I had a great experience buying my motor home here! Both Kevin and Kirk were awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set for our big adventure! These guys are golden! Straight shooters! Very dog friendly! A+ in my book!

I cannot say enough about how awesome our experience was with DDRV. This establishment and their crew are a class act. Very professional, courteous, empathetic, a full 110% where customer satisfaction and service are concerned. From the initial encounter with Jim, or salesman to Jose in Finance, Jose the RV tech that did our walk through with us and last but not least Kyle the RV Tech the experience was nothing short of memorable, actionable, thoughtful, and excellent. By the way, LISTEN to Kyle - no pressure up sales but rather common sense recommendations that you will find are valuable and will be glad to have taken his advice when you venture out your first time. As a matter of reference we drove 2 + hours to see the RV we ended up buying. From the beginning the experience could not have been easier. Our salesman, Kevin Beck was a pleasure to deal with. He showed us all the ins and outs of the RV we came to look at. Agreeing on a price happened on the 1st try. Finance was very easy and we were never pressured to buy anything. Everything was easily explained and when we passed we moved on. The delivery was equally impressive. Everything on the outside and inside of the RV was explained clearly in a manner that was easy to understand. We also dealt with service and parts and have nothing but good things to say there too. In conclusion, if DDRV has what you're looking for it is definitely worth the time to visit!

Overall best buying experience ever. From beginning to end every staff member gave us superior customer service and personalized attention. Recommend Dennis Dillon RV to all. Kevin Beck and Jose Torres went above and beyond our expectations. Kevin guided us to the perfect RV. Without Kevin we would not have our dream RV. Justin gave us a great orientation and knew every fine detail of every component and option. After a whole year of waiting to purchase an RV, it was worth it at Dennis RV. Last year in 2022, my boyfriend and I, went to Giant RV and they bait and switched us, they initially said we were approved and then rescinded their approval after we refused to put more of a down payment when they initially said 20% down. We waited for a year to increase our credit and save for a higher down payment. The finance manager, Joseph, made it their prerogative to get us approved! The sales person, Michael Luna, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about trailers. Michael did not pressure us into buying an RV. Dennis RV was able to negotiate with us with no gimmicks. Me and my boyfriend were approved for our first RV within 2-3 hrs on a Saturday! I highly recommend going to Dennis RV their prices are fair and usually 5k lower than other competitorst like Giant RV. I wished we would've went here last year! Thank you for making our dreams come true!

Update 4/15/24After a phone conversation with DDRV, they took care of the situation and sent us a power cord. It was a good conversation with the manager, and it's a situation that will be used as a training opportunity. Thank you, DDRV!We recently purchased a Class B from DDRV in Westminster. Justin did a great job walking us through the unit and explaining how things worked. It was well detailed and ready to go. This is our first RV, and we have quickly discovered the learning curve is pretty steep. Just need to experience it. During the walk through, Justin also mentioned that the shore power cord attached to the unit would also go with it. When we were picked up the next day and on the road, I asked about the cord and if it had been thrown in. Our driver didn't know if it had been or not, but we were on the road and honestly too far away to simply turn around and pick it up if it wasn't, so we kept going. When we reached AZ, we called and emailed DDRV about the cord. The call went to voicemail, no return/response. The email received zero response. I followed up the email with another one a few days later, and have heard nothing. We just want the cord shipped to us.The customer service was excellent up to the point of sale. Updates via phone calls and clarification emails kept us in the loop. We paid for the unit up front, in cash. I'm sure they made a pile of money on us. Once the point of sale took place, I can't say we are all that impressed. Lack of responsiveness is unacceptable on their end. Again, we just want the cord. Instead, we have an empty cord box.

