Five Star Auto Repair is the best Auto repair shop around. The are honest and and fair. Im gonna recommend to everyone I know. Being female they didn't try and make more work for me to pay. I give them 10 stars if I could.

Don t trust mechanics here if they ask you to replace anythings in your engine. Because they have no responsibility after your paid them.

Been going for long time thought I could trust them but charged me 420 to replace cylinder key lock & program, I said 420 that's a lot, that's cheap he said, I checked elsewhere told me 230/250, Ripped me off, Look elsewhere plus the guy who fixed it very rude. Will report to BBB. This place not like it use to be.

They've got really good prices for oil changes, way cheaper than other nearby body shops in Westminster. I've got a Mini Cooper, and they're the spot for those European rides.

This was my go-to place for over a decade, but the quality dropped since they switched owners/manager. Final straw for me was a recent experience where I brought my car in to get the alignment done and I believe they neglected to do it correctly resulting in my new tires being destroyed in 3 monthsService: TiresService: Tires

It s open on Saturdays till evening, and you can take your car without an appointment. They are very honest and willing to diagnose for free. I have tried more than ten repair shops, but they are the only guys who can keep my old car run without ripping me off. I hesitate to write this because I don t want them to get too busy haha but they deserve good reviews.

A wonderful and trust worthy place to get your car fixed. Our odyssey 2003 car key would not go into the lock and would stuck half way. I tried to reinsert the key for about 40 mins the previous day's just to get it started to be able to get home. The next day, the key would gets stuck half way in the lock again.We called the Five Star Auto Repair phone number.The owner was quite nice, and he was willing to drove to our place to help us get started since we were close by. then help us fix it within the same day.This place deserves my FIVE STARS *****

Was sent by Christopher from Hi Auto Sales next door to this mechanic shop due to bad purchased of a used vehicle at Hi Auto Sales and they never fixed the problem took a week to get it back when they keep saying it will be ready next day. Keep going everyday and they keep saying we are waiting on parts at the end they just used all my gas said the problem was clogged ac condenser drain hose and I still have problems with shaky rotors and brakes and ac is still clogged.

I have been comming here on and off and always find their service and labor price very reaonable,very nice and friendly staff,and vet honest ,if they cannot fix they will tell you straight up.

They take forever to order a mirror. It s been 3 weeks I ve been driving without a mirror and every time I call they say they will order. They don t care about the safety of their customers. Bad, terrible management
