I loved my experience at this Honda location. Honda World made buying a new car experience the easiest I've ever had. Shaun listened to our needs and we didn't have to do the haggling back and forth. The manager made us a Great Deal on the vehicle we wanted the exact payment we asked for. We're from out of town and I'll be back for another vehicle. Honda World in Westminster, CA is worth the drive.

Staff was professional and very responsive. Were clear in their communication. Kept me updated on status of the repairs. The staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure I received quality services. They made me feel that I received the best services possible. Would definitely bring my car back there for future services.

Our Sales Woman Corina and the Finance Woman Christy we so awesome. They both worked hard for us and In the end we received an upgrade from the base model Civic we were wanting to buy and at lower monthly payments. Every part of our purchase experience was a joy. Everyone was professional, pleasant and a joy. I would recommend Honda World and would by a future vehicle from them.

I wanna say that I had a stress free and fun environment at Honda world on beach blvd and Trask . Angel was a great sales men and very helpful when selecting and explaining the cars individually. And in the finance department Kenny was very friendly, straightforward, and helpful towards us which we liked . Overall I recommend buying your next vehicle there they helped me out a lot .

Kevin and Rodrigo were extremely helpful. You re not only showing me how to put my lower seat back but also educating me on some of the features of my ninth generation Honda Accord. They were very friendly very fast and I would highly recommend the service center here.

Everyone from the salesman to the Finance Manager were extremely helpful and kind. I told them exactly what I wanted, and they helped me find the perfect car to my liking. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, and even matched the price of a Honda CR-V I found at another dealership.

Honda world has given me the best service possible. My service representatives, Cindy and Brandon have gone above and beyond in satisfying this customer. When people say "I would never take my car to the dealership" I laugh in thier face. No one else will ever touch my car.

I took my vehicle into Honda to get serviced for my AC because it was not blowing cold air and the service I experienced during this whole time was some of the worst customer service I have ever had. To make a long story short, there was never a time where my service advisor, Justin, contacted me himself to update me on the status of my vehicle. The only time he called me was to figure out my ETA to get a rental because he failed to realize that the rental company closed at 4 pm and mind you he called me at 3:53 PM. He would keep promising me that he would call me to update me on my vehicle and he never did and each time I called him, it was so convenient that he had just talked to the technician or he was about to reach out. He would say "I will call at 3 or I will call soon" and those times would come and go and I would be the one calling for an update. On the day that I was supposed to pick my vehicle up, it took me 5 separate times to get a hold of him and because he was my service advisor he was the only one that can update me on my vehicle and the other workers answering the phone were very rude and cutting me off mid sentence. I left my phone number so I could get a call back and I never got the call back. The whole situation was beyond frustrating because it became my responsibility to contact Justin to get an update on my vehicle. I've been to other dealerships where they made it a point to reach out to me as soon as they knew an update about my vehicle. Once I get back to Honda to finally pick up my vehicle, I go into my car, and there is a dust handprint on my dashboard and trash left in my backseat after I was told that my vehicle was being cleaned out and in fact, it was not. For how much money I spent to have my vehicle fixed up, you would think that the service advisors would have the courtesy of calling you each time there was an update. After this experience, I don't think I ever see myself coming back to this location nor do I recommend anyone coming to get their vehicle serviced here.

Our experience here was amazing! Silvia was so helpful. She was so attentive from the moment we walked on to the car lot, to the time of our purchase. She was very informative and helpful! Her carisma and way of interacting with us made us feel so comfortable! She understood exactly what we wanted and guided us through!Kristy, the finance girl! She was also so helpful and amazing! I don t think I ve ever purchased a car without sitting there with nerves, thinking is this almost over until we sat with Kristy. We filled out all the paperwork, talked and it just made me feel at ease. Everything went smoothly and didn t even feel like we were there for long!Would recommend Honda World in Westminster to friends & family.

I went to Honda World this past weekend to start a lease on a 2024 Civic Hatchback. My sales consultant was very helpful in walking me through all the different trim levels and helping me figure out what features mattered to me. Everyone I met with throughout the process of finalizing my contracts was very friendly, helpful, and transparent with each step. I've been coming to this specific dealership for all of my Honda leases and I'll likely keep coming back for those same reasons. Thanks for making my car shopping experience easy!

