Low pressure, honest, friendly people. Very happy with the car I bought, not to mention the deal was also very smooth and easy- fastest dealer transaction I have ever had. No stupid hidden $3000 paint fee or tracker or whatever else a lot of places like to add, just listed price+tax

Highly recommend.I will say this much, Majid was very helpful and straightforward with everything. He was very nice to our kids and offered them snacks. The car we bought from him is in excellent condition and runs great. Clean motor and detailed inside out. Majid, explained the whole paperwork process with no hidden fees whatsoever. He didn't strike me as money hungry, or eager if that. He was very respectful and courteous. Me and my family are very happy with our purchase, a great deal and one of a kind. Our vehicle is running great after four weeks purchase. He said if there's any problems to bring it back and and he'll make it right! If we go back, it won't be for a problem, it'll be to buy another car from him. Thank you Majid, you are awesome.

I Highly recommend Ultimate Autoline for a used car purchase. I had been searching and going to so many different used car places, test driving cars etc. only to be disappointed because cars weren't what they seemed once you got there, the sales people were pushy and weren't to knowledgeable about cars they were selling.I finally went to Ultimate Autoline to see and test drive a VW SUV and loved it! Majid and another gentleman working that day were awesome! We were able to test drive the SUV and even have it checked by our mechanic with no problems! That gave me peace of mind because this was a big purchase for my family, we needed a car we could feel safe in! We were treated with respect, all of our questions were answered by Majid he was very knowledgeable about the SUV and we left that day very happy with our purchase after searching for so long.Thank you again Majid! We will recommend you to all of our family and friends.

DO NOT BUY HERE PLEASE.MAJID THE OWNER IS RUDE AND MONEY HUNGRY. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I secured the financing before I drove two hours to see the BMW 740li. Nice looking car but there was an issue with the rear trail arms, the cup holder would not close nor would the ash tray doors in the rear . minor issues but i wanted them fixed. I asked Majid if he ever drove the car he said no. he took it for a drive and realized the rear trailing arm bushing needed replacing. There was a thump every time you hit the brakes. Majid went on to tell me this was an MSPORT AND ALL THE AMENITIES. I said all that is fine but what about the problems i spoke of. Majid told me if I did not purchase the car that evening the price was going up over 1000.00. I was pre qualified with Capitol One in which his business was not a part of the program. Now I know why! Majid told me again he was going to raise the price if I did not purchase the car that day. Majid got very belligerent and told me the deal was off. I agreed and left his lot. He must have thought I was desperate for a car. I own three other BMWS and wanted to upgrade. I know the cost to maintain a BMW and was willing to purchase this car but Majid showed no professionalism and he showed me he just wanted my money. They do not provide a warranty of any kind not even a thirty day warranty. I felt relieved when I left the lot. I thanked GOD for not allowing me to purchase the car. You are suppose to feel good and excited about a new purchase i felt good that I did not purchase the vehicle. There was another person who was there he purchased a Honda and the rear floor was wet he said it was due to a weather strip on the window needing to be replaced I know better than that, if it was the weather strip the water would have accumulated in the door not on the carpet on the floor.

Bought a 2006 Mini Cooper S. Really great place to buy a used car. There's no pressure to buy and they give you any and all info you might need. Purchased from Amen but everyone here is super helpful and friendly. Great prices also. Definitely recommend!

Found a vehicle on auto trader that I was very interested in and wanted to genuinely purchase. When I contacted the dealership all they did was give me the run around. I submitted a credit application and never got an answer. Called them was told they would give me a call back and never would. I was even told the vehicle was pending and days later my wife calls and they suddenly had the vehicle available. Nothing but liars and bad business people. What kind of salesman doesn t want to sell??

