2020 Honda Accord here, Got an all new bumper with new paint and clearcoat, clean paint with glossy finish. This body shop does excellent professional work, be patient as excellent quality takes some time. They also take the time to work with your insurance company or the third-party insurance company, I highly recommend this body shop.

I had a 2024 Chevy Tahoe off the lot rear ended after a day and took it to This place started off with a good attitude saying they were the best in the city and started bashing on other body shops but they delayed the build for up to month and didn t stay in contact until I brought a 3rd party to the mix and wanted to rush everything and said the vehicle was ready on pick up tires were full of water mark and paint and the rims still have paint back of my Tahoe interior all messed up with paint inside the vehicle and paint chipped and on arrival for pick up the worker was rude I would recommend this body shop even if it is a authorized dealer the administrator was very helpful towards the end but all in all wouldn t recommend

My Tesla had extensive suspension damage tire and fender damage as a result of being hit. ACG was wonderful. Customer service was excellent. Joaquin gave biweekly updates carefully explaining what the damage was and reason for delays and progress. All repairs were done to Tesla specifications. Tony and Walter also called periodically to answer any questions and assure I was getting updates. All delays were due to parts not available. Once parts arrived the team was efficient in performing repairs. My car was washed and detailed when the car was returned to me. Auto Collision Group Whittier are awesome.

Took my 2021 Altima here for front damage repair after a t-bone accident. It was my first accident in a long time, so I wasn't sure where to take it to. I found ACG after some research and I'm really glad I did.I was adamant on getting OEM parts since the car was basically still brand new. That's exactly what they did. They were transparent throughout the entire process & worked with my insurance to take care of everything. Big shout out to Joaquin, he was great to work with. I'd ask for him!Just got the car back after a few weeks in the shop. It looks amazing.Edit: I've noticed a lot of the reviews give low rating because they thought it took a long time. If you want the job done right with quality parts, take it here. If you want a quick fix with cheap aftermarket stuff, this isn't your place

Do not bring your car here. The customer services is horrible. The general manager is unprofessional and a liar. They took more than 3 months to get my car fixed and the day that it was suppose to be ready the GM called saying my car was ready, it was not ready. I got to the shop and he told me it was not ready that it would be ready at 6 p.m so I waited patiently until 6. When 6 o'clock came around my car was still not ready. He didn't give me the car until 8. Plus, they charge me $6K on storage fee when they were the ones lagging to fix my car. I will never come back nor will ever recommend. I tell everyone I know not come to this place. Please stay away.

If you can take your car somewhere else please do. Took my car in around May right after my car accident. I didn't have many options since many of the shops couldn't work on my jaguar. Didn't recieve my car back 2 months later. They called me to go pick up my car because it was supposedly ready, and when I get there I still have to wait 2hrs. As me and my husband are getting ready to head out the door we see my car. My husband inspects the car and notices many clips missing. We left the car and left. Days passed and my car got delievered to my home and same clips were still missing. The next day I noticed my driver side mat missing than I started looking around my vechicle and my headrest from the back was missing. Things were missing or broken that shouldn't even have to be removed. Jose was the guy that helped us. At this point I was dealing with UNPROFESSIONALS. The fact that I was able to notice all these problems was insane to me. They are the ones with the 'experience' they should know what they are doing. The excuse for my stuff to end up missing was because they had multiple of the same cars ( well how about be more cautious). Till this day I am still waiting on my missing parts! I wasted time going back again 2 weeks ago, because they ordered the wrong parts! If you do take your car here inspect it because obviously these people don't know how to inspect cars properly. They are real quick to charge you though! They need to do better as a customer it is frustrating to deal with this kind of people. They claim to offer high quality work and to make the repair process easy & hassle free! Did not experience this at all!

Make sure your vehicle is 100% complete before taking it back from them. Check for damage since they like to leave things laying on it or inside while it s sitting there. If they promise to repair or make it right in the future do not take their word. Not even Leo s the manager. I took my vehicle in for some repairs and they ended up breaking my splitter(promised to replace, been 4 months and they give excuses), bent my license plate into a taco for some reason and scratch my tint on a window(also promised to pay out $90 to replace but never did and give excuses till this day). I recently lifted my vehicle and my rear suspension guard is missing, on the side they worked on.Be ready to constantly call for updates or else your vehicle will be thrown to the back piling up dust and used as a table for other parts. If you re willing to go through that hassle they will do a good job painting and fixing dents. I ll give them that. Whoever they have in there doing paint and body is keeping them in business.

