I had a fantastic experience thanks to Lopez. His assistance was exceptional. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but his kindness and professionalism truly stood out.He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, was incredibly helpful and patient. As a non-native English speaker, I appreciated how he took the time to explain things slowly and carefully, ensuring I understood everything.I highly recommend Lopez for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist customers regardless of language barriers. All my services I ve had at this location have been done perfectly and in a timely manner. The manager Agustin is always honest about what s going on with my car, and I never feel pressured into other services like the other shops. Thanks for keeping my little car up and running!

Better make an appointment for ANY maintenance or repair, otherwise DO NOT arrive any time they have lunch (noon to 1 pm). All but one mechanic is on break then.It would have been considerate if reception had said come back later!!

An overall disappointing experience getting new brakes. Ultimately a resolution amounted to 3 lost days and nearly 10 hours of my time.My SUV needed 2 new rotors and 4 new brake pads and the service took 3 hours to complete each visit. While there I found my vehicle was continuously left unattended with no work progressing and the issue was not resolved. They did not honor my appointment times and had poor customer service as the issue continued. My 2nd visit took 3 hours and all they did was claim they had to grease the brakes because it "wasn't done the 1st visit" and they couldnt duplicate the issue. Finally the 3rd day I requested a refund and provided video evidence and they decided to upgrade my brakes since their claim was the lesser expensive brakes "weren't doing the job". (At no point was I offered different levels of brake quality...)At the end of the day it took 3 visits to get my brakes to stop squealing and required I video the noise since the staff could not duplicate it themselves during ANY of my visits. It was unpleasant and although lesser in cost it ended up requiring far more time than if I had gone to a more quality option.At the point I would say not to trust that they are knowledgeable or capable of working on vehicles to a resolution.

I had a great experience at this Pep Boys the other day! I had blown a tire, far away from home, and it was already early evening and every other shop was about to close. Augustine was able to make it happen on a time crunch, they were able to patch up the tire and get me back on the road in 20 minutes I was so grateful. They stayed late just to help me out. I ll definitely be recommending Augustine Pep Boys to all of my friends and family. They re reliable and friendly and I couldn t be happier with their service.

106 dollars for a synthetic oil change?! Rip off. I just remembered why I quit coming here. Won't be back. They charged 48$ for labor, what a joke!!! Update: He said if I wanted him to change the oil filter it "might" cost me an extra 150$ because the casing is stuck and he would have to force it so the casing might crack and have to be replaced. I've been played before homey. Either way you win. I say no don't replace it, and you still charge me for the labor. Which you DID. BUT! Had I said yes, you would've broke it on purpose in order to charge me the extra 150$ PLUS MORE LABOR. I took the damn filter home to do it myself. Why is it so hard to find honest mechanics?! Ya'll take one look at me when I walk in the door and jack up all your prices and do everything in your power to squeeze whatever cash you can out of my wallet. I might be a girl, but I'm not IGNORANT. P.S. I googled labor costs on an oil change and it's only 30$.

Pep boys, not many think they re that great of a shop or it s just tire work, I beg to differ. Long story concerning a rental car that was poorly maintained, guess who I took it to and got everything fixed and inspected by, that s right Pep Boys. The mechanic ,Robert, did an excellent job of repairing the vehicle new brakes all around new tire and a full inspection just to make sure that I was not rolling around in a death trap cause when I brought it in that s what it felt like(rental agency will be dealt with). The guys at this pep boys listen about your concerns and they do the job fast and right. So in closing do not be afraid to use pep boys, someone s honesty to you may not be what you want to hear but if it s a concern you better listen, in other words they re not breaking stuff to fix it or some crazy thing, they re being honest and can show you the issues at hand then it s up to you to fix it.

Very bad treatment for the service employee. Name . ( C..n) , I waited a long time. Note that I am on time. The car was parked in an unsafe place and on the road and illegal. The glass of the front door was left open. The way the employee talked to me is not nice and there is no respect

Got Audi oil change and they let me know the previous place did not change my filter. Its not easy changing that filter. Its easy to say you did something but didn t, knowing the customer won t know the difference until the engine seizes. They have integrity.

Terrible place to have work done to your vehicle. Every service I have had done there had to be re-done, not long later, and they still charged me for everything, with at most a 10% discount on thousands of dollars worth of labor and parts that they should've fixed correctly the first time. You might also be lucky enough to collect your vehicle with new problems, that they will deny having caused. Don't bring your vehicle here.

Had to get a new battery installed in my car last min. They helped me out and only took an hour. I had already bought a battery so charged me $150 to install.