Our car got totaled from a rear-end collision, and we needed to find a vehicle quickly. We bought the car at Ultimate Autoline late Friday evening. Amy was kind and understanding and gave us till Monday to have the vehicle inspected. We ended up not keeping the car based on our mechanic s findings. Amy unwound the deal as she promised. Majid cares about how the car function and make it work for his customers. They are honest and fair and stay behind the cars they are selling. They do have top-line of vehicles, just like the namesake. I highly recommend Ultimate Autoline to anyone who's looking for a used car.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. My wife and I, new parents to a week-old baby, found a specific Subaru Outback on Autotrader and inquired directly to confirm it s availability. We received a call back and were assured we could come in and see the car.However, upon arrival, after a one-hour journey assisted by family, we were shown a different Subaru Outback, with 29,500 more miles than the one we were interested in. We were then told that the car we had initially inquired about had been sold over two weeks prior and hadn't been removed from the website.This is a clear violation of California Vehicle Code 11713(c) CVC, which requires ads to be withdrawn within 48 hours after a vehicle has been sold or withdrawn from sale. This incident resulted in a significant waste of our time and resources.The dealership tried to make amends by offering to cover our gas expenses or giving a small discount on a car we hadn't initially intended to buy. While the gesture was appreciated, it doesn't cover the 3+ hours that four adults and a newborn and a 9 month old wasted due to this mistake.I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this dealership to avoid potential miscommunication and disappointment.

Amen, was great to deal with. Coordinated the purchase of a vehicle with him from Chicago. Car was exaclty as described, and a great price. I was able to fly in, fill out the paperwork and drive off in a short amount of time.

Worked with Majaid upon arrival of reviewing the car I was interested in, he was up front about all of the cars features current issues and help me understand what needed our didn't need to be done. He really worked with me moe than I could sk for getting this deal done, hewas really great to work with, friendly and professional.Amy is the receptionist there, she's great at helping you understand all the forms and paperwork involved, a real angel in disguise.Mason the assistant, he's really nice and down to earth. Helps both parties and great assistant. I definitely plan to go back when I purchase again.

"Skeptical" doesn't even begin to describe my thoughts on the average used car dealer, "distrustful" came only slightly closer... After browsing a couple cars on the lot and leaving with a 2009 crossover, I can happily say my opinion for used dealerships (well, only Ultimate Autoline, really) has been changed.I was helped by Amin, who was real attentive, courteous, and honest about his lot. They had a wide selection and focused on quality. I don't see myself needing another car anytime soon, but if someone I know needs a reliable used option, I definitely will be sending them to Ultimate.

I love my car! The owners are very kind and transparent. It is a small family run business. I was able to test drive and take the car for a full mechanic look over before making my decision. Majid and Aman made the process a simple and enjoyable one. They have proved helpful even after the purchase. Grateful to have worked with such genuine people. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience buying a car here. I bought a car on the lot they don't usually sell, and I got an amazing price. The salesman Amen, was very transparent and non-pressuring to buy. He was more than happy to let me test drive the vehicle and even take it to get it inspected if I desired. He even showed me what the cost they paid for it was, and what I would be paying. All in all, I am very happy, and highly recommend Ultimate Autoline.

DO NOT BUY HERE. I was sold a Volvo xc90 for 9k. Less than a week later it I noticed transmission issues. Took to get an estimate and the trans was shot and an engine leak was found. Estimate 11k. Spoke with Majid who said he would call back and did not. In the process of suing for auto fraud and filing BBB complaint. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Sincerity. I think i could sum up my entire experience by explaining to you the since of sincerity I felt from the folks running this organization. I found a car online, wrote the dealer about my interest and within minutes I had an email and a call back about the vehicle. We chatted, he text me pictures and videos that didn't hide anything, and even pointed out a few minor blemishes that could not be seen in the photos online. We had a couple of conversations over a couple of days and from the very beginning I could tell that this was not someone who was thirsty to sell me any old car. I felt so good about the interaction I had and the honesty with which he spoke, that I booked a one way ticket and flew 1,000 miles to go see the car in person and meet this gentlemen. That was Amin.When I arrived in CA, Amin was off that day, and I now began working with Majid. We spoke and he seemed at ease with letting me--and even encouraged me--to test drive the car to my heart's content to ensure that i was happy and ready to make the purchase. I had one concern and he had his people working on it immediately. I received a call later in the day because I thought it would be ready the next day--typical car lot experience--but when I spoke with him, he said, now it's been taken care of and he invited me to come back over that evening to check it out. What's important is that, again, I could tell it was not because he was trying to rush and sell me a car, I could tell that he wanted me to know that He valued his reputation and wanted to make me a priority, especially understanding that i had flown out taking a chance on this interaction.The bottom line is, if you are looking to buy a car, I would personally, and highly recommend these gentlemen and their way of doing business. They were forthright, trustworthy, responsive and generally just kind. If you are looking for honest brokers who will not do you dirty, I highly recommend these gentlemen and their way of doing business.Honorable mention to Amy as well working in the office. Very, very helpful and attentive.