I recently brought my car in for service. Online the appointment said it would cost $89, it somehow ended up being $342, although the technician never explained to me why the jump in price was occurring. The number one reason I had brought my car in was because the battery had died and I had been left stranded. When I made the appointment I asked them to check the battery, and double checked with the technician they would be checking it as it was my number one concern. A few hours later I get my car back and am told it is good to go, the inspection sheet indicates that the battery test was fine and that battery did not need replacing, which did already baffle me a little as it had just died, but I am not the most knowledgable about cars, so I believed them. Cut to a week later and my battery dies again and strands me in the Knott's Berry Farm parking lot, after being told it was good to go. I end up having to give AAA $250 dollars on top of what I'd already shelled out at Honda World to save me and replace my battery.So I call Honda World, because it seems unfair I've just had to do this after giving them a lot of money to make sure my car was all good to go. While the person I talked to was reasonable and kind enough, he told me that there wasn't anything that they could do about it other than offering me an oil change, which, while nice enough does not account for the fact that the department told me the battery was good, and then put me in danger by having me then get stranded with the same supposedly good battery. I understand that practices are what they are, but I feel Honda needs to take some onus for this, especially if they're charging those kind of prices. So now I'm. just out almost $600 on this car, with little better than a "sorry 'bout it"

Online I set up the services I wanted and when I arrived I was asked what I was in for. Do you service perhaps not have that information on file?And of course I was up sold on a whole bunch of services $600 later. I had to come back to get the tire service light turned off which they didn t do initially. Not happy that not only did I have to come back on another day but had to wait Another hour to get something done that they should have done while I was there. When I called that very day noticing that the light was on my service advisor immediately asked if I had driven over and nail putting the responsibility back on me as if it was my fault. Happy to say when they put my car up and checked all the tires there was no leak nor puncture. Which means they did not reset the service light or ensure that it would not go on. Born to be careful not to be sold on a whole bunch of services you might not need especially if it s a lot more than $179 I thought I was going to pay.

I would like to acknowledge the body shop team especially Cesar the manager , I had a lady bump me in September on the freeway and knew right where to go to get it taken care of Honda World you won't be sorry. Cesar and his team took care of everything very efficient! Was back on the road in no time safely. It's like having your own pit crew.....

Not very happy with service, they don't do the good job, my car broke down. But the service Manager Pete Kukiela help out find the manager who can speak Chinese,,he help me out ,so I can trade my car in get the new car. Sales away helpful, I buy the car from them last year ,Finance Manager Kenny Luong still remember me ,his helpful and pretty cool, if you need Finance, he is the right one to help you.If you need a new car David Tuan Tran is the man you need, he is helpful. Thank you for all who help me today, I feel much better.

I am so Happy I chose Honda World. My sales person Sean was so wonderful, he made the entire sales experience so easy. He explained all the features on my 2024 Civic Touring and how to use them. He made sure the car was cleaned, gassed up and ready to go by the time I was done in Finance. All the finance managers were so nice, and Kristi who completed all the documentation was super sweet. She explained the terms of the lease and made the financial information easy to understand. Overall, every person I had interaction with at the dealer was friendly and helpful and so welcoming. This was the best sales experience I have ever had. Thank you Honda World

We were very satisfied with our salesman, Richard Nguyen, and Kristy in Finance. Both were very nice and professional! When we visited the dealership for the first time it started to rain a short time later. Richard came out and gave us two umbrellas so we didn't get soaked. He didn't have to do this but very much appreciated!So far Honda World has met my expectations. I would definitely recommend your dealer to anyone looking for a new Honda.

Honda World is honestly one of the best dealerships I ve been to. They made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle very quick and simple with great customer service! Ed Villa was my sales guy and he listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen! I came in for a service that my truck had covered with the Honda care plan i had purchased when i purchased my Ridgeline. They did a great job changing fluids & oil, but i would recommend adding wheel alignment to the plan as that is key to keeping the tires lasting longer & wearing evenly.

I live in Riverside and drove down to Honda world for my car. You know how dealers tell you they have a car you looking for, then when you get there, that s not the car, so they start trying to interest you in buying something else. Thankfully this dealer didn t do that, it was exactly the car I asked them for, right down to the rims, I was happy because as I said I drove from Riverside to Westminster. The place very nice and clean, the lot had lost of options to choice from on the used and new side, and the guys was great who helped me out. I m very please I made that driver, I came home with the car I wanted at the price I wanted, Thanks everyone at Honda world Westminster, you made my day.

My recent visit to Honda World (on Black Friday) for a new car purchase was riddled with bait and switch tactics. During pricing negotiations, I was very clear that I am a straight shooter and did not want to waste their time or mine so I was only interested in their best and final offer. I gave them a good faith opportunity to earn my business and advised that I am ready to buy if we can both settle on a price. The New Car Sales Director nodded in agreement and offered me a deal that was less than enticing to close me right then and there. Given this, we left to another dealership approximately five miles south. Unsurprisingly, I received a subsequent text message a few minutes after leaving the lot offering me a better OTD price which renewed my interest in moving forward with Honda World. However, when we returned to sign the purchase agreement based on the aforementioned text, the reflected price was NOT what they offered in writing. The assertion that their "number one priority is customer satisfaction" was not what we experienced. IMO proceed with caution if you plan on buying your next car here. Make sure you double check your purchase agreement before putting ink to paper and signing the contract. Lastly, I checked into Yelp for the 2 free AMC Gold Movie Tickets (with a test drive) and did not receive this offer as advertised.
