This place has the worst customer service in the OC. The office guys smells like cheap vodka. The body work they put out looks like a blind kindergarten kid finger painted on the car. The paint had more runs than a triathlon runner. If your insurance recommends this place I would change your insurance carrier ASAP.

This is the best place in the world. Diego treated me like family. From the very start he was kind, informative, and gave so much guidance on how to deal with repairs and insurance. He fought for me to get the best price. When I brought my car in the first time he promised me it would be all on insurance and nothing would come out of my pocket, and he did exactly that. The repairs made it look like a brand new car and he even used some extra paint to fix some scuffs that weren t even included in the damage on request and it was no issue. He is so wonderful and patient and knowledgeable. Plus he kept fantastic communication and even if calls got missed he would always follow up with texts. I can t recommend him enough. Gives me faith that the world of cars isn t all bad. Even the other workers there seemed like they were having a good time there. Thank you Diego and crew!

Trash shop if you want to ripped off and want to meet people that don't know anything about reconditioning a car this is the place...

Diego lies right to your face. Stopped by on a weekday, for the 2nd time referencing the 1st time. Tells me to return next weekend (saturday) in the morning (8:30am), and send him a txt when I have oem parts. No response from his txt. Showed up on that saturday early, with all my parts. Tells me saturdays are so very difficult and only 1/2 day. Tells me I saw a txt from you , and come back tuesday morning. Tells me he ll send a confirmation txt for my appt, pretends to be navigating on his phone to create the txt appt. No txt appt from him at all. The guys a liar, shady character and he will never touch any of my vehicles nor friends. He makes it sound great, yet false promises and a waste of time. Go to a reputable body shop.

Mr Segura is super professional beyond my expectations, he is very kind with very well communication, honest and very responsible, he knows very well this business. Prices very reasonable, I highly recommend this place with 10 stars

Despite the fact that Diego is busy running two businesses, he not only spent the time to answer all of our questions on repeated visits, but went out of his way and jumped through hoops to have the car ready for our 19 year old to drive back to college early on a monday morning. He was very patient, organized, thorough, timely, and knowledgeable. It's hard to find all of those qualities in one business owner.

Diego the manager was excellent and very business oriented stuck to his price EXCELLENT body work had to keep vehicle two extra days than the promised date I mention this because people we have to understand that in Diego s case some things are out of his control as far as getting product that was the problem with my vehicle some materials or products are in back order due to the Covid-19 s virus so if you want excellent work this is the place just be patient and understanding if you don t have patience this is not the place for you

Ultra-professional! Exceeded expectations. My wife primarily dealt with them and conveyed her positive experience to me and I witnessed, first-hand when the job was flawlessly done, sooner than expected. Will definitely bring our other car here for some tlc for the numerous "love taps" it has received over the years.
