My husband bought a motorcycle here! Omg the staff in sales department are awesome!! Super friendly and are bilingual. The ladies at the apparel department are so sweet and friendly especially Ashley Martinez she let us know about her specials she had in her department and also sent us a coupon. We were customers at another Harley Davidson dealership but now we switched to this dealer because of how they treated us!!! Thank you so much.

Great service department. I wait while getting my bike serviced and they always get me out by 11:00-11:30am. Awesome team. Only down side is there needs to be more picnic benches or something of the sort for outside seating. Have to sit on the curb every now and then. A lot of folks go there and wait for service and there is never enough seating.

I came in to look at bikes and I meet Jason sales representative. He was very helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. The whole team at Huntington Beach Harley made me feel very welcome and comfortable. This was by far the best treatment I ve experienced in my life. They went over and beyond thank you all .

I normally don t take the time to leave reviews but when I receive such great service I give credit where credit is due. Koa was my sales representative and not only was he extremely knowledgeable and honest he was also down to earth and super nice. Koa was very respectful of my time and handled my purchase of a new Low rider ST in a time crunch. I highly recommend you ask for Koa if you want to purchase a bike from a sales representative that will treat you like one of your friends. My experience over all was great. All staff as friendly and very helpful, but one person that stood out to me was Nathan vidusic. He was amazing. Super helpful and friendly and I can honestly say he s one of the main reason why I left purchasing a motorcycle. He was very informative and I couldn t have asked for better help. If you are going in looking to buy and you want do it comfortably and with someone not only patient and knowledgeable I would say ask for Nathan vidusic

Deceptive and unprofessional. Greg the Manager is deceptive, promotes discrimination against people with disabilities and has zero empathy. Please buy elsewhere. They gave me prices after running my credit andbeing approved... changed the deals in person. Do not do business with this HARLEY dealer! Don't waste your time. I'd love to share their voice-mails they left on my voice mail!

Touted as one of the top three largest HD dealers in North America, Huntington Beach Harley Davidson did not disappoint. I like to make a point of visiting local dealers when I travel to collect swag from the area. The selection of new and previously loved Harleys was very impressive andI found Huntington Beach staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. They were genuinely happy and eager to help and answer any questions we might have.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO HUNTINGTON BEACH HARLEY AND EXPECT THEM TO BE STRAIGHT WITH YOU. They told me we had a trade in value of 10k for my bike and that yellow price tag last Wednesday on the bike I ended up wanting was 39k and some change. They said the payment would be under $600. I go to pick up the bike and they changed every part of the deal. Trade in value now dropped to 6k and the yellow tag magically disappeared and they claimed it never said 42k reduced to 39k. Keep in mind that this bike was used and its MSRP was 44k new. So used at 39k is not absurdly priced. They said they removed the tag from the bike earlier that day but that it always said 45k down to 42k. They said this at least 3 times. Then the general sales manager came over and apparently forgot to keep his story straight and said the yellow tag was actually 54k down to 42k. Again, then why take the tag off the bike. And you cant find it now? Convenient Id say. So I walked out. I will be going to Quaid Harley. Now watch someone from HBHD respond and try and gaslight me again about how I misunderstood or it was a misunderstanding. I deal with multi-million dollar lawsuits every day that require an extraordinary level of attention to detail. There was no misunderstanding here. There was only a magically disappearing tag and misrepresentations about what it said. What should have been a wonderful buying experience was completely ruined. Thats not what Harley is supposed to be about. And if it was about price, Id just get an Indian Challenger. Its a better performing bike in every respect compared to the Road Glide, But I love Harleys. And this experience really impacted that. Bad form, HBHD.Update: I bought a brand new CVO Road Glide from Quaid Harley. Brandon Quaid and his team made it the most simple, straightforward, and pleasurable vehicle buying experience of my life. And no Im not reaching out to anyone at HBHD. Yall had days to reach out and try to fix this. You could have fixed it the same day. Treat people better.

Fantastic shop and experience. Stopped in for a t shirt, and walked out with a new bike and t shirt! Josh S, Abby, and Yvette were phenomenal to work with. Kind, patient and willing to work. If you're local, I highly recommend giving your business to them, and if you're visiting, stop in and grab a t!

