Best service center I have ever been to! Frank Gutierrez took great care of me, he answered all my questions and he knows everything about my cars needs. I've been to Toyota, Honda, Ford dodge and they were all terrible! They didn't even know general answers about my car. yet frank went into great detail and helped me understand everything. This is genuinely 5 STAR service! I will be coming back here for my next car purchase and my next car service!

Brought my first Infinity Q50 here and man my view on car dealers has changed a lot. Huge shout out to Bryan Nguyen and his manager Joe for helping me out purchasing a car with them. Got a sweet deal !!! Apart from that Bryan had no problem not just showing me & test driving alot of their cars; but also explaining the difference between each car we drove out with perfect details. Joe also was amazing explaining everything I needed to know before buying the vehicle and excellent costumer service! If you re second guessing, or have had bad experience buying a car at a dealer I highly recommend you come here and check it out.

I've never written a review before out of the 13+ cars I've had in my time, but Freddy S. really understood my situation and in fact I was suppose to post this months ago, I was just thinking about how much I loved my car these past few months and thought I'd come on to post a long deserved review. The service was impressive even down to the car, it was so tidy and shiny I was actually looking for this exact car, saw a LOT, and I was about to give up.. Here are some pics of my baby.

I just bought my 4th car from OC Infinity and I can t imagine going to any other dealership. They have always taken the BEST care of me from looking for a new car to the service department. I had a good experience. Bryan was my salesman and I test drove the vehicle and said I was gonna test drive more before I made my decision. Bryan and the sales manager put no pressure on me to buy the vehicle. They just promised if I decided on it they would get me in and out in less than 1 hourI decided on the vehicle 2 days later and they gave me more than I was expecting on my trade in. They got me out of there with my car in an hour. That was the fastest I ve ever gotten in and out of a dealer with a car and I was happy with the price

I love this dealership. They are small in size but big on helpfulness. My salesperson was Freddie Suarez and what an amazing guy he is! He knows what he's talking about, doesn't do any of the usual high pressure sales tactics, and is just a good hearted person. I never have had any issues with getting service done there. I leased a Q50 Red Sport and it has been an amazing car. I highly recommend Freddie and this dealership! You will not be disappointed!!

I can't stress the level of satisfaction I get from this dealership. I deal with Eric is service and he is an absolute rock star. I live 3 min from a different Infiniti dealership but choose to drive 30+ minutes to Orange coast because of Eric in Service.

I went to OC Infiniti ended up purchasing two vehicles . One was for Freddy s Deli restaurant business catering car which I ended up getting was the Infiniti AWD QX60 , the second one I wanted to treat myself for my birthday so I got a car I ve always wanted which was A Maserati Ghibli . Jeffrey aka Jeff was the salesperson who helped me throughout the entire process . Very knowledgeable and helpful. Henry was the Finance Manager who made the purchase seamless and easy for me thanks guys for an amazing experience and above and beyond customer service from the entire team!

I cannot recommend Orange Coast Infiniti enough. They have incredible sales people that are so attentive and informative and their service department is top notch. Everyone we ve dealt with over the last 6 years has been so respectful. Irina has been my salesperson and she s fantastic. We ve leased 5 cars here and serviced all our vehicles here and look forward to continuing to bring our business here!

I went in for a used infinity and also to trade in my Honda. Freddy greeted me at the entrance and I should say, I ve dealt with a lot of car salesmen in my life but this young man showed exceptional customer service qualities. I m so glad that my wife and I ran into him. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I also was very happy with the Trade in we got. Kevin Hall, service advisor, was very helpful. He handled both of my SUVs and recommended proper services follow up. The work was done in timely manner and told me that there was no charge for newer SUV which was under free maintenance which I didn t know. So, thank you, Kevin.

It s hard to find a person who truly cares at car dealership these days, however. Irina has been amazing assisting me in selecting the right vehicle for my growing family. She has the right touch of care and interest in your needs as well as professionalism. She is very knowledgeable about her brand as well as competitors. I highly recommend Irina if you go to Orange Coast Infiniti. She will go out of her way to find you the best deal and the best car for you!