Realistic review This review it meant to share my experience not to bash on the business.I bought my brand new coach sight unseen from their sister store in ID. The manager was accommodating and worked with me on the price and transportation arrangements. I did communicate with one of his sales representatives about the coach but felt a little threatened about how if I decided to buy my coach from another they would not perform any warranty work even though they carry the brand.When I finally came to pick up the coach (3 hour drive each way) I did my walk through which I found a couple fit and finish issues I wanted to have fixed which took about 2 hours to complete while I did my paperwork. The finance manager messed up my paperwork which had to me completely redone. Thankfully I caught the errors or I would have paid $50k too much and would have needed to correct all the DMV paperwork.On my way home with the coach I noticed the windshield had 6 small star cracks I wasn t able to see because of the angle the coach was parked when I did the walk through. I contacted the manager during the drive which he responded and said he would have someone from service contact me. Over the course of the next 4 weeks I contacted the manager and the staff to get the issue resolved but they never responded. Finally when I threatened to write a bad review they finally called me back and said the would split the cost. I told them I couldn t wait anymore and had my insurance company fill the stars. They said they would cove the bill. At this point I didn t care. I covered the entire thing myself.Fast forward to recently I took the coach in for service which the earliest they could schedule me was a month out. I drove the 3 hours dropped off the coach only to have the service advisor tell me all my concerns were user error and I m wrong. He then proceeded to tell me each concern (4 of them) required a diagnostic estimate of $95 to $195 each and if they couldn t confirm the issue I would be responsible to pay the techs for their time. Mind you my brand new coach is only 3 months old. I told him that I bought a $200,000 coach and have only 1 year to fix EVERY possible issue in that time. They said it doesn t matter if the coach is in warranty or not. Because they need to pay their techs. By the way you MUST understand DDRV will not service your warranty work if you don t buy from them. Buy local please!When I picked up the coach after them having it for 28 days, I walked around it only to find out someone backed it into something and damaged the molding scratched the paint and knocked off one of the lights. The service advisor came out and replaced the light apologized and left I took the day off work and had my son with me so I rushed to try and beat traffic.I parked the coach and got it ready to leave on our next trip in 2 days. When I went out to the coach to leave I noticed the door I asked them to fix was fine but the screen handle was jacked up. When I went to turn on the battery (another issue I asked to be fixed) the switch wasn t working. When I called them they advised I buy a battery charger and try charging the batteries separately. The advisor also recommended I use the wrong charger until I corrected him. I drove to my campsite super irritated but committed to not letting the experience bug me. When I arrived I when to plug in my coach at the campsite only to find my RV surge protector was now missing. And that s when I started decided to write this review. I would take my coach to be serviced somewhere else if I could, but just know if you didn t buy the coach from that dealership, they don t want to do warranty repairs for you.Good luck!

Hands down best RV dealer in all of Orange County. Jason, was sharp, personable, and knowledgeable. I visited 4 dealerships within a two day span and Dennis Dillon RV made the buying experience seamless. I had limited options when it came to selecting a trailer due to the low weight capacity I could comfortably pull with my vehicle. Jason, listened to my needs and met my urgency (I needed to make a quick purchase while in town). Buying my first trailer and immediately planning on towing on a long haul would normally cause a little anxiety but I was confident the high level of customer service shown to me would continue after the sale was done. It wasn t a surprise (or maybe it was a little) when the Sales Manager, Tomas equally mirrored the professionalism and courtesy of his sales team member Jason. They worked extremely well together and this gave me added confidence I was making the right purchase with the right dealership.Thank you to both Jason & Tomas for going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to hit the open road. As a small business owner myself in the Off-road industry I know when I find the diamond in the rough and Michael Luna is the real MVP here! Great customer experience showing us the pros and cons of the different products DDRV had. Really gracious for the time he spent with us especially with our kids. Not pushy and was extremely helpful! We ended up leaving that day with our new trailer!

In my experience, DDRV needs improvement in their customer follow-up, but, in the end, I was pleased and love my Class B. A few things to know. You need to really look over your RV before purchasing. New does not mean in perfect condition. Check water pipes under sinks, moulding, cushions, etc. Also, make sure you have all your keys for the various locks on your RV and that they work. Be sure and get a knowledgeable Service person to go over your RV with you. My first walk thru was not good. I had a second walk thru with Justin. Justin is a fantastic service guy who knows what he is talking about. He is patient, kind, and thorough. I would also recommend David N. for a sales person. He is friendly, helpful and will answer all your questions or find the answer if he can t. Ken in the big office is also a good person to deal with if there are issues. After having to make lots of phone calls and dealing with some issues with other employees, these guys I mentioned above really came through for me.

They were definitely extremely helpful and had answers to all of my questions. Most importantly, no other dealer compared to their prices! NONE!!! I had shopped around a for a few months and the deal I got on my RV was something I wouldn t have gotten anywhere else. They had so many varieties and styles, I gave them a description of what I was looking for and they did not disappoint. You will not regret purchasing from Dennis Dillon. I can assure that. Thank you to Scotty who was our sales rep. He was incredible, patient, and very friendly!

The whole process went smoothly. Chris was very patient and really listened to what we were looking for. Then Scott took over and showed us around some more. We reached out the next day and put a deposit on the travel trailer, financing was easy. We made an appointment to pick it up the following Saturday but was around 40 minutes late for our appointment due to weather . Jacob did the walk through and did a good job. We signed the loan docs and Jose did a good job. By that time it was after 5 and they asked Kyle to stay open so we could spend our 40 dollar gift card. He was awesome! I think we finally finished around 6pm and were pretty tired and the only person left was Scott and the security guard. My husband asked Scott if we just hook it up ourselves and he said yes . So we went out and hooked it up, pulled it forward so we weren t standing in the ditch that was right under the tongue and had water flowing through it, hooked it up ourselves and drove out. The security guard said bye and that was it. It was dark and rainy and we had to use our phones to see. It would have been nice to have someone to help us. We didn t get to our destination until midnight so we were beat. Then the first time we used the pocket door to the restroom it fell off the wall. We didn t even bother to let you know because we were told it s as is but that was disappointing. We watched several videos saying as soon as you sign the papers at any RV dealer you are on your own and that s how we felt.

