I felt like I had my own special pit crew at this location. They had the tires I needed they took care of it. A shout out to all the guys that worked on my vehicle Lamar, Devin and David the manager for taking care of me to include my military discount. Much appreciated definitely teamwork here!

Hands down this is the place to shop for tires. I really appreciate the staff here.David was able to get the tires I wanted and have them installed the same day on a Sunday at that . Great service techs got my tires mounted and balanced in no time I was able to test the new tread out in the rain. If you want something to last you gotta do it right. David explained the importance of proper tire care balance rotation etc. Which was included with the purchase and install. Something I rarely thought about in the past and when I did rotations I would go to local shops and pay around 30 dollars for a rotation no need for that extra expense really adds up over the life of your tires.-Open Sundays-Mechanic services, brakes, alignment and more-professional-Great selection of high quality and budget and friendly tires.-Same day service

Allen Tire in Fullerton, Ca was excellent. The manager and team members were Professional, courteous, they corrected issues from another Allen Tire in Garden Grove.I would recommend Allen Tires in Fullerton! They take pride in their work and are an asset to Allen Tire.

They are really great with customer service and friendliness. I just recommend leaving a towel on your seats or placing seat covers on them as my leather was scratched and it s white now. I just got the car not too long ago so it made me a little sad. I m sure if it s from a knee pad or something in the pocket but just a good precaution to take. I don t know if they can reimburse me for damage or repair it themselves.

Had a flat tire and made it to the center very close to closing. The manager was extremely helpful in finding resolution for us despite that they were already super busy and running past closing time. We got the flat taken down and a spare mounted in a matter of minutes. The assistance was a life saver especially as it was nearing darkness already.

I called to ask for their availability to which they answered that was no wait time. Although the gentleman inside was respectful I do not appreciate dishonestly. When I arrived there were 4 customers ahead of me and more arriving. I called at 2:12pm and arrived at 2:20pm. Before my vehicle was placed in the bay at 3:15pm I was not informed about the test drive. So it came to a surprise to me when someone took my car and left the store with it. Once they were done with the tire alignment at 3:46 they took my car for another spin around the block. I came for a tire alignment which took only half an hour. I left the store at 4:10. The service was exceptional. I would like to be informed with what happends when the conduct a tire alignment before hand so it doesn t feel like someone just took my car for a joy ride. I was satisfied with the service and information about my vehicles alignment they provided however I will not be coming back due to the lack of integrity and inadequate information provided.

bunch of time wasters! why make an appointment if you're still going to make the client wait 35 min past their set time. No one even talked to me or followed up on me to advise me when my car was up next! I called the day before to set up the appointment because I was planning to bring my car in at 5:30 but was told i needed to bring it sooner because they would need more than 30min to perform the service. makes no sense to set an appointment up at 5pm only to get helped out at 5:35pm and told that they can do my alignment in 30 mins. so i took it 1 mile away to another shop for only $80 compared to $149.99 and it took them 25 mins to do it.

So much better than a Costco experience at similar pricing. I've been getting my tires from ALLEN since I bought my first set in 1979 over 40 years ago. They have never disappointed me!

I think one of the hardest things for those of us of the mechanically disinclined class to find is good, honest workmen. I have an excellent auto mechanic, who recommended Allen Tire in Westminster over a decade ago. I have had nothing but fast, reasonable service ever since. Case in point: The last time I needed tires, I went to my favorite "big box" store. They recommended a highly advertised, highly rated famous brand tire, and said they were the only tires they would recommend for me. Even with the "fourth tire free", the total came to about $600 for 4. The manager at Allen told me I didn't that ultimate quality of tire on my 3-year-old compact and, at his suggestion, I bought 2 excellent 40,000 mile tires (rather than the 60,000 mile tires carried by the "big box" store) at just slightly over half the price! To me, the best workman is someone who will tell you you don't need the most expensive product or service when, in fact, you don't!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Allen Tire is. Everyone is professional and kind. They have taken good care of me for many years! Whenever I have a issue with my tires, brakes, etc. they are very thorough.

