This place scammed me into a lot of money I trusted them. They charged me $ 1,000 for my tail light not working. It took them 15 minutes. And I found out it was just relay I looked it up $12.00 for the relay. They are such scam artists. I went to other shops afterwards and they said to check my relay next. Without trying to charge me anything. They also supposedly fixed an oil leak charged me $1,400 and the leak is still there 2 month later. God sees what they are up to. But the BBB is gonna have to know too. They got me for other work too. Do not bring your car here!!! They triple charge you. They should fix my oil leak properly but instead they quoted me more money said it was a different leak. I'm furious. That's money wasted.

Stellar place and people. Did my smog in 20 mins. Very informative helpful and they don't push repairs or other services on you. They go out of their way to point out potential problems down the road and they're very professional about it. I appreciated my experience here, second visit in a couple years.

Took my truck for an Oil Change before a road trip. During my trip, I look under my truck and see the bottom cover just hanging not bolt it. They can t even put the bolt back. They recommend replacing my brakes. Good thing, I not replace. I feel I would have to double check if it is install correct. I have no peace of mind Getting work done here. And would not ever come back for service.

BEWARE!! Total scam artist. Rude liars untrustworthy. Went in for an oil change special and they tried to tell me brakes were bad when i knew they were good. I recently had the truck checked all over. Shortly after the oil change a check engine light went on. Now i need to find out what they did. I just hope im not screwed royally.

I had called around for an oil change. David gave me the best price. When I came in he thoroughly went over my car,and gave me some recommendations. The process was super quick and very close to the Walmart and Costco. I was to get all my errands finished after my oil change David was so personable and I really enjoyed our conversations. This people are thieves. They failed My dads truck smog even tho all monitors were complete with no check engine, they gave him a bs explanation. They said they were going to fix who knows what , obviously just to make money and ontop of that charge smog again. He called me and I told him to take it to and old friend instead thats located in Garden Grove, Pass Perfectly, Zero issue. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE. This people are very dishonest and will find a way to make money of you, mostly if you dont know about cars.

Worst place ever. My wife warned me not to come here. I was sucked in by a discount coupon. My car passed the smog check, but my carb/eo sticker was missing or lost....so they failed my test. I have since ordered a new sticker, but they're gonna stick it to me by charging a whole second smog check fee...just to scan my sticker. I advised that the official smog check technician hand book states lack of eo stickers should not be used to fail the smog test.....ya they didn't care and hung up on me.Beware....do not enter this store!

I am always insecure going into Auto shops.These guy's are super Nice and helpful! I walked in and got said Hi welcome thanks for coming in. Twice! Very very very much impressed!!You definitely need to go get your oil change there.cheapest I found! They also have payment plans if you can't afford the bill at the moment.

Wonderful Place and David is a nice guy!! He is straight forward sometimes which could create a blunt feel but I like it that way. He is also very flexible and willing to work with you to help you fix your vehicle. Highly recommend!

My car has a brake light and the left signal light was not working. We brought our car to Xpress Auto Service. David checked our car and estimated the repair cost was $250. We agreed and left our car at the shop; then about an hour later, he called us and said the electrical wires were so complicated , the cost for repair will be $1,050; but he will charge only $950. We asked him for a discount, we paid $750 for about an hour for repair the 2 lights. This shop charged an extremely high price for an hour service without replacing any part. The problem is �the price charged will be triple higher than the price quoted! �Greedy and dishonest. We �think that we should contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to file a complaint against the business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought their add with me to their shop for oil changed, and OK with the full regular price . They wanted to do few more work, but I refused. They became rude and extremely impolite !

I used a coupon to get a oil change. They did the oil change in 25 minutes. Was happy with that.The girl at the front desk was very friendly. They said I needed rear break pads and there only at 25 percent. They said I needed to change my transmission fluid and my coolant. Fortunately I know how to do all this myself. I went to replace my rear brake pads and they had 75 percent life on them. The coolant was very clean and the transmission fluid doesn t need to be changed until 150,000 miles. My car has 70,000. Nothing worse then shady mechanics. Wish I could post pictures here.