We went in looking for a specific Rv and Kevin gladly showed me what I was looking for and then pointed out an alternative that was a much better value and was a better built RV. Without his knowledge and expertise I would have purchased an inferior coach for the same price. His knowledge and confidence in what he was telling me quickly made me realize his advice was golden. Ultimately I ended up with a much nicer Rv! I have dealt with a lot of Rv salesmen over the years having owned about 6 in the past and by far Kevin is the best I ve experienced. His boss is lucky to have him!!

In November 2023 we took our 2003 Itasca Suncruiser class A motorhome to DDRV for left rear repair of compartment & rear light area; it took a couple of months due to insurance company, the holidays, & our custom paint job that was done in 2010. The job they did was amazing! We then asked them to redo our clear coat on the rest of the motorhome. Because the clear coat wouldn t adhere to the old paint they had to repaint the specialty paint job, then do the clear coat. When all was completed 2 months later, you couldn t tell where the old paint ended & the new paint began & yes, it was worth the wait! It was a reasonable price too! The service staff are pleasant & very helpful. We highly recommend DDRV for your RV repair needs.

I saw an ad at Dennis Dylan RV on Facebook posted by Michael (sales) for a 2024 Revel for $140k. I feel I had done sufficient analysis that I said I would take it and paid cash.� I was interested in an extended warranty and feel I am well-versed in contracts. However, Joseph (Finance) had a hard time explaining the coverage. We had an agreement for $4200 to have coverage on van and buildout expanded to 5 yr/ 100k miles. He prints out paperwork and it says 50k miles, He tried to explain that had nothing to do with what we discussed. I told him I really had no idea what he was trying to explain and it didn t align with our conversation. He changed to reflect 100k miles, but still not sure what coverage I really have. Second, I am a MT resident so need to have van delivered out of state. The van was not cleaned and had piss and toilet paper in toilet, dirt smudges on most counter surfaces, but big thing is that cruise control didn t work. The screen states this and driver drove over 3 hours with message saying it was inoperable. Lastly, Joseph committed to me having all paperwork sent overnight to MT DMV on Monday (3/18) so they should have no later than 3/20. I go to DMV on 3/21 and there is no paperwork. I spent $1200 to fly to have registered and was unable to do. Turns out paperwork was never sent. I now will be canceling extended warranty as I trust nothing he said as every commitment from him has turned out to be a lie. I have a van that doesn t work as advertised and answer is to take to MB. Michael tells me to take to Mercedes. I wonder at what $$$ amount customer service comes into play?!?PAY MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Jason was our salesperson, Joseph got us financing and explained the warranties, Kyle gave us the run down on needed supplies, and Justin helped with our orientation. All were excellent and we highly recommend. This was our first time buying a new trailer and they made the experience a breeze.

My husband and I recently purchased our first travel trailer from DDRV. Michael (Mike) was our sales rep and he was so awesome from the beginning. We came with three kids and he was so accommodating! They loved the golf cart ride, checking out every single trailer and the snacks! Mike showed us a few trailers with the bunkhouse layout we were looking for. He was patient while we took our time to scope everything out. We were amazed at how quick we were in and out of there! Unlike a vehicle purchase, it was very speedy! We scheduled a day to come back and pick up the trailer while they did their inspection and recommended a few repairs/maintenance items. After we brought the trailer home, we had a couple questions and Mike was prompt in answering them for us. All in all, we'd highly recommend DDRV and Mike Luna!

We got so lucky when we pulled up and Kevin A greeted us! He listened to what we wanted and took us directly to the trailer of my dreams! This experience was awesome, Kevin was not only friendly, he was professional and very knowledgeable making great suggestions for us to ensure we had what we wanted and needed. Sebastian was also patient and informative, Lisa in the parts/shop is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of parts and install. Overall, a FIVE+ STAR experience!

Worked with Neil to replace a well worn awning. During his initial assessment, he suggested some things that needed some preventative maintenance. I told him my budget and we identified the must fix items . They ordered the pets and had it installed despite a record atmospheric river/storm of the century. Tax, of course, put me slightly over budget. I could not be happier with the finished product, with their service, and with their communication. I ll be going back for my annual services. Joe at Dennis Dillon RV, was amazing.I am just starting out my journey into RV ownership. I needed to understand the different rigs that would work for my lifestyle. Joe gave me perspective and information without pushing anything down my throat. It was an amazing experience, gave me some tips on how to narrow my selection down because there really is just a little bit of everything out there.I plan on doing some further investigating online and perhaps renting something that I m interested in and when I m prepared to buy I will be right back at Dennis Dillon to spend some time and money with you.Thanks Joe you re the best.!!