My son recommended this place to me when I moved into the area. I think most of our family brings their vehicles here. As a senior citizen it s important for me to know that my vehicle will be taken care of by people I can trust. Thanks to all the crew at this particular Allen Tire for making my life a little easier.

I went into Allen Tire and before I even got out of the car, there was a representative there to greet me. Told him what I needed and he actually recommended the tire I researched. He said it would take about an hour, but he was wrong. It only took 15 minutes. Great service and price. Can't ask for anything more.

I inquired online regarding a suspension repair and Fred Allen responded within minutes on Labor Day to boot. He stated that Andrew would follow up the following morning. Sure enough the next morning Andrew sent an estimate after talking to his chief mechanic and I stopped by and made an appt. They completed the repair today and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.I highly recommend Allen Tire in Mission Viejo to anyone looking for tires and quality automobile service with an honest and reputable establishment.Thank you!

First, Vince the Manager is honest and works hard for your business. We are return customers along with extended family members. All their services we have had done have been exceptional.Once again, in for our rotation and balancing, very quick, excellent service. I thought having Vince in charge was great, but it is not only him but his assistant and entire staff.Pastor Sam

Made an RSVP online on 7 June for 12 June @ 1000 hrs. For a wheel alignment and two tires. Was told the tires were not in stock and had to be ordered, I showed them my orders and confirmation sheet, MGR blamed the website. For a service center that depends on customer retention, no remediation was offered, no apology, no offer to get tires in asap. I asked for the customer service number and MGR pointed behind him and stated its over there

Went there without an appt on a busy saturday morning, which is peak time for tire shoppers. They had me back on the road within 2 hours, with 4 new high quality, name brand tires, at a very good price. The service manager was friendly, and made me feel like I was his only customer. This is a great place for tires!

I have been an Allen Tire customer since I was in my late teens, with my first car and I am now a mom of a college student -so I have been a customer for MANY years. They have always been kind, friendly and fair. They are honest and affordable. I know I can always rely on them to help me fix or replace a tire. They have the best prices and customer service.

I love Allen Tire Company, they have been a tremendous help to me in everything I need for my car. I totally trust this company and I can go to them for any problem I have with my car. They will also refer out to other companies if there is a problem too big for them to handle. Keep up the good work Allen Tire Company, I am a truly satisfied customer of yours for life.

Incredibly satisfying first visit today to Allen Tire Company. Monday morning, just hours away from a road trip to the mountains when I hear a strange sound coming from the front right side of my car. Sure enough, upon returning home I notice a large bolt and washer firmly pierced in the passenger front tire. With no time to spare, I rushed to a local, independent tire repair shop in Redondo Beach, and lo and behold, they were closed. Quickly pulled up Yelp and noticed Allen Tire in Hawthorne Blvd. I hightailed it over there and within two minutes of pulling in, manager Rene approached me and asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he said not to worry, they would take good care of me. Within ten minutes, my car was in the bay and hoisted up on the jack. The guys worked quickly to remove my tire and wheel, plug the hole in the tire and have it back on the wheel and reinstalled on the car in 15 minutes. I can't speak highly enough of Rene and his team at Allen Tire Co. and how I will be using them exclusively for all of my wheel and tire needs in the future. Thank you for an incredibly productive and efficient visit, team - you saved our family staycation!

I swear by Allen Tire, specifically the Westminster location, because of Vince Tucker. I needed a set of tire for my 2010 Audi A6 in a hurry and Vince was ready to support. We handled the transaction over the phone and he made solid, cost conscious recommendations to get me back on the road. I received my tires two days after our conversation, talk about swift service!! I trust Vince with all my tire needs.I whole-heartedly recommend Allen Tire. The Westminster location is clean, professional and located in a very nice part of town. Go there, you won t be disappointed!
