I just bought one of my dream cars from Beach Cities Toyota! I drove 2+ hours to shop there and could not be happier with the vehicle and the service I received! In, particular, Ed and Samuel - the two salespeople that helped me - were really friendly, easygoing, and completely transparent; never did I feel pressured or manipulated. Even the finance manager Yonny who did all the paperwork made that whole process smooth, pressure-free and quick. These are stand-up guys who like what they do, and it shows!

Don't buy a used vehicle hear unless you're up for fraud in the financing department. We're all supposed to read our contracts, and it slipped by me. The deal changed a few times and I missed it. My fault, but on their side, they knew exactly what they were doing! If you're looking for transparency and an honest, ethical dealer, go elsewhere!

Worst Toyota dealership ever! I would give zero star if I can! I went there twice trying to buy out my lease and they told me I need to pay an additional $2,000 for the Acquisition Fees which is total nonsense. $2,000 just for checking to make sure the car is safe??? Ridiculous. Also, they kept threatening me that I might not be able to purchase my car at the end of my lease and tried to get me to purchase more stuffs from them. I understand they need to make money but ripping their customers off is not an acceptable practice. I went to another Toyota dealership nearby and was able to purchase my car with no added fees except for taxes & DMV fees which are mandatory. They also told me it costs money to do a Safety Inspection which the other dealership did it for free! Never going back there ever again!

This dealership is very efficient. You are greeted and taken care of immediately. My rep Joseph is skilled, polite, and informative. The worst customer service experience, I ve ever experienced anywhere, ever. We were about to buy a Toyota Tacoma, 2024 4x4 sr5 addition or one of the used ones on the lot. I am a serious buyer and asked Edward one of the sales reps to give me some of the numbers on the vehicle and the price. I have tier 1 credit with a 800+ credit score and I let Edward know that this is what I wanted the price to be based off of. Edward did not want to give us any numbers at all, and wanted us to ensure some sort of a commitment before he can even run the prices with us. Extremely rude. Didn t take me serious as a buyer and lost a sale today. I just wanna point out that Edward will be reported to Toyota corporate office for the absolute disrespect in customer service, and lack of transparency with us. You guys lost a buyer and you guys will be continuing to lose Byers this way. I ll be making sure to let everyone else I know how terrible the customer experience is at this dealership. All thanks to Mr. Edward for being rude and unprofessional. Taking my business to Nissan. Looks like they have better leasing opportunities as well.

My wife was over due for a new vehicle/ upgrade!I was not about to drop + $$$K into her old vehicle that was just about done.I tried other dealerships around the neighborhood but to much $$$ for a new car and SIZE.Found some online and contacted Ed the internet manager about 2 vehicles that I was interested in.As we were getting ready to come over he texted me that 1 of them was being sold! Cash.We got there to try out the other vehicle and some other styles but comfort was my #1 priority!Not only did my wife get the car that I wanted for her but a solid price out the door!In and out, financing with Yonny made it fun to make the time go by.Not once we feel any pressure to buy this or that!If you want TOP TIER people to do business with I recommend BEACH CITIES TOYOTAThank you Team.

This place is awesome. Fixed my alarm super fast and they fixed my tailgate latch for no charge. Tony Romero was very respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this service center. And my truck is a 2005 but no problem getting work done.

Loved the quick service and Dustin explained and communicated with me of how long it would take. They took me right away at 9. My appt wasn t until 11. They were so quick I was out of there by 11 on the dot. I want to see Dustin every time I go in for service.

Took my truck in for an oil change and checkup. Quick and friendly service. The pricing was straight forward and they didn t try to upsell sell me things I didn t need. I really like the dealership. Ryan in the parts department was also very helpful on some parts I asked about and questions I had about my roof racks. I didn t get the name of the guy who checked me in and took care of me but he was great too. Beach City Toyota is a great place to take your car if you need it serviced.

Joseph treated me quite well when performing service. He explained the various aspects of the servicing well, and I did not feel like he was trying to oversell me on services. In addition, I've done price checks for getting maintenance and other services from elsewhere, and Beach Cities is usually the cheapest, or close to the cheapest.

Did not have a good experience. I bought a Prius several years back at Elmore Toyota. Since I was a repeat customer I thought I could find a good deal. The sales person made it very obvious from the start that there was zero chance of any type of negotiation. He made it seem that just because it was a Internet advertise price that there was absolutely nothing they could do to encourage me to buy. The rep went back to talk to the sales manager who told him that there was zero negotiation on anything. We then drove down the street to Huntington Beach Toyota, and had the opposite experience. Came out with a newer car at a reasonable price point and a team that was much more willing to negotiate.