My experience with Ultimate Autoline in Westminster, CA Orange County was fantastic from the start. Amen and Majid was extremely patient and caring towards my car buying needs and budget. There was zero pressure from anyone at this Dealership, and everyone was beyond friendly, offering me guidance as I was test driving a few different cars. I eventually bought a Toyota Avalon, which I had an amazing deal on, because of Amen and Majid. I would recommend Ultimate Autoline to anyone who is in the market to purchase a reliable vehicle, with quality, from a Dealership with much quality themselves. Thank you!

Let me preface this review by saying I have had some horrible experiences with some terrible car salesmen in the past...but I am delighted to report that Amen and the team at Ultimate Auto were nothing but respectful, informative, and above all else...FAIR. They were upfront with the total cost of the vehicle we purchased, there were no hidden fees, they patiently helped us sort through our options for financing, waived fees where they could, and just did an all around great job. Honest. Fair. Patient.

I wish more dealerships were like Ultimate Autoline. They weren t pushy salesmen at all, thank goodness. Amen (his name)allowed me to walk the lot and look over the Lexus I ended up purchasing .They work for their customers. I had so much working against me during COVID, and wasn t quite sure how it was gonna work out, but they still came up with a miracle! Secured a loan with good terms and through in a little extra for me. I will definitely take the drive to their lot, even though I live 45min away. Great service and great cars!BTW, The owner Magid was just as great . Trustworthy and friendly.

I went here about a month ago to purchase a car. I had spent many days looking at various offers online until I found a 2003 Ford Focus Hatchback being sold here. I fell in love with the car almost immediately. I went in to look at the car and decided to buy that same day. We were greeted by a wonderful staff that was able to answer my questions and was very patient when we had a little set back on our payment. Over all it was a great business and a great place to go to for your next car. I am pleased to say that the car is doing great. Aside from some minor issues such as the gas line rubbing against the edge of something and the radio fading in and out at low speeds I have had no problems.

We found the car my son wanted, using the TrueCar App. They were actually closed on Sunday, but we wanted to see it and determined if it was a viable option for him. We walked on the lot and found it. It hadn't been detailed yet, but it looked clean inside. We decided to call and make an appointment for Monday. As we were leaving the lot, the owner arrived for an appointment and let us check it out. We liked it and bought it. One of the better car buying experiences I've had.

I bought a 2005 Lexus LS430 about a month ago, so far no major problems. I needed a car ASAP, I live 2 hrs away, did the app online it was approved within an hour. Majid was up front and honest with me about the car. He told me everything that was wrong with the car prior to me coming to get it. Got there everything he said was right. He really helped me out in a time of need. Would I go back..yes I would.

Never buy any cars from this Dealer. This dealer changed my contract to 50 percent of repair/parts will be covered by me incase the car got issues within the first 30 days.I bought a car last June 15, 2017. I only have the car for 4 months but they try to repair my car for a total of 2 1/2months bit still haven't resolve the car issue. This dealer doesn't know how to take responsibility with their car. I spent almost 1100 for repair which they should cover in the first place.Beware of the owner Majeet. They are very rude and dishonest dealer. If you want to buy a 2nd hand car don't buy it from this car store. They will trick you with the deal.
