Went out of his way to get us back on the road in a timely fashion. Kind, experienced and trustworthy. Communicated consistently throughout the entire process- from roadside call for help, the towing transfer to his shop, parts procurement and ultimately, a successful repair. I had an excellent experience with GN Truck & RV Trailer Repair. He is super friendly and an amazing mechanic. He repaired my truck with so much patience. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit him for the maintenance of their trucks.

Gn Trucking Rv repais is excellent, they worked on my rv with a crack frame on September 4th 2023 Monday on Labor Day. They repaired and did a great job and we continued on our camping trip and back on the road.Thank GN Trucking

Spoke with company about PM s and other repairs. Said they would come in the morning. Never showed up. I called him and he said he was busy , even though we confirmed everything the night before. He had a I do not care attitude! DONT USE!!

Be weary!!! Notice that all 5 star reviews for this business are from their own family members- same last name.If you are in a bind, this company will absolutely help. Same day help in fact. But you will definitely PAY a steep price for it.Professionalism and customer service is an area of opportunity. Our biggest complaint was our outrageous invoice presented at the end of the service. We had an issue with our trailer and needed $200-250 part replaced. My husband identified the issue and pulled apart the area that needed repair so he didn t have to diagnose or spend time searching. Avatar charged us $1000 in labor for what should have been a 1 hour job (yet took him 3). He had us in a tight spot, was not upfront with cost and completely took advantage of us.Writing this review to spare others from the same experience.

Avtar was on time and efficient in repairing our travel trailers broken wheel bearing, brakes, and turn signal. He provided road side service when we broke down at a reasonable price ($150 for road service). He diagnosed the problem but did not have the specific part on hand for our trailer and so said he would meet us back first thing after stopping at the shop the next morning. He arrived on time the next morning and was able to complete the repair on the wheel bearing and breaks within an hour and he added grease to all the other wheel bearings as well. Finally, he fixed our rear turn signal for only $10 more. I would recommend his services if you are stuck on the side of the road or cannot make it to a repair shop.Service: Brakes

this guy is a theaf i had a truck broke down there in Westley he over charge for the parts he change one hose and charge for 2 charge labor and on top rode service at the end when we pay him he over charge my card. he never gave the price to the driver on how much was going to be till the end, plus on the use part, he charged me as a new part. If anyone knows where to report this type of people please let me know.

Discuss the price with him before he come start your truck otherwise you will get charged double

Our small company truck had a flat tire at 6 a.m. and they were the only company who were able to give us a wait time of an hour for a mechanic to come do a repair. But with commute traffic, an hour turned into more like three hours and the repairman showed up with the wrong tire insisting that he was told we had a trailer (??? He was given the make and model of our box truck plus sent numerous pictures of the flat tire), which he repeated numerous times throughout the repair. Then he had to leave to get gas. Then he had to leave to get the correct tire. So FIVE hours later we were finally able to drive away. I didn t expect anything done right away but after that much waiting on the side of the road, we would ve been better off being towed to a repair shop. And they probably wouldn t have charged us $500 ($450 repairs plus an unmentioned last-minute add of $50 tax...). Two stars only because the repair eventually got done, zero stars for everything else.

Called and spoke to someone regarding services. He told me there will be someone coming. I texted, messages shows that they read the message. No response. I texted that I would be looking elsewhere of they don't come. They messaged back and said someone will come tomorrow. No one came. Don't bother calling this place. They should just go out of business if they don't care.

Website says open 24 hrs, I did called them at 5:15am and the guy told that they open at 9am, he said 9am is coming soon call back.

it is possible give this guy 0 stars he was in the scale in sunol, and I call other company, he lied to my driver because he told us that was him, when the other tire company arrived he was scared and he charged $250 dollars just to put air in my tire, really but guy, never call them
