Eric, Evan, and crew are all awesome!I came in for a brake fluid flush and oil change, which they got done within 15-20 minutes of my arrival, which I thought was amazing considering there were other cars being worked on at the same time.They match or beat other prices, so you re always getting a better deal.Always a positive crew, respectful and professional with their services. Can t beat it! :)Highly recommended- you won t be disappointed here.

Excellent experience. Always knowledgeable technicians. Service is quick and complete. I leave well informed on what service was done and what needs attention. Today, Vidal was so nice and polite. Jiffy Lube is our preferred choice for maintaining our cars upkeep.

1. Never had to turn on all lights for operation. No brake light checking. Basically the car was taken for granted as being new regardless of having 84,000 miles on the odometer. In any case even if the care came off the lot new or had higher recorded mileage. Proper inspection is a must to keep good business in any community.

I always come here to get my oil changed but I had such a weird experience today. When I dropped off my vehicle I asked the employee Michael how long it would take because i wanted to go across the street to get my nails done and he said that if I m not back by the time it closes it s fine and he will just leave my car outside for me to get. While I was getting my nails done he actually called the nail salon I was at to inform me I needed to stop getting my nails done and come get my car. I told him I would be done in 5 minutes. When I was done I called and even though it was 5 minutes after closing there were plenty of employees there. When I walked into the shop I told him that was completely inappropriate that I felt uncomfortable and that my privacy was violated. He began to argue with me. I told him to please stop talking I didn t want to hear him invalidate my experience and he would not stop. I had to ask him to stop several times before he rang me up.

I m tired of trying to be upsold on things that I clearly didn t ask for and aren t an imminent problem. Also the degree of lying for business is hard to overlook. I just had new tires and brakes installed a few months ago, yet the technician said my front brakes look worn and was I thinking of getting them replaced.

this jiffy lube is the way to go, staff are nice and polite and they get the job done well with efficiency and integrity. i dont know what all these other folks in the reviews are talking about, 5 stars all around. i definitely recommend this jiffy lube

Excellent service provided by professionals. Went there for oil change and tire rotation. You can walk-in anytime, taking appointment is not mandatory.

The staff member called me to his computer desk visually seeing that I was disabled and struggling to walk with my cane and instead of trying to accommodate me ... He had me standing for the length of time to lie to me about everything wrong with my vehicle in order to up-sell.Prior to arriving at Jiffy lube and I do mean literally less than 5 minutes was my prior at appointment America's Tire Co. Where I purchased my new tires recently and was there for a tire rotation as per their recommendation. The Jiffy service tech told me that my tires was dangerously worn thin and needed replacement. I challenged his recommendation stating the fact of the tires being recently purchased and just rotated at my tire shop 5 minutes ago, the tech tried to pivot with then telling me that my transmission fluid was bad and I informed him that my transmission was rebuilt this year, he tried to tell me that my brakes drum & rotors all the way around was cracked and I once again informed him that all 3 items were replaced this year and driven less than 8k miles. His last attempt was to charge me to clean my headlamps which was just done Monday of this week.The tech was bothered of my rebuttals and decided to delay my payment by 10 minutes even though my vehicle was out of the bay and they took in a new car.This crooked approach to try to nickel and dime me has left me with a horrible experience and I shared what they were trying to do to me with the other customers in the lobby as they also saw it happen in real time. I refuse to return to this location and perhaps Jiffy Lube all together for the blatant approach of deception to a customer and a disable customer at that.

0 stars Horrible slow service don t come here. took almost two hours just to get an oil change and it wasn t even busy. I had to walk to get my two kids from school and carry them back with all their school stuff because of them taking so long. The cashier Carlos j. kept cussing and saying bad words like the f word and the sh word in front of my 2 and 4 year old extremely unprofessional I been coming here for a long time never coming here again

In the auto business two qualities are paramount... honesty and attention to detail. I'm writing this review because the guys at Jiffy Lube Westminister exemplify both of these. They noticed my transmission was leaking in the rear axle and recommended me to a repair shop instead of doing the service. They put the customer first.

TERRIBLE place to go for an oil change. We took our car in for a routine oil change. They informed us that the brake pads needed to be replaced. We agreed and I wish we never would have. They told us it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes max to get everything changed. We decided to go run some errands and come back at 3 pm since they told us that at around 1:15 pm. After running some errands, we came back at 3 to our car sitting in the shop and nobody was working on it. We pulled into the parking lot to wait. They called us 15 minutes later and said 30 more minutes and everything will be done. Not a big deal, 3:45 comes around and still nobody was working on the car. After waiting for another hour and 15 minutes, the car was finally done. After telling us the car would be done at 3 pm max, waiting another 2 hours for them to complete their job was just sad. That's not even the worst part, after finally getting the car back, we noticed a huge scratch on the side of the car. We went inside to talk with the manager and file an incident report since the scratch wasn't there when we took the car in. They informed us that the manager was gone but would be giving us a call within 2 days. After calling them consistently for the next week, we still had no answer. We were finally able to talk to the manager on Monday and I guess it's a new manager.... figures. They claim that there is no way they could have caused the scratch since they didn't work on that side of the car but won't show us the camera footage of them working on the car to see if the scratch was there before we brought the car in, it wasn't. That Jiffy Lube as a whole screams unprofessional and ill trained. I would never bring my vehicle here again. Avoid this place at all costs!Service: Oil change

