Made an appointment to bring my car in after my insurance company sent them my claim. After a long wait someone eventually took a look at my car. After waiting a bit more they brought me a contract. The contract had no estimate and required that I leave my car with them. At some point they would give me an estimate after tearing down my car. If I were to choose not to have them do the work after receiving the estimate, I would be required to pay $1000 and wait 14 days to get my car out back together. Of course I didn t sign that contract. There was some minor damage to the bumper and front right fender. Adjusters give estimates on the spot. Every other body shop I ve gone to gives me an estimate for simple body work with out having to tear down the car. I informed the person that was asking me sign that I ve never been asked to sign a repair contract that doesn t have stated repairs or an estimate. She told me that in her 20 years of experience this was the industry norm. This lady was obviously in her mid 30 s. I can tell because I m in my early 40 s. If she s telling the truth that means she s been working auto body since she was a teenager and can t make an estimate for a simple repair. It was a Honda body shop. I brought in a Honda. They need to get people that can make an estimate. Or they have to stop running a scam. Probably both.

Called November 28th, and they told me to come in for estimate the following day. Came in around 2:30, wasn t helped for nearly an hour, then was told some minor denting wasn t fixable, and that I d receive an email in an hour for the estimate and received nothing, even for a cash paying customer. What a joke.

Took our vehicle here since it is where our insurance is contracted with. I do not think you should be taking an American made vehicle to an Asian dealership. Were told 2 weeks and they had our vehicle for over 2 months. When was ready there were parts still missing that were accessories for the tires and still do not have any it has been over a week. This is a minor issue compared to all the other things that is wrong that they did not fix or messed up. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

I went to this body shop for an estimate on damage to my Acura. My experience was top notch from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. Auto repair shops are typically dirty and dusty with lots of car parts and equipment strewn around the work areas. This body shop looked more like a doctor s office than a repair shop. There was not a scrap of trash on the ground, the office was neat and tidy, and I could see out into the area where the vehicles were being repaired by the technicians, which was also clean, well laid out, and free of the scrap parts. As I was waiting for the estimate to be prepared, the technicians and other employees that were coming and going all looked professional, dressed in uniforms and not screwing around, smoking, socializing, or on their phones as one often observes in the workplace nowadays. I was greeted promptly by one of the body shop office clerks, assisted right away by Cesar who treated me respectfully and was thorough and knowledgeable; he explained to me the different options and reviewed the completed written estimate with me in layperson's terms. After this experience there is nowhere else I would want to bring my car for body repairs. Highly recommended!Service: Body & Trim
