They were very professional. As soon as I arrive to the front counter and told The front sales manager of my situation. That I had a screw in my truck tire. They got right on it and within a 1/2 hour. I was back on the road again.I recommend new century tire For all your tire needs.

Took my truck in cause it wouldn't start. I was able to get a jump and take it in the same day due to them being open later than other shops. I left my truck there overnight and before noon the next day they called and said it ready. When they told me it was just the battery and some loose wires and didn't try to upsale me on anything. Didn't seem like they were trying to nickel and dime me. I will definitely be going back for my future truck needs.

This place is horrible! They take advantage of you! They upsell you and can t do their job right. 4 months ago they sold me two run flats for $800 , only reason I stopped here was because it was an emergency and I was getting off the 22 freeway. The tires are now worn out. I don t know how this makes sense , but the guy said I hit a pothole and maybe that s why my tires were worn out.

So happy with this shop. My shop sends our work trucks to these guys all the time and yesterday, I noticed a huge nail in my back tire on lunch hr. I took my car here for an emergency tire patch and they got me in, despite this being a last second shindig. They were super nice and better priced than everyone else. Got my car in right away and back to me before end of day. Super grateful for these guys

Avoid this place for tires the rubber they sell is basically a fast track to disappointment. Tread life is a joke, and the performance? Let's just say, it's not winning any races.

Second truck getting done up here. Jr. Always takes good care of my vehicles and has great insights on what works best.I told them exactly what I wanted and what I intended to use the truck for and they gave me a few options with multiple budgetary categories. I love that they did this as it helped me make my decision.Ended up leveling the truck with bilstein 5100 s all around, pro comp rockwells, and 285/70/17 tires and it looks phenomenal. Performs great over stock.This is going to be my overland rig so I didn t need an expensive suspension set up. They definitely talked me into saving some money.

After our business truck tire blew out on the highway and taken to a pep boys that couldn't work on it, These fine gentlemen were recommended to me. They were professional, quick, and friendly. Even after I wasn't able to go pick up the truck because of work. They did me the huge favor of delivering it to me at my work place. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a job well done!

Just wanted to thank the guys at New century , Alfonso and Luis . I wanted some special order wheels and tires and they came through for me. Their pricing was less than everyone else. My wife is so happy with her car!

Thee nicest people! Very knowledgeable and took care of us quick before making the 2000 mile trip back home. Double checked to make sure everything with safe and found us the best deal for what we needed. Even offered to help with other things if it meant we can leave back home on time and safely.... 10/10 would recommend this place. They were fair, honest & really helpful.They fixed my rim when other shops told me it had to be replaced. Don t hesitate to call and ask either as they are really friendly!

New century tires is a great shop, by far the best knowledge, best service and best price I have ever experiences. They really care about their quality, and do the job right. I really liked that they explain everything and they were very trust worthy. If there was a way to give an extra yelp star I would not hesitate to do it. They even suggested I should consider getting new lights and from their experience I did agree they needed to be replaced so I felt confident for my safety to trust their work and replace them. I heard if there was one thing just as important as buying a car, that is to have a trust worthy auto mechanic shop and this is it. I had a Honda Fit that had some transmission problems, and I took if to other dealers but they were no help. Junior the owner explained everything and took very good care of me. I was also given updates on the car which was very helpful and will be back for any of my car needs.Thanks, Century Tires for taking care of me! Highly recommend this shop!

Highly recommended. The service is GREAT. All of their work is always done in a timely manner even on the busy days. They are always great with explaining what work needs to be done and why. Been coming here for about 5 years now and have never had any problems or concerns. The quality of work done here is by far The Best. Thank you Junior for the Great work. You and your team are amazing.Plus the waiting room is always fresh and cool with AC, the T.V. is a plus and my son loves the school bus set up you guys have for him to play with.

Came in for an alignment on a Saturday. They were busy but they didn t hesitate to do their best to help. Friendly staff, good looking place. Overall a pleasant experience. Huge thank you to Noel for taking time out of his day to explain the whole alignment process. Appreciate that. Keep it up New Century, definitely standing out from the rest.

Jr and his team at New Century Tires never disappoint. From same day in and out appointments to affordable and reliable named brand tires, I have always left here a happy customer. The staff is knowledgeable and the customer service is always on point. I can not say enough about the quality service here that has made me a customer since my first car. I know when I leave that I and now my family, are driving around in safe quality tires.

The team at New Century Tire is the best. I rely on them to handle all my vehicle maintenance and repairs. They are extremely dependable, have great prices and they do great work. They have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions and because of it, they have my complete loyalty and trust. I would highly recommend them. I do not go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place. I was referred to Jr and I'm very pleased with the service and the total price for full service on my car. Had it done &fast as promised! new tires -balanced, alignment front & rear, front & rear brakes pads- flush brake fluid, air filters and oil change. I'm a female so when it comes to this stuff I'm kinda in the dark, but he made me feel comfortable and explained it all. I appreciate Jr taking the time and breaking everything down. Will definitely refer others.

Very honest, reliable, and kind. Great customer service. They can be trusted with classic cars and high end luxury cars as well.They have worked on my 1972 BMW and My 2014 228i M. Ask for Noel. Great guy and very helpful. Thanks again guys

Wow! What a shop. I was recommended I come here by my friend Friend and I couldn't be more happy with everything . I have a 2005 tacoma I bought about 6 months ago and needed an overall inspection on the truck and wanted new suspension as well. Junior the owner took care of me from the jump and treated me like family. Him and his team did a full inspection and gave me a rundown on the issues it had and all the pricing as well. I ended up getting new shocks and struts, power steering pump rear break drums serpentine belt and power steering pump and a reseal on the valve cover gasket. All their pricing was very great especially considering such a great job they do. My truck is running like a dream now. Thank you new century tire. I will definitely be coming back for any of my Truck/ car needs.

ALL of the guys here are great, I ve had my car serviced by Jr, Louis, and Noel and get great customer service every time, And my vehicles always end up running like new. I've been coming to New Century Tire for over 15 years. The service Representatives Junior, Louis, and Noel are all great to work with. They get me and my car and out of there quickly every time I go there for service. Great customer service coupled with reliable mechanical service will keep me coming back for years to come.

Arrived here for a last minute alignment: the service was great and friendly, no complaints. The waiting area was nice, TV, small kids area. It's not a huge location, but it's enough. Probably spent about 45min to an hour there and just all around good service, will definitely be returning.

This place has great customer service our service guy JR. has been great every time. We first came here the same day we went to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. JR. got our tires up on and got us on our way. From that point on he always remembers us. Always knew what was wrong with the vehicles and very knowledgeable. These guys are honest and no bs sales guys here. I only trust them from now on.

I drove from Phoenix, AZ to have service done with New Century Tire on my truck. Aside from the exceptional customer service, the shop did a great job with replacing my tires as well as performing an alignment. I would recommend any vehicle owner that wants an honest opinion, solid rates, and great customer service to New Century Tire.

Service and prices are great! I was referred here a few years ago and now this is the only place I go to get tires and to get my car serviced. Junior is up front and knowledgable with any make and model vehicle. I have never been disappointed!!!!

Took my 2015 Prius in to get some jobs done. I have Noel help me with have lower spring, wheel and tires install. The team were wonderful and pleasant to deal with. Great customer service. Well air conditioner waiting room. They understand what I wanted to do and get it done correctly. Thank you