Not pleased. The sales person told me I had a bent rim and a nail in my tire. Tried to sell me a rim and tires. Showed me pictures. It wasn't my rim nor even the tires on my car.When I told him this he backtracked with excuses saying it was the mechanic's fault cause he only worked on one of his cars that day. Later he called me back and said he'd give me a free 10,000 mile + cabin filter. I said I wanted that in writing cause we were on the phone. He said I'd have it in 15 minutes. Got NO response.

They lied about the alarm. The advertised price, which brought us in to see the car, did not include the price of the alarm. I asked multiple times if the alarm was already installed on the vehicle and the salesman told me that it was. Because of that, I didn't think it could be removed and we agreed to purchase it. When we asked about how it worked, we were told that a tech would have to "activate it", again, as if the hardware was already installed on the vehicle. The KARR customer service rep also only used "activate" and not install.So, today, the KARR tech is out here and he shows me the hardware he's installing..They lied in order to get us to pay 1) full price for the car and 2) a discounted price for the alarm.Typical used car salesman? Sure.

Had a horrible experience here. DO NOT COME HERE. The workers are either not knowledgeable or trying to scam you.I got quoted by Stephen for $150 to install a spoiler on a corolla hatchback.I brought the parts there and everything. He confirmed it would be $150.He told me it would take 5 hours to install it. I left my car there and drove all the way home, and he said he made mistake and it would be $600 since he did not know it would need to be drilled.How would you not know that? So you're saying it would take you 5 hours to install some 3m tape on it?I asked him if he could go lower, and he said he could do it for $500. If you are making a mistake, why would you not give me the lowest possible price instead of trying to price gouge me for another $100?He did not apologize at all once I came back to pick up the car. Literally just said, "go in my office, there's a guy that will help you get your car".I ended up going to another dealer to get it done for a lot cheaper. Ridiculous.

On 1/2/24. My Mom Toyota Corolla 2021 have check engine light on due to misfires. We came to Beach Toyota and talked to Joseph, the advisor. He was a very nice guy. He checked the record and told us that the car is still under warranty, however, the car need to be diagnosed to see if the problem would be cover under warranty and my mom have to approve $195.00 first for the diagnostic. My mom approved and she was afraid that she would have to pay for the repair if the problem wouldn't be under warranty. The next day Joseph called us and said the problem should be cover under warranty and would take a few days to fix it and he told us the warranty would be cover for renting a car if my mom want that...Yesterday, my mom picked up the car and she was very happy because everything was cover under warranty and she didn't have to pay any thing. Thank you Joseph, the advisor. He was very kind and honest. We will recommend my friends and relatives come to Beach Toyota for services.

I was in the market for a new Toyota RAV 4 and was very fortunate to come across Elmore Toyota and got the pleasure to work with Manny Zecena and Pablo. Manny is extremely welcoming, friendly and honest. Given the current car industry and the current market conditions, he explained every step of purchasing a RAV 4 and why certain delays are currently happening. He definitely make sure his customers are happy and sure of their purchase. He is readily available at all times if I have any questions. Such a shady dealership do not buy here. I called yesterday about a Supra I saw they had available. The salesman picked up and said it was going for 61k. Told him to lock me in. I call today and the internet sales manager named Ed picks up and says he spoke to his GM and it was going 20k over MSRP. He proceeded to say I couldn t afford it which is just a sleazy salesman tactic to bait me into buying it to show him up. Honesty really disappointed on how both Ed and the GM proceeded with it. They proceeded to flaunt how the Corolla s are selling over msrp at this dealership as well. Don t recommend them since all they did was put a false price online then when I called they said it was 20k over. Which is crazy because the salesman last night was very nice and professional. Said it was 61k. Price gouging is insane.

I recently used the Kelley Blue Book trade in program to obtain a fair valuation for a Dodge Ram pickup truck I needed to sell to make space in my garage / driveway for a restoration project on a 1964.5 Ford Mustang that was finally complete. I had been to a shady dealer earlier in the day and did not have hope when my son and I arrived at Elmore Toyota. Catherine (Cathy) Kien was incredibly forthright and honest with us about the inspection they d put the vehicle under and the time it would take. While we waited out the process we had wonderful conversations with several other employees and were offered drinks and other amenities that made the time relaxing. The offer we were provided was quite fair and negotiations were pleasant. I would recommend Cathy and Elmore Toyota to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle or selling an old one like me.