Nice people but labor/parts cost more than market value and they spent too long on my vehicle (while charging me for labor). I got an oil change and front brake pad replacement. I brought my own pads. They were kind enough to apply a $20 discount from the website on their oil/oil filter but it still would have saved me money to bring my own (maybe $40). Plus they didn t have enough of the oil I normally use in stock. I was charged $182 for labor on my front brake pads. I guess it didn t help that the guy (I will leave his name out here for his sake) working on the pads was talking to his coworker/manager at the time instead of focusing on the vehicle. They looked like they were talking about my brakes/brake rotor (several times) as well as making jokes. Which is fine by me but it was obvious it was taking him away from his work. I was also told they would normally do some work on the rotors but they didn t have time that day to finish anyways. Kinda a sub par experience in my case but I might go back for an oil change in the future since oil change labor was only $27.75. I definitely expected that to cost more but the other experiences overshadowed how good I might have felt otherwise. They did a good job as far as I can tell but professionalism was definitely lacking and I have a feeling I should have gone elsewhere that day as well as brought my own oil/filter.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Wow! I've been to this location many times. Each time I've had a great experience! I'm informed on what I should be fixing and or fixing in the near future without pressure. Michael was kind and quick while deciding what would be fixed now, and offered financing which I declined and opted to wait for some services. Wish they could do A/C work at this location!! The team here is great and I appreciate the hard work everyone puts in. I recommend 100%Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I went there for an oil change and they changed some filters which was great. However they took off my motor cover and never put it back on. Getting ahold of them is nearly impossible. First time at this location, first problem I have ever had at a jiffylube

Our rental car had a low pressure tire symbol so we stopped randomly at this jiffy lube. The employees were very friendly and honest, immediately identified the problem (nail in the tire) and were able to repair it promptly for a reasonable price.

I showed up at 10:30 on a Monday. All 3 bays were empty but it took 45 minutes to get an oil change.Then they realized that they used an oil blend. I already bought a Groupon for full synthetic so I was stuck waiting for them to redo the oil change. I wish I saved my money at a local shop for the same amount of time.

First time and last time going to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Staff were friendly and polite but seemed young and inexperienced. Cost was slightly higher than other places I've gone to for oil changes. Was hoping that the additional cost would reflect with better service. Instead, I got less services than listed on the service checklist.Disappointed that these services were not performed yet still checked off as complete: check air filter, vacuum floor, check/fill fluids, wash ext windows, check brake/lighting system, check wiper blades. Hoping they did everything else like changing oil filter or checking brake/radiator fluids but now I'm concerned they cut corners in other areas.There were no other customers behind me so I'm surprised they still weren't thorough with the job. Will not be returning.Edit: Got a call from "Michael" from guest relations. He asked me about my experience and to explain why I gave them a 1-star review which I politely obliged. He then commented how I used a coupon from Groupon and gives me a 2-minute spiel on how I can earn Jiffy Lube more money by asking for a Groupon price without having to purchase through Groupon. I patiently listen and afterwards ask him if he's going to do anything about my poor experience. He replied, "No, there's nothing to do since you got your oil change. Next time make sure to ask for the Groupon price instead of using one". I hung up at that point. Michael needs to be in sales not guest relations.Service: Oil change

After they finished serving my car I noticed they didn t vacuum clean my car as it was included on my order so I asked. After they finished I noticed my exterior window cleaning is also not done so I asked again! The employee gave me a lot of attitude and seemed offended as he just walked away after cleaning. He didn t even answer me when I said thank you! If servicing a car bothers you go work somewhere else!! A customer shouldn t have to ask for the service they already paid for over and over. Not professional.The exterior window cleaning was just him spraying some windex and wiping it with a dirty paper napkin UPDATE: I emailed the store as instructed by the owner in reply to this review in Dec but didn t get any response

I went in for an oil change on a Friday afternoon and was back on the road within an hour. The staff is friendly. The prices are decent, considering I have an F150, I still not out of there under $100 with my coupon. I also can appericate that they recommend add-ons(filters etc.) without being too pushy.

Used a groupon. It took over an hour, but I was committed thanks to the Groupon. It only covered 5 quarts, Jiffy Lube charged $15/quart for the overage.Staff was okay, not great. Bit of standing around.

The service and quickness is great. But the customer service lacks. Prices recently went up which sucks. I been loyal going here for years. I use to live in Westminster. I currently live in anaheim. GO all the way from anaeim to this location. But you guys lost my business becouse of pricing. Quick change lube and oil located in 2731 W Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, CA 928017 offer the same services. Instead of paying $130+tax they charge $65 in total using penzole oil warranty for the workService: Oil change

Super fast service and some of the kindest workers! I've brought my car here for oil changes just twice now while my main mechanic's been out for the time being, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I get from this location! The guys are always very thorough and explain everything I need to know about what they see in the inspections, and don't push me to buy anything extra I don't need or want right then. Not to mention they have awesome deals on oil changes $20 off with full synthetic oil, just what my car needs for just the right price. :)