Do Not take your car here!!! very bad workmanship. They lie about what work needs to be done on your car. Always get a second better opinion . They will try to take your money for services you dont need. I saw David on the Westminster resident page saying that all the bad reviews on here are not real customers which is a lie..!!! I was a customer and he did try to tell me a bunch of stuff was wrong with my car when they did my breaks. They did a poor job on my breaks . DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.. David is a lier and will try to tell you more is wrong with your car. To get money from you .especially ladies .Thank God I know about cars. Don't be fooled.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My vehicle was left with them for about 3 weeks. There was no communication or updates. When I received my vehicle my bumper was coming off and the driver side between the door and bumper had been moved or adjusted without my consent or knowledge. They tried to say that the bumper had already been damaged. But when my car arrived at their shop it wasn't falling off. They adjust the door so that the mechanic can squeeze in but never adjusted it back and didn't ask permission. My tire was also flat and they said they dont have knowledge of the tire being low on air but the indicator was on when they gave it back to me. Worse place to bring your car. Ever since I bought my vehicle things have been going out . I have been there for an alternator replacement, sensors, fuel pump replacement, new battery, all within the last year. Never bringing my vehicle back. Finding a better place with honest men.

I had a very good experience at Xpress. I only went in for an oil change but I actually needed more as I rarely check ANYTHING on my car. Yup I had them replace a belt, oil and coolant.... I think the price was fair and they were super nice. The mechanic was super cool too. I'd go back again for sure.

I just came to get a brand new tire. They plugged my tire a couple months ago but I knew I was already running on borrowed time. Called in 30 mins ago to see if they could get it done today since I need to be at school at 5pm and they were able to give me a quote over the phone. Service and prices here are great and I would recommend to call in if you re looking to get something done quick like I did. Thanks Ann!

Needed a smog check to transfer title. Called, no line. Came over and got in right away and out in about half an hour as they said. They did do extra checks to try and get more work, but was not too pushy about doing it. I know how to do it all myself but appreciated that they opened it to look at it and let me know. I do find their prices to be too high. They wanted $50 for a cabin filter that i'd only pay $10 for.

Xpress is awesome. I've recently taken my car here for a light bulb change. Got a ridiculous quote from the Lexus dealership and called Dave to see if they do that kind of work here (yes!) and came over immediately to get it done. Didn't have to break an arm and a leg and the lights on my LS460 work perfectly. Owners are awesome, great friendly service, 100% recommend them!!

i took my 2015 focus into xpress because my brakes were making loud noise. David showed me that my brakes were all worn down and needed to be replaced. they gave me a great price and had me out of there in just a couple hours. i haven't had any problems since and would definitely recommend them.

I took my car in to get it fixed and they started off the back, talking about replacing the motor. Replaced the motor and a week later we took it back for misfires in all cylinders they didn t want to fix it even tho it was under warranty, four months later they are now talking about replacing the motor again and paying again unreliable shop bad service warranty don t cover it and it don t state anything in the fine print about motor. Would never take any Vehicle there or trust them for any type of work. Total paid was $4000 now they want another $3000 for the worker needed

Don t waste your time.This place is a scam. Shady swindlers spreading false advertisements. They ll send you coupons daily but will make no mention of the limitations in the ads until you show up in person and you have already wasted your gas and time to get an oil change that claims to be $15 and then hit you with an up charge nearly 3 times the original price. I get it, I have a big van, but when I know it takes 5 quarts to fill and the coupon says it s valid up to 5 quarts they should honor the coupon and if they won t then they need to advertise correctly and quit being hustlers.

This place is a scam they changed me for a car motor that cost $4,000 and 4 months later my car breaks down with a motor issue. I took it back to the shop because I had a 6 month warranty, they come out with the excuses that the warranty was 6 months or less then 6,000 miles I was never told this. I went over my invoice and paper work that Was given to me from them and it does not state that. Read over their warranty policy and it does not have anything about a motor warranty . To top it off the person who told me I was going to have A good, reliable car after they changed the motor doesn t work here anymore . Since my (warranty is not valid) anymore they quoted me $3,000 to fix my motor issue again . DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE YOU LL GET RIPPED OFF SAVE YOUR MONEY NOT A RELIABLE PLACE!!!!!!!!