My experience as far as the intake of my car when I first brought my car was great. The girl in the front office was very knowledgeable. She was friendly, professional and asked all the right questions. They are keeping me inform of the progress on my car via text which is really nice.. So far, so good!

Went in for some minor exterior damage (scratches)to the driver side passenger door. Took the car in with it looking pretty ugly from the scratches and for the car back looking brand new again. The work they do is excellent. Between ACG and my insurance, everything was handled and only paid my deductible. Am very pleased with the work and customer service they provided.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They returned my vehicle with rear speakers blown out. They were suppose to have taken care of paint damage. Which they did but only partially. From a distance car looks great, but once you get close enough you can still see the damage. Receptionist had an attitude for now reason. They also said they were going to have my car towed to another shop. They lied they drive it all way the way to Victorville.

Huge shoutout to Andrew, Marisol, Vivian, Maria and the team at ACG Whittier for excellent work and professionalism throughout the repair process of my Tesla Model 3! I am so glad to have my car back and it looks great- shiny and dent free. My 2020 Model 3 was rear ended this past July and turned out to need extensive repairs totaling over 20k in repair costs. After the accident, I was referred to ACG Whittier by Tesla and saw that ACG was also highly recommended by other members in the Socal Tesla facebook group. From inspection, to handling processes with the insurance adjuster, to performing repairs, and everything in between, Andrew and the ACG team took care of every step with expertise. No lie, there were some hiccups along the way in regards to Tesla parts from the factory which led to delays to the ETA, but I truly appreciate the way the ACG team handled it to resolution with solid communication and Andrew took time to let me know the progress and next steps at each checkpoint so I was kept in the loop on the status. Sometimes these things relating to supply chain are unpredictable, but it gave me peace of mind to be in the loop and I could tell Andrew and the team really cared and were on it to take care of it so that I could be back in my car. My car was detailed and looked awesome when I picked it up. Overall, excellent experience with ACG Whitter and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an auto body shop. 10/10.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Where do I begin? Three words to sum up my experience with ACG..Dishonest, Shady, Unreliable. My wife hit her tesla going 3 miles an hour by making a u-turn and scratched the two right rims and front bumper. A bunch of error lights and alignment were off so took into Tesla. Tesla quoted me $500 to realign and get rid of all the errors and quoted me $850 per rim replacement. An hour later they they called me recommended I take it in to an approved Tesla Repair shop to check for internal damage. I took it to the closest Tesla approved repair shop which was Auto Collision Group..what a mistake.A lady came out and stated it was going to be over $10k to repair. I asked how does she know, she didn't even look inside? Long story short, it took them over two weeks to get back to me to give me a quote. (In hindsight, this is intentional...keep reading below). They confirmed no internal damage..To replace two rims, and fix scratch on bumper was going to be $12,500. Pretty crazy, so I told them I would like to take the car to get a second opinion. They said you can but I would have to tow it out as is and they would charge me $4k for storage fees. What the actual hell?I then stated for the rims, I will just buy two off of ebay. They stated that is not allowed and they have to fix everything on that $12,500 quote. Why the hell is this body shop holding my car hostage and telling me what to do with my car? Long story short, because of this, I had to go through insurance when it really should have been a $4000 all in repair job at most. (Rims from dealer $850 each, $500 to align and fix errors, fix scratch). Insurance negotiated them down and they proceeded with the work.This repair took over a month and the rep called me for 7 days straight saying it should be ready today, when it wasn't ready waiting for parts. Repair took over 1.5 months from when i first took it in. They then called me saying the car didn't pass alignment and they submitted a supplemental to fix..another $8K! I asked them what the hell did they look at for the two weeks when they confirmed there was zero internal damage? The first place they should of checked was the front rim where it hit the curb? Wait,there's more!The day I picked it up, i had to wait 2 hours in. there because they didn't have the paperwork/insurance payments all reconciled. I finally drove it off and one minute into the drive, all the error lights from when I first brought in the car went off. I had to return back and they serviced it for another hour to fix. What a S*** show this place is.Wait there's more. They originally told me they would waive my deductible when I first took it in which they reneg'd on. They then came back with an offer to reduce it by 50% if I gave them 5 star reviews on yelp and google. I refused and am writing this review. Now I know how their reviews are so high!Stay far away from this place! I will be making a formal complaint to Tesla and to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I've never been taken for a ride by a body shop like this before.