Update review. Yes everyone is helpful when buying a bike and getting a sale. However when your bike is always being towed in with not even 2,000 miles on it because it constantly won t start or shuts down on you no one wants to justify the freaking problem knowing they sold a lemon. I bought my 2022 brand new. So I m stuck paying for a bike I can t even ride. I don t recommend anyone buying a bike here. They don t care about anything once they make the sale. I do appreciate everything that the service department does every time I have to tow it back in.

The truth is I have purchased bikes at HB Harley before and was not a fan of the sales team but have always used the HB Service department to maintenance all my bikes (4of them) This time around they really changed my mind. Stephanie was our Salesperson and she was great and added no undue pressure. Blaire was her team leader and he too was great to work with. Pepper watched over me and we finished up with the best finance guys in the industry Drew and Jeff. Though purchasing a bike takes what seems like all day (and this is at any dealership) it was like hanging out with friends and family and I can honestly say I had the best experience this time round.The crew in the service department are great and I recommend all HD owners to come to this dealership. They are led by Hampton, the service manager and he lives and breathes HD and knows everything about these machines. Their techs are great though I do have my favorite, Tim. Tony, Johnny, Bill, and Mike at the desks are always happy to help and do a great job. Over the years they have become like my family and I do recommend this dealership. This biker chic gives HB Harley 5 Stars !

From the parking lot we met a Harley girl signing us up for the roll the dice win a bike raffle. As a female with experience in (sexy) product repping I found the girls looking absolutely professional! Meaning; Hair done, nails done, and correctly done undergarments that add to the overall appeal vs none or wrong fitting. I mean the girls are a notch above in professionalism via polished appearance, well rested, smiling, appropriate charm. Not all models have to be tiny to look exceptional, and much of it has to do with attention to details. Way to go on the hiring. Next, a very clean dealership with a large selection of each type of motorcycle. Each staff member smiled and said hello. No one over approached us. We were in town for a funeral and our cheer up trip was to Huntington Beach Harley-Davidson in Westminster, CA.We met the bike fit specialist on exiting the dealership and I looked at two pre-loved HD certified motorcycles. The conversation about fit and safety was above par as our (Mike?) was excellent in listening, offering polite incredibly useful recommendations on maneuverability by way of bar height. I was leery of a higher handlebar and now I undersrand how this can help on a heavier model. Of course we kept the business card!Having been to many HD Dealerships we had an "above expectations" experience during a tough weekend. Thank you #HuntingtonBeachHD

Terrible sales, customer service, and unprofessionalism The dealership is disrespectful and has no compassion for their customers personal lives and time. They attacked my credibility after I posted my review.First, I discussed with them, Ivan G. and Kevin M., about selling my motorcycle. I was told to come to dealership for a better deal in person. I told them if they were not going to offer me at least 10K I would not go to the dealer because I do not want to waste either of our time. I was being completely honest and transparent. However, they wanted to lie to me and tell me to come to the dealer for a better deal in person. I worked a 12hr shift and then drove another 45mins to go to the dealership. And they offer me $9200. Why are you going to lie and give false hope? Do dealers or salespeople really believe that if people go to the dealer in person customers will suddenly change their minds and take a terrible deal. They have complete disrespect for their customers and treat them like they are stupid.Second, in the past when I purchased a motorcycle from them I had an issue with their service department. After buying a motorcycle they are supposed to check over the bike to make sure everything is good. Additionally, they even drive the bike for a few miles as part of the test. So, why is it when I sit on the bike to leave there is a flat tire indicator on the dash?...really? So, I drove to a gas station to put air in my tire and the indicator turned off. How does it take the service department hours to check over a bike (which they charge service by the hour) and not notice a flat tire indicator on the dash??? So whoever the service employee was that worked on my bike is absolutely pathetic and apathetic for something so easily detectable to go un-noticed. Future customers should not expect to the service department to correctly work on your bike or even check your bike systems over. They obviously do not check anything and are taking extra time to charge you more money.Lastly, they train all their employees to greet you when you enter the store. This comes off as completely insincere and fake. It is especially noticeable when you try to have a conversation with some of the employees and they do not care about anything you have to say. They just want your money and nothing else.I hope this helps other potential customers as a warning to how bad this dealer is and to stay away.Not all Harley Davidson dealerships are not bad But Huntington Beach Harley is one of the bad ones. I would suggest going to a different dealer that respects its customers.UPDATEMy reply to the Owners response.Huntington Beach Harley claims I never discussed the price over the phone and attacked my credibility by saying they have recorded phone calls.I never stated previously there was an agreed upon amount. I told Ivan G. that if he could be straight with me and tell me if Huntington Beach Harley would offer more than 10K, otherwise I would not waste my time going there. He stated to come in person for a better deal, which would leave me to believe they would offer 10K or more. However, it was nothing but a lie that resulted in not benefitting anyone and wasting my time.Huntington Beach Harley s response is proof they do not care about their customers. They immediately attacked my credibility. This is another example of their unprofessionalism.There are numerous other 1-star reviews on Google. I am not the only customer that has had a bad experience with Huntington Beach Harley and I am saying all of this as a warning to other potential customers.

