This store is extraordinary. RUDY (Manager) & FREDDY always provide World Class Customer Service. These 2 hard working employees take great pride in helping customers. They make a difference. If you need auto parts ask for RUDY & FREDDY. They will help you.

Had some car problems, got there and I had the very best service, The manager and two other employees were very helpful, I was given alternatives which were great.Definitely great people working there, upper management keep these three employees that work on the evening.

apparently you are not allowed to return a purchase the following morning if it's Sunday. refused to return brake pads I ended up not needing. and refuse to give refund for "not enough money in register" I'm not exactly sure how that's my problem but you have lost a customer and I will never shop there again. I would always recommend O'Reilly's at least people there know what they're talking about and are helpful.

Love Autozone! This is the 2nd time they have helped me. First it was Pedro with the battery I bought from them and needing it to be replaced. Then today Pedro again opens my car key fob replaces the battery for me and I'm off and running again!! Thank you autozone and Pedro for going over and beyond! You guys rock!!

Stopped for an emergency in the last storm and sold me windshield wipers that had a $15 reward for purchasing, but wipers were 34.99 each. The only thing is that your employee forgot to ask for my rewards #. I had to remind him, so he typed my number in, and I told him my name. A few days later, it still has not shown up in my account, and I lost the paper receipt, so I can only return them for store credit... I remember why I stopped shopping Autozone and only go to O'Reilly's.

This is my favorite AutoZone due to the extraordinary customer service provided by FREDDY MENDEZ. WOW is Freddy special.Freddy takes great pride in serving customers. I really needed help because my brake light was burned out. Freddy solved the problem. He is professional, hard working, patient & kind.The store is so clean it sparkles. We have been having problems since the first day since we opened this shop and my boss isn t the only one who ve seen that my boss is willing to talk to whoever is in charge of that store because a driver from this store hit my bosses car and wants to have this issue solved asap

One of the better stores in the area. Small, but they had what I needed for my 06 corvette z06. Dealership said back ordered. Autozone had the parts in stock. Availability is important. Eight remanufactured/refurbished fuel injectors, one fuel pump, one fuel pump relay and my z06 screams at 7,000 rpm once again. Screw Chevrolet for not having parts. Great job Autozone!

This store has been a headache since day one that I opened my they charged me parts that I never bought they crashed my car they're always late with my parts in the overcharged me I've been waiting for their department to get ahold of me and if you don't I'm going to go straight to someone else that will make this right and it's already been quiet enough time where they should take care of my car that they hit and I must still keep complaining until they make it right

They we're very helpful. They loaned me jumper cables and told me how i would replace the alternator if i was going to try diy. I was also given printouts with thorough explanations, so i knew what i was going to be looking for when i started.Thanks AutoZone Westminster!!!

Horrible customer service. I took in an 11 month old (11/17) defective Duralast Gold battery (would not hold charge) they refused to provide a solution whether it be an exchange or partial refund since it didn't come up under my phone number for the warranty. The only solution both gray and red shirt wearing staff were offering is for me to buy a new one at full price and they would take their 11 month old defective battery as a core. This is very upsetting and frustrating. I will never purchase a battery from AutoZone ever again. I went to Costco which i learned provides superior batteries at a fraction of the cost with excellent warrenty and prorated refund if there is an issue with the battery.

Hit or miss at auto zones. Lately it's been miss. Third time I've been burned by ordering a part online. Switched stores to one that has my part in stock. It really wasn't. The inventory never gets updated. They F_'* you in the drive thru. Waste of my entire day. Call the store and confirm. Can't trust the app or website.

I stop trusting those guys. They all smile and say they care about you and value you as a customer. But the minute they think your problem is not theirs, they walk away from you.I had a corroded battery connection. Staffs refused to involve in replacing the battery. I was in their parking lot for 2 hours trying to work things out, with only the 10mm wrench in hand. 3 of the staffs walked by and pretended I didn't exist. I talked with all of them earlier and the day before, when they said they would take care of the battery issue. Finally another customer came, asked me what was wrong, lent me their tool and even their hand to help me replace my old battery.The business did not realize customers in close proximity like me is their most sustainable customers. I choose them instead of Costco because I want them to keep operate in my neighborhood. They don't deserve my business. There are 2 other auto shops in the area.If I were you, next time they say they value you and want to take care of you, give them half of the trust and have plan B ready.

The day after Thanksgiving 2022, Store Manager Rudy and his crew went beyond the call of duty by helping me get through a waterpump problem that had already stalled me for three hours. With his expertise and the strength of his crew we were able to correct the on going problem allowing me to finish my project on the same day. I was visiting from San Antonio and I gotta say they are the nicest crew I've ever met at an Autozone store. My sincerest 'thanks' to all of you. You guys are the best.

The person that helped me that day was great! Unfortunately I forget his name, BUT I do know he was the manager. Being the manager he was very knowledgeable in his products. I had gotten a nice surprise as well while asking for parts! He had said that with the rotors I was buying that I can get 20% or so off the brakes that I was buying as well, I got there expecting to pay $200+, but only ended up paying 185 because for the brakes I had gotten $22 off! It was awesome!

There was A new guy older employee first day last night so it took him a bit to get the hang of what he was trying to do but 15 mins later I asked another employee to kinda help out with the battery so he taught him a few things left battery picked it up nex afternoon good help

I've been an AutoZone client for many years and have always been treated honestly and with respect...I specially want to extend a special thank to "Monica and Rudy" because they have both gone way beyond their calls of duty by always helping my family and I with our car problems...There isn't enough words to describe how thankful my family and I are for all their help and I would hope that Corporate Office will reward them for being so helpful to us and to all their AutoZone customers...Keep up the great work guys

Terrible customer service from John. Came in 1/2 @ 5:30pm to process an online return for a mispackaged product. John refused to processed my return and told me to come back in the morning. When I asked why, they told me they drop cash in the safe at a certain time (completely irrelevant) when my product was paid by credit card.It appears they don t take care if their customers here and will not provide post sale service. Avoid this store or go across the street to O reilly s.

It was refreshing they had the hoses I needed as their website indicated. (I visited another location & the items I needed were out of stock when their website indicated they were in stock)Prompt & courteous counter help as well.

We checked online if the part we needed was at this store before heading over.It wasn't readily available on the floor so a sales associate helped us and was super friendly and professional. We were in and out with the right part for less that $40 for two (online it was more expensive) and our car is working like new again.Super clean, fast service, and we'll shop here again when we need something in the future!

I had a problem with a different auto zone location selling me the wrong part and they didn't want to do anything about it to fix their mistake and were being rude. So I come to this one instead and they changed it for me with no problem. I know most auto zones employees don't know much about cars and depend on the computer to answer their customers questions, which is fine. It would be a lot more better if the employees did know more about cars.

Some employees and customers aren't wearing masks, and there's no social distancing being encouraged here. Ill be making future auto parts purchases online. UPDATE Oct. 29, there is still an employee walking around the store, helping customers, without a mask. I feel sorry for his coworkers.
