My son took his car here to diagnose a problem with his radiator. He gave his recommend repair and estimate. He also told my son he had to replace the timing belt. He gave him a high cost over $1700. His father is an ex mechanic in a different industry now. He said he s just trying to charge him extra for because he has to take the timing belt off to get to the water pump. So my son decided to go elsewhere. This guy had the nerve to tell my son never to come back that he s only looking for dedicated Customers. How unprofessional and rude! You charged my son $165 for diagnosing it I think that s plenty money. If I had heard that standing there, I would ve given him my two cents He can t afford this plus you re ripping him off. Probably ripping off customers.realizing that you charge for repairs not necessary.

All I'm going to say is get a chance to work with me and you're going to see exactly how I am like my loyal customers that I help out so much there's common in here and it has to do with people that do not want to pay and I understand I got nothing against them but I wish they could be in my shoe I have to make a living this is where I can give food to my family I will respond to the reviews in time

Amazing service. One thing I can say honestly is they are straight up with you and don t do things without your permission they recommend thing they would like to tweak and if it works with you. Lastly, felt as if I was one of them and did an amazing job on my oil coolant. 10/10 would recommend if your in need of aftermarket installation.

I can t recommend this auto repair shop enough. As someone with the worst luck with cars and being a young female, I often feel I get taken advantage of when I bring my car in for repairs. I thoroughly trust the employees here to be honest and upfront about my car. Not only do they take care of you, they thoroughly document and explain why they are recommending a repair. They take responsibility for any errors on their end which says so much about their integrity. They are also quite prompt with repairs and open 7 days a week which with my chaotic work schedule is another bonus. They helped to work with me and prioritize the most important repairs when I couldn t afford everything at once. If you want to go to a shop where the workers are honest and work hard, this is the shop for you.Services: A/C installation & repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I ve gone to Victor twice now and both times he s fixed up my Nissan. Very thankful to him. He s kind and his prices are fair. I live very close, so I will be continuing bringing my car to him should anything happen. I can t say enough good things about Victor and JR Custom Repair. They went above and beyond excellent customer service.I called them on a Sunday, and not only were they open, but they managed to get my car in and do all necessary repairs at a fair price. They were very transparent from the beginning and left me with no surprise charges. Will definitely be coming back to have them take care of all my repairs.

My brother recommended that I take my BMW to Victor at JR Custom Repair. This shop got the job done within two days for a fraction of the price of what the dealership quoted to repair a common problem with BMW's. Came in to get my car checked out & the owner Victor helped me out with MULTIPLE problems i was having. He even gave me a great quote on everything and was extremely helpful. I recently brought in my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S for an oil change. I'd checked out a few other local auto shops, but they couldn't service my car because they either didn't carry the standard oil my Mini needed, or because it was too much of a hassle getting to the oil pan (Mini-owners will dreadfully acknowledge this).Victor ordered the proper engine oil, shot me a text first thing in the morning, and serviced my car within 20 minutes. He even topped off my coolant reservoir free of charge.I'll definitely be coming back for Victor's honest and professional service.

I went to this shop for the 1st time and they did a great job on my brakes. The staff were friendly and kindly answered my questions. I appreciated that there was no attempt to sell me services beyond what I went in for. My car broke down (starter went out to be specific), looked up the closest shop, and this popped up. Called Victor who told me to bring it in and he'll look at it. Had it towed there, I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg and at least a few days to fix it. He gave me a good price and had it running with a new starter within a couple hours! Victor is down to earth and will tell you straight up what needs to be done and what doesn't. Definitely found my new mechanic for all my car needs, highly recommended!

I dread anything to do with car repairs, always fearful that I will be taken advantage of. Victor takes away the fear, there is ZERO pressure and nothing but kindness and honesty. My radiator gave out a block away from JR. Custom Repair and it was purely by chance that I found this repair shop. Victor was very kind, took quick action to assess the issue, was able to have the necessary parts delivered within a few hours, and offered a fair price for parts and labor (I googled the average price for the repairs he was doing and his quote was actually on the low end!) I spent some time chatting with Victor while he was working on my car and found him to be a very honest, hard working and motivated. If you want to support a local, small business, and you don't want to be taken advantage of, I would highly recommend Victor and Jr. Custom Repair.

My car recently broke down on me. I right away contacted Victor because he's worked on my car in the past and has done an awesome job; where my car hasn't experienced same reoccurringissue. He's very efficient at explaining the cause and the repair options available. I definitely would recommend him & will continue to take my car in to Jr. Custom Repair.

Great experience. No upselling. They recommend not doing a repair because it was in my best interest to wait. Will definitely be returning here with my cars for service. Victor is my new go to guy for everything cars

I took my 2001 miata to Mark recently and could not be happier with the service. He changed the clutch with parts I supplied in one day and was reasonably priced. I usually do all of my own work and have a hard time trusting my car to someone else, I just don't have the time to do something as involved as changing a clutch. I have 100% confidence in Marks ability and will be returning for future work.

Victor not only really knows what he is doing but is a super honest guy. He feels like family taking care of you. I had engine problem which is a super stressful thing to have and he gave us our best options. Never any pressure. It's been a few months now and my car runs great! I will be going to him for anything related to my car. Victor is the best!

I was referred to jr. Custom Repair by my cousin and I think I will not take my car any where else Victor will sincerely tell you what the car needs to have done will find good quality parts at the best price and get the job done in a timely manner . Good friendly place to get your car fixed or serviced and know it's going to be done right .

Decades of experience on both Mazda and Honda brands. This shop can do the normal repair and rebuilds for standard road going vehicles or he can prep your car for full on racing at the tracks. He was a key component to the Jackson Racing team since the 1980s, so this man knows 'em frontwards and backwards. Highly recommended!
