then when I started. Im not a car guy or mechanic so finding a knowledgeable person to guide me through the endless babble of parts numbers and names was paramount. Thats when I decided to try my local Autozone and luckily ran into Mayra. From the moment I was walked into the store she was friendly and attentive. She helped me find the right parts I needed to repair my sons car, and even went out of her way to help me alocate them to a store closer to his University in Nothern California. Mayra was very efficient in her approach and I definitelyrecommend you ask for her if youre looking for fast, friendly, and reliable customer service.

Great experience! I walked in and immediately Christian Foster, one of sales clerks behind the counter, noticed I needed assistance. He quickly found exactly what I was looking for and mounted it on my vehicle.I was in and out within 15 minutes.Christain F. Was Helpfull, Courtious and prompt. Thank you showing me great customer service. I have an AutoZone location closer to me, but I will continue to shop here because of this first great impression.

Nice store. Employees helpful. Came here because they had the best price. However reduced rating due to the fact that *none* of the employees were wearing face masks, during CA s statewide mask mandate. Irresponsible as a business.

I arrived at this autozone not knowing there was an autozone here. they're very polite, professional , fast and made me feel comfortable with any question I had! Victor helped me out so I can purchasing everything I needed for my tuneup! He was an awesome guy made me feel like he cared about my car. I recommend there friendly service.

The employees there don't seem to care about you. They won't tell you how to use the loaner tools, won't explain the charges without asking them first, and apparently are somewhat inept at using their computer system. The guy that helped me had such a dgaf attitude it almost made me just leave without purchasing anything. I told him I had parts on hold, but he made me go through the whole process of brake pad selection again. When I asked about loaner tools, without a word just walked away and grabbed what I'm assuming is the right tool because he didn't explain anything. Not the process of loaning tools, how to use them, or when they're expected back. After I return the tools I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.I returned the loaner tools because they won't work with my vehicle. The guy says "yeah they will." When I asked how, I was just given a blank stare. Then, after asking him a few more times to describe how it works, I was told to watch a YouTube video. Absolutely useless employee. Don't come here. There's an oreilly down the street and even Pep Boys is more helpful.

AutoZone is really great! They have a ton of parts and tools for cars. They have air fresheners, steering wheel covers, fluids and oils, and really anything that you could imagine would be at a store called AutoZone. If you have a car, you will probably come here at some point.

This store is always clean and always has what I need. The manager here has a good handle on the store and helps out in any way he can. I think his name is Steve but I'm not sure. Hats off to this store. I will be back for auto part needs.

I'm so thankful for these guys. Edwin and orjan helped me out so much. They picked me up got me my parts and dropped me back off. They were extremely helpful and understanding. Highly recommend!!

All of the people here are incredibly helpful. If they do not have the part that you need, they can have it in store for pick up the next day. The customer care is incredible.

Had the power steering belt I needed. All of my vehicles are custom builds and my cars have been upgraded with later model engines, transmission and high performance components which makes sometimes finding the right part a challenge. Autozone goes out of there way to help me get the right parts that I need. 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Fastback with Fuel injection Arias Piston 340.

Crooks lied to me after waiting for battery to be charged hooked it up it wouldn't start. They said i needed an alternator.i told them no the battery is fine altenator new. So the brought out a jumper the girl looked it up and the car wouldn't start should see it doesn't work as it gets cuz you hooked it up wrong so I looked it up myself question your write-up when home the car charged in the red prom since then they lie they don't charge your battery if you don't do anything but try to sell you stuff you don't need don't go to them liars cheaters and untrustworthy

Michelle is true professional, she has nerves of steel. She was with a costumer while training , while answering the phone. And at no point did she rush me to process my order, great experience . she could had use another staff that's for sure....

The young employee Christian was very helpful and respectful very great service have some battery issues and car issues and he was on top of definitely recommend this AutoZone
