I am very happy with the service I received at Sunrise Automotive. Michelle was very understanding and accommodating! They were able to fit me in with a quick turn around and left me with spare parts in case I run into another issue with my studs. Highly recommend!

Had my Camaro here after an engine swap to get it running a few months ago, they got they car running and had my number on file to give me updates and call me when it was ready but I never got called. My dad and his buddy frequently went to check on the car and to ask questions, i wasn t told much but once I got it back both my catalytic converter s were drilled and emptied. Not sure what they told my dad and his Buddy but the car is broke down once again. Don t know if I ll ever do business here again or have any family do business here.

I love Sunrise! Michelle is so helpful and knowledgeable. She and the crew make sure I understand what's happening with my car and are honest in what needs to be done vs what I can wait on. I really appreciate how I'm treated and of course, the great work they do on my car.

Ed and Michelle are fantastic people and run a trustworthy business, which is rare in auto repair. My family has been doing business with them for years and years and we recommend them to anyone needing repairs. We don t live close by (Anaheim Hills) and I recently took my car to the dealership for a check engine light because it was more convenient. The dealership gave me an estimate of $5235, so I took my car to Ed. He checked everything thoroughly and my repairs ended up being $700 - most of the dealership estimate was bogus! I am so happy I was recommended this place. My car suddenly died on the street on my way to school and the AAA driver recommended I take my car to Sunrise because they are fair and honest. He was totally right. The husband and wife team are fantastic and they did a great job-not only fixing my car, but also going out of their way to find me parts less expensive than originally quoted. I will definitely be going back for my regular maintenance checks and other needs in the future.Services: Transmission, Engine repair

We have been working with Sunrise Automotive for 20+ years, and have never been disappointed. As a woman I hated taking my car in for service, for fear of being taken advantage. The loyalty they have for their customers is amazing, and I can TRUST them to do a great job, on timely schedule and NEVER get taken advantage of.They are always kind and make sure that I m completely satisfied with the job they have done. I wouldn t go anywhere else!

This group is so kind helpful and vary knowledgeable about their business. They take appointments they run on time and they re honest.. this business is like having a family member take care of you and your car, which is the very best. I feel super lucky that I was able to find them and use them and will continue to use them.. when there is a problem with you car it is one of the most stressful things that you can go through especially if you don t know a lot about cars. But this business has taken their time to make me feel safe, comfortable and confident and they do great work and they are pleasant pleasure to deal with.! I ve been a long-time happy customer of Sunrise and even under new ownership, I could not recommend them enough. I came in for a second opinion on a diagnostic for my AC and not only did they do an amazing job fixing it, they did everything they could to match the price of my first opinion, which I wasn t expecting at all! They really do go above and beyond and are very kind people on top of it all. Highly recommend supporting them!

I contacted American tires thinking they do oil changes as well as tires. The gentleman recommended sunrise automotive. When I called, a lady answered the phone and was extremely friendly and kind. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile from that very sweet lady. The gentleman took my car and was friendly and efficient with my oil change service. I had an extremely pleasant experience from phone call to service at Sunrise auto. Yesterday I ran into a VIN verification problem at the dmv with my Tesla and called them, the lady on the phone just to me to drop by and let them see the issue. I came over and was greeted by the most extremely friendly techs ever. I technically did not do any paid services with them, they took me in and helped me with my problem.I didn t get a chance to go back and thank them, I didn t pass my vin and had to go through my insurance to get my problem fix, but I would like to give them a shout out because of my experience with them. I will come back with a different vehicle for service and will recommend them to my friends and family from now. Thank you so much!

Sunrise did an excellent job repairing my car. Michelle keeps you constantly informed of the status and cost of the repairs, and there are no surprise costs at the end. I have been going to Sunrise for many years, and the new ownership has done an excellent job of maintaining the same standards as before. They also kept all of the original technicians, so they were very familiar with my car, which is a bonus.Services: Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

I have been going here for over 20 years.They are Good honest Christians whom you can trust. I highly recomed them too everyone. They always do an exclent job. I do not trust any one else. They work directly with your insurance company too. I do not even need to be a middel man. I simply tow it to them they take care of everything else. such wonderful people.

Affordable, honest and timely auto service. I have 4 vehicles ranging from 1965 to 2017, all of my cars have been to Sunrise for various work over the years. I have both domestic and imports, never had any issue that couldn't be fixed by the people here. Even serious engine work is usually completed in a few days, the customer service, pricing and communication are upfront and honest. Ed is great with classic cars, he has the "old school" experience that many modern mechanics lack but also has the skills and equipment to work on newer models. Ed, Michelle and their staff are honest people who work hard to provide good service. I have been to several mechanics in my life, Sunrise has the right mix of shop size, work staff and fair/honest pricing. Michelle runs all the office and operations, its a lot of work, if you're a kind, reasonable and general good person you'll be treated well, if you're a person who is self centered or like to complain it may be best to go somewhere else.