Took my car in to get a oil change and have them check my radiator. Signed a estimate for $104 and left. So about 1hour later David called me saying i need brakes and upper lower radiator hose and thermostat along with oil change it would be $1200 +\-. I was floored so i asked if i could call him back my boyfriend called him back and he explained to him my boyfriend told him no just oil. Few minutes later David called back lowering it to $600 ok suspicious now my boyfriend said no still . Once talking to him i told him well that lets do it because i have coupons for everything and that would bring it down a bit more. So i called back and told David to go ahead and do it he said ok so about a hour later he called and said its done well i couldnt go pick it up until 3:45 right before closing so they didnt even go over they bill such as what they did what they might have seen or what they recommend nothing so i signed another 2 papers an left. lol to my surprise it didn't include the brakes only thermostat and hose an oil change. Next morning boyfriend check the oil and noticed they add a quart of oil to much and the oil still looked dirty. Well then we looked at the receipt and these guys charged Me as if i went in 3 separate times $130 from One for replacement of thermostat an gasket an another $130 for radiator fluid service an pressure test an another for upper an lower hose Replacements, not to mention $30 for replacing new oil filter an oil then 4 qts 5w30 full new synthetic engine oil $20 1 new oil filter $2.99 an 4 qts peak blue radiator fluid $40 thermostat $29.99 and gasket $17.99 lower hose $49.99 an upper hose $59.99. So obviously I had to take my car somewhere else to have the oil drained since they added a quart to much which looked dirty still so how is this ? So it looks as if they didn't drain all my old oil because where i went to have it drained i asked them to drain all the oil and replace it with new oil now my oil looks right. And when i went back on Monday and spoke with David he talked to me as i didnt know Or as if i didnt this so basically i had took pictures of my dip stick one b4 wiping it 1 after wiping it and 1 final check and yes it was way past the full line and he told me he could not verify it was his shop that did this umm hello time and date of pic proved it. Then i asked why he charged me in that way he said multiple employees worked on my car so thats not my business my car was their being worked on for 1 hour he said no we worked on it longer no i have a call when i okayed it and when you called to tell me it is done. So obviously it was 3hrs of labor. How you run your shop has nothing to do with me an my bill so he asked what would u like me to do i replied charge me correct. he said he will speak to his co manager to see what he could do special for me i was like ok so next dat i call in an he tells me there is nothing ge can do however, he said he could give me a free oil change ummm really DAVID YOU MESS UP THE FIRST ONE WHY WOULD I WANT YOU TO TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN. I really need to call the owner or speak to the corporate because this is crazy. I also am going to the BBB and any other place I have to complain about this shop and David because he is not trust worthy nor is he giving mechanics A good name he goes to prove that there are shops that take advantage of people an giving this shop a bad name..... Beware everyone going here make sure you double check their pricing an workmen ship.

I go to Xpress Auto Service for all my cars maintenance needs, I ve also had a few major repairs done with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop to take care of your shop. Their staff is always friendly and they always offer fair prices for the work they do.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Drew us in to the shop with a coupon advertising an inexpensive oil change. We had a small window of time to get our oil changed before we needed to travel and we went further from our house and out of our way to get the price advertised. When we arrived the owner was rude and told us our van wasn t included for the coupon but it wasn t stated anywhere on the coupon that it excludes any types of cars. It didn t say most cars or only small cars but that s what we were told when we arrived and when we asked that he honor the coupon that was sent to us in the mail he was extremely rude and short with us. This fraudulent shiesty business should be sued for false advertising and thanks to them our whole schedule for this week got screwed up. I am livid and would highly recommend against trusting such a dishonest rude shiester with any vehicle in any way.

incredible customer service overall from my first encounter with the front desk girls to the managers and can not forget to thank the mechanic that fixed my baby. i called around looking for quotes on a diagnostic for my light and xpress seemed most reliable and clear cut on the process. i brought my car in same day and it took less than an hour for them to figure out the problem. the only issue was waiting for a part that i could only get from the dealer. which was fine considering how much i wouldve paid other wise. they were gracious enough to set up a loaner car for me. got my car back by the end of day and am now a happy camper. thanks to the managers al/david who im sure tested your guys patience with my many many questions but youve defintiely picked up a new customer. i really appreciate you guys working with me and my family.