Having my Dyna Switchback for 10 years I was keeping my eyes open for a new bike for the last year or so. Having ridden a Street Glide Special during HBHD's Demo Truck Days back in September I knew I was ready for a Street Glide; it was a matter of finding one I loved as much as my Dyna and was happy to find it at HBHD. After chatting with Jeff, Yvette B. and Greg in finance regarding pricing and HBHD's maintenance programs which work for me, and asking James C., the Parts Manger, a handful of questions regarding possible future Stage I and Stage II upgrades and doing a test ride with Ivan and AJ, I signed on the dotted line and took this beauty, 2022 Street Glide Special, home.I stated to Jeff in the beginning of our conversation I did not want any high pressure, run-around hassle otherwise no deal, every person associated with the dealership respected my request. Yvette, Jeff, and James took their time answering all my questions, explaining HBHD's VIP program/HD's extended warranties, were straight-forward and not high pressure. I knew what I was willing to pay for the bike, I knew what my owned-out-right trade-in was worth and what value I expected for it, Greg and Jeff met each of those expectations with zero problems. I highly recommend Yvette, Jeff, Greg, James C., Ivan and AJ at Huntington Beach HD.

Excellent one stop Harley dealership, bikes parts, apparel all ages all genders. Great staff, friendly atmosphere, something is always happening. A real vibrant place to be even if just to hang out, stop in even and have a cup of coffee. They always have something going on. LOVE IT.

I am stranded on the 405 right now, I m from out of the area and traveling today. I called and got put on hold for 20 minutes and then when they finally answered they said they re too busy to change my tire today even though I m traveling. I was paying for the tow myself and found one willing to get me there today. I am a Harley finance manager and my boyfriend if a Harley tech and we work at a dealership down south as Harley employees for years we have always subscribed to the culture and idea that we take care of people - this is the first time in our years with Harley that we ve been told we couldn t get a tire changed or couldn t get help. Pretty upsetting. No other shop is open today and we are literally stranded on the side of the freeway with no help because we re not from here. Thanks guys!

Tyler helped me with my fuel sensor kit in parts. I called on my lunch hour and he said he had one in stock! It saved over 3 months waiting for the part from HD Online store. I had also called Orange County HD they said they had one but when i got there, the box was opened and the part inside was OEM speedo from a 883! Well I'm glad Hunnington Beach HD had it and the price was great, better than on line! Tyler knew how far I travelled, over 100 miles round trip from San Diego, but could have still charged me the same price! Thank you Tyler for saving it for me , your customer service, and thoughtfulness! Now I'm not waiting over 3 months, and is being installed in 2 days! I know its a long ways but hope people see this and come in for whatever they need!

Great team at Huntington Beach Harley, everyone seems happy to be there which makes everyone feel welcomed. Shout out to Tony in the service department and the great communication he kept with me while my Hog was in the shop. I know Harley has its issues with getting parts out but Tony and team did a great job keeping me posted and getting the job done. Hog is just as new as how it was when it came off the floor. Walked into HBH just curious about bikes and the cost. David sales guy made my husband and I feel so comfortable, kind of like we belong we left that night with a feeling we would be back. About a month later we took our M1 license course and PASSED!!! So my husband surprised me with getting my own bike (Iron 883). They also had my husbands dream bike Road Glide and just so happens our bikes matched colors!!! Uncle Pepper to Jaime and David to Rad Brad we felt like family! They were straight with us and got us the best deal on our bikes. We are forever loyal customers from here on out. Looking for a bike? Trust this team they will not let you down!
