Salinas Tires and Wheels came through in the clutch! Last Saturday, I was in a tight spot with a leaking tire and a packed schedule. I needed all four tires replaced, and fast.Thankfully, Edgar was there to help! As soon as I walked in, he greeted me warmly and got to work right away. He understood the urgency of my situation and promised to have me back on the road in no time.True to his word, Edgar worked quickly and efficiently. He even personally handled putting on my new tires to make sure I wouldn't miss my event. Talk about excellent service!And the prices? Totally reasonable. Even though I live an hour away, I'll definitely be making the trip back for any future tire needs.Big thanks to Edgar and the team at Salinas Tires and Wheels for their outstanding service. If you're ever in need of tire help, look no further. This place is the BEST, especially Edgar!

Came in for a tire rotation and nitrogen top off today. I was told they don t have nitrogen. No problem. 10 minutes later job is done. They charged $40 for a 10 minute tire rotation. More than double what another shop was up the street at $15. I m not sure if they just gouged me because I wasn t Mexican or if they really charge that much. Either way, I should have asked the price before having the service done. If they would have told me $40 in advance I would have laughed in their faces and left. They also over inflated my tires even though I had green caps and they don t have nitrogen. Max psi is 35 and they overinflated each tire to 39 psi. No one in service speaks English. I guess the techs don t understand what a green valve stem cap means. Now I have to go somewhere else to have them drain the regular air they put in and re inflate with nitrogen. What a joke of a shop. These guys defiantly aren t the sharpest tools in the shed but they certainly are tools.I called after I left and spoke to the manager about the over inflated tires that they topped off with regular air. He said sorry about that, you ll have to drive to our other location 40 minutes away and they ll drain them and refill them with nitrogen . What? That s the last time I ll go to Salina s tire shop. Ripped off/price gouged and now I have to take it to a different shop to fix their screw up. Not the brightest people here.

Nothing but quality service at Salinas Tires. Great prices , fast reliable work. Want a lift on your truck? They do it. Want new rims, tires ? They do it.I got a 3" lift new Wheels and Tires on my Tacoma for less than $3500 out the door. Amazing deals, pay now or pay in incraments. So many Options.

I wanna give a big thanks to Hugo and his staff for giving me a great deal on some method wheels,falken wild peaks tires and installing my blistein leveling shocks I brought in. I left my truck early in the morning and by late afternoon they were finished my truck came out looking awesome I have been getting lots of compliments already I highly recommend this shop everyone is friendly and it has a nice waiting area you can watch Netflix while you wait .5 stars will be back soon for future tire rotationsThanks Salinas tires

I speak Spanish so I asked: how much to rotate my front tires to the back?He said $ 50USD.I went to Walmart bought a jack stand $ 12 USDDid it myself.

These guys always go above and beyond to take care of the customers. Their prices are below any other competitor and they'll rotate your tires for free anytime. I seriously can't say enough good things about Hugo and Jose. Top notch company and we'll be coming back for a long time.

I just came here an hour ago on Saturday around 5pm. No one came up to help so I had walk straight into the register while the attendant was on his phone texting and had to ask for help.I had a screw in my tire so I asked how much a patch costs, they said $20, cool. The tire assistant said it would take 10mins, and I asked if it would be patch repaired from the inside of the tire he said yes, he completed the process in 10 mins, awesome. BUT it s not a patch, it s a plug. Quit misleading customers, when a plug is not a permanent fix for a tire. Never coming here again. Horrible service and straight lie to you.

Got this shop recommended by a buddy at work, since I was looking for some new wheels and tires for my truck. Called in the morning and they said to come in as they were more than willing to help with sizing. Got there around 9:00 and Ken helped me find the right sizes for what I was looking for within 10 minutes. They had everything in stock and were able to give me a great deal on everything. Had the new wheels and tires installed within the hour. Great shop with great service, definitely recommend them.

I came in with a nail in my tire and they put a plug. Didn t try to sell me anything fixed what needed to be fixed and I was out of there in no time. I ll be coming back for a tire since they gave such good service.

Great staff and owner. Great service and prices. Went back for my second set of tires on my jeep. Got my tires ordered one day and installed the next. Once again, fast and great service. Thank you Hugo !

Why pay $20 for a simple patch when you can get it done somewhere else for free? They were nice enough but prices are up and down, then back up depending who you talk to.

5 Stars for Salinas, They did installation of leveling kit, alignment, and installation of new tires for my truck in half day. Very happy with the service and price.

Very great service, I completely recommend Salinas Tires and Wheels for your needs. After they aligned my vehicle, it was taken for a test drive to make sure all was good, and they also replaced my rear brakes. Thanks again Jos� for your great service

Came here for a flat tire patch and was upset that one of the mechanics was rolling tires with the water ditch they have and he hit my effing car and the pos didn't even say sorry! What a shame and embarrassment of customer service. Lucky it didn't cause any damage if not I would've made an insurance claim against the business.

I just moved to Cali and was nervous to find a new tire shop. I came to this place because of the high rating and it did not disappoint!!! The guys I ve talked to have always been SUPER nice and understanding.Literally the only place I d ever go for tire needs. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great shop and crew. Found them through an ad for great prices, but was nervous due to shop is far from my home. Turned out to be the best tire purchasing experience ever, and well worth the trip. Great prices, really nice people, and quick flawless service.

I'm not one to give negative reviews but this was THE WORST experience that I evey had dealing with this company. I've been dealing with them for over 15 years at their LaHabra location with no issues. I came in with my wife to get a set of aftermarket wheels for her Range Rover. We called in advance to make sure that they had wheels to accommodate her vehicle and they said they did, so we made the 16 mile trip to their location because we heard that Hugo was now at this location. So we get there and they showed us what they had available for our vehicle so we decided to purchase them and have them installed. We were going to have them change the brakes as well that day so we knew that it would be a while so we went to some stores in the area while we waited. We got a call from the salesman saying that he was unable to get the brakes from his vendor due to it being a Saturday so he said he could have them on Monday and we could bring the vehicle in then if we wanted to. We told him that we'll deal with that later because he told us that the brake pads were at 70 percent but that he could finish everything else. We get back about an hour or so later only to find out that they had installed a DIFFERENT SET OF RIMS. I've been customizing vehicles for over 30 years so I know about wheels ( bolt pattern, backspace, offset, wheel finish...etc). When I saw the wheels that they installed, we noticed that the finish was different and the offset was also different. I feel like they did a BAIT AND SWITCH on us. They told us that they would have the correct wheels or something similar by Monday but we didn't hear from them. They finally called Tuesday after I had to talk to the manager, but when my wife got there she had to wait over three hours to get her wheels installed after watching several customers come in and out having the same type of work performed. I have referred several of my friends and coworkers to do business with them over the years but I will be telling all of them and you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. I hope that the owner reads my post and has a talk with his employees about customer service because they have good prices and have had good inventory in the past.