I had the pleasure of working with Jakob during my lease process and he made sure I had a great experience. I actually had gone to a different Infiniti dealership but after speaking with Jakob and Joe over the phone I decided to work with them as they were understanding and made the process very easy. Jakob was great in communicating with me and made the process smooth and seamless. He was patient and took time to answer all of our questions. I look forward to working with him and Joe with any future car needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or lease.

This 5 DIAMOND review is very well deserved! I have bought close to 10 cars in my lifetime and the service I received at this location was hands down the most unexpected treasure. From finding my dream car online and booking an appointment for the next day, to the responsiveness of the employees, I can t say enough about how amazing everything was. Our salesperson Freddy Suarez was exceptional. He really listened to us, and he was very welcoming and patient. He truly made the experience what it was for us. Henry Kim in finance was wonderful, and he worked diligently to get us the best rate/financing and we are so grateful to him (and it was supposed to be his day off - he performed miracles for us on a Sunday!) Jakob was very thoughtful in bringing us Vietnamese coffee from a local shop while we were waiting (delicious)! Being in the service industry myself, I have to say that it is very difficult to find people that genuinely care, and we felt that 100% here. It felt like everyone was so happy to be working there. Everyone was phenomenal and we left the dealership not only excited for our new car, but feeling like we made some great friends in the process. Thank you for treating us like family. You have earned our trust for life!

I went in for a lease trade-in and Freddy was amazing! He was friendly, informative, patient and extremely helpful. The exact car I wanted had to be a dealer trade. Since I wasn t able to get it the same day, Freddy personally delivered it to my home and took my old lease. He showed me the new features and offered to help me set up personalizations. Since receiving my new car a few months ago, Freddy has followed up a few times to make sure I m still enjoying my car and always asks if I have any questions he can help with. I would absolutely purchase from himagain and highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Jakob is the best salesman there. If you ever need a car from this dealership ask for Jakob he made the process perfect. I had found a car on the website that caught my attention but I was 6 hours away from the dealership. I inquired about the car and he set it up for me to get the car the day I was available to go . As soon as I arrived he had it waiting for me let me inspect it, test drive and had all the paperwork ready I spent less than 1 hour filling out the paperwork and everything went perfect . The service from jakob was 10/10 would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone

Today I had one of the BEST car buying experiences EVER. I have been searching for an honest deal for a week. I started my search on KBB. I'd call dealerships and I got all of it- bait and switch, incorrect car prices listed online...etc. Not here though! Freddie, my salesman was very honest. He read me well. Jhordan accessed my pre-approved loan and set up my financing quickly. He gave me great options on warranty and gap insurance and explained over and over, with no pressure to purchase. Mr Rodriguez, the GM was so warm hearted and welcoming. No egos here. Just honest, hardworking and kind people, who gave me exactly what I wanted in a great CPO car! Thank you so much OC Infiniti !

The best Infiniti dealership in Southern California hands down. Eduardo from Service is very professional and will take care of you and your car no matter how old it is. My Infiniti M45 loves this place for its oil changes and other maintenance that I ve done with them so far. Will be back for my next synthetic oil change.

Awesome dealership! Just bought a brand new QX60 and couldn t be happier with the transaction. Spent a lot of time with me during the test drive process and no high pressure sales. Not only did they beat my best price from another dealer, they got me out within an hour working with me on multiple payment options. Super quick and easy, thank you to all the staff especially Jimmy and Freddy, you guys were so professional and attentive to all our questions. I have been using this specific dealership for years because of the great service Kevin in the service department has always provided me. This year my son went into buy a car and Freddy Suarez was our sales agent as my previous salesman had moved on. Not only did Freddy assist my son in finding the exact Car he wanted, he was so friendly and experienced he helped us get everything done with the best deal in under 90 minutes. Freddy is a no games salesperson for anyone wanting to just buy the car they want without all the back and forth that many salespeople put you thru. Will be seeing him for my next vehicle purchase and I highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

The sales experience was very positive, pleasant, very thorough and impressive. We are a first time Infiniti owner and loved the car, its features and its sales experience at OC Infiniti. The staff was patient, friendly and extremely professional. I have visited the dealership since after the sale and was warmly greeted and treated as a valuable customer. We were very impressed with all the service provided by the sales department and by the sales person, Jeffery Holmes. He continued to make sure everything was taken care of.