Personally had a difficult time with ACG. The office manager and other manager were both very kind and understanding, but it still doesn t change the experience I had. 1. not sure what took so long for the car to be painted. It took 10 days to get my car back and all they had to do was paint the front bumper for a small, minor scratch.2. My personal belongings were touched and went missing. I had half a pack of gum left before I dropped off the vehicle, and when I came back to pick it up, the gum was all gone. I m glad that this time, it was gum, but I don t want to ever risk getting my valuables stolen here.3. When I got the car back, it was relatively clean, but the cleaning inside and even outside was not thorough. There were still some stains on the right side mirror and in the inside, the flap where the mirror is, there were dirt stains. And there were random stains all throughout the interior part of the car. The seats, the middle console, the wooden part near the AC.Overall, my experience at ACG was not so great and quite disappointing. I m just glad I didn t have to pay and the other insurance party was responsible for the damages because I would have been way more upset having to pay for low quality work.

Excellent service, amazing work done on my vehicle and I am very picky about work on my cars.Thomas did an amazing job communicating with me and keeping me updated about my vehicle. Although there was a bit of a delay through no fault of their own they were able to get my vehicle back to my in Excellent condition. 10/10 would take my cars back here if needed. Auto collision has provided me the absolute best experience throughout this entire process. My vehicle was hit by a Metro bus and Leo, Juan Carlos and Monsse have done their absolute best in providing me customer care. They have guided me throughout this entire stressful process and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Great business and does the best work in CA,I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here if you need your vehicle fixed right and not half way like other body shops. Someone hit my Tesla performance and I chose ACG because they are a Tesla certified body shop. They also provided me with a loaner while my car was being worked on and even towed it to my house. Amazing above and beyond service. The car looks good as new again. Highly recommend them.

I brought my car in for a bumper repair and, when I picked it up, not only was the bumper replaced but the car was pristinely polished and looked brand new. The staff is courteous and very professional as well. The reasons I'm not able to give them 5 stars however is because of the overall time the bumper repair took (20 days) and because I had to call them for progress updates. Overall I'm a satisfied customer.

Very bad service. Car would not run. Parts were not installed. My car was in very bad shape. They kept my car 5 months I paid in advance and they didn t work on my car until the fifth month. Never again. I took my other vehicle to the Body shop across the street,excellent service and reliable. When they promise when my car would be ready, it was ready. Excellent work! A friend 5 star !

I brought my car in with a dent in front driver side fender and damaged hood. I received great customer service. I needed my car within a specific time and they were able to accommodate me. They did an amazing job! My car was returned to me as if it were a brand new car. I would definitely recommend Auto Collision Group for all in need of great quality service!

An object fell off a back of a truck on the freeway and struck my front bumper. Leaving a nice gash. Nothing major, but still an eye sore.I took it back to ACG and Dorian/George took care of me (2nd time to ACG in 7 months). Made my 2019 SR+ look brand spanking new. Considering it was a small job.Taking my Tesla and my other vehicles here from now on!And referring all my friends and family to them!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car here since they are approved to repair EVs. My car was deemed a total loss but that's not going to stop ACG from overcharging. Over $3000 + 5% surcharge for a week of storage. They are holding my car hostage until they get paid.Well the assessor called me and said there are several fees that they hadn't approved of. Their manager is in a "meeting" and I have to keep waiting.For the record, I'm disabled, on a fixed income and I'm stuck here without my meds. ACG is risking a serious lawsuit.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I don't care how convenient or close to home this place is (which is why I brought it here). Big mistake. This place totally awesome very friendly very welcoming. My Toyota Corolla 2014 paint was just chipping off. Took it to Toyota envision they took my car to Auto Collision. Toyota did not even know where my car was at at first I was nervous so I went looking for my car found it at Auto Collision. They were so nice and reaffirmed me that my car was in good hands and they're taking care of it. They also allowed me to go to the back where my car was being taken apart. And take a picture of it so I could show my daughter that her car was there. Even though they could not do the work because Toyota envision did not get the proper information had us waiting for almost 2 weeks then informed us that they could not do the work so we had to go back and pick up the car. Now they say I have to take it to Penske Toyota. Because that is a manufactured problem.

Do not take your vehicle to this place. Super shady, other customers are a priority (according to the manager). After 7 weeks they still haven't repaired my car properly, they're adding parts that the insurance has no clue about. Save the headache and the stress and go somewhere else.Hey Michelle, add a number I can call you at. These people can't get it right and we're still waiting on the vehicle.
