My experience at Western truck Center was amazing. The customer service rep Jorge Soto was able to help me and guide me through all the purchase of my truck. He has excellent customer service , he is such an amazing person he was able to help me through all the process of purchasing my Kenworth 2020. I did look over the area for the best deal however, western truck Center was the one that offered the best deal. I would definitely return to this dealership for another future purchase and I definitely recommend Western Truck Center, and last but not least thank you Jorge for all of your support, Please ask for Jorge Soto.

Purchased a 2019 used Peterbilt from this dealership. Very fair priced and helped get warranty package add on. Salesman Jorge Soto was very helpful.

The workers were attentive. They got to the diagnostics of the truck quickly. The waiting room was comfortable, the coffee was hot. Trisha is a very nice person and a good specialist

Parts department guy always pick up and say there's 1 person ahead of you, Please hold, and never come back. It has been happening in a row from three days and five different calls. When I confronted him about this on the next call, he talked rudely and hung up.

Had my trucks break down in Sacramento area couple of times. Went to this dealership both times and had a great experience. Most dealers make you wait a day or 2 to even look at the truck but not these guys. They got my trucks in within an hour and had them back on the road the same day. Whoever runs this place deserves a raise.

They sold my brother a truck.they said everything works good and they have changed everything on the vehicle we took it to the mechanic and nothing has been changed. They lied to us and they are rude ....the worst experience ever!

When I visit Western Truck Center I feel like a king. Travis is your go to for any parts that you may need for your rig. Travis is always willing to go above and beyond with a smile , he is the night guy! Western Truck Center is lucky to have a worker as dedicated and hard working as this man. I won t deal with any one else in the parts department. Parts are priced well, front lobby is clean . Don t miss out on outstanding service , go see TRAVIS and tell him Vlad sent you !

Hello, I call them. They answered right away and they said they are going fix as soon as possible because I told them emergency to repair like tramission cooling line. I came they started working on it really quick.

brought my truck for check engine light .very helpful , quick service . service coordinators providing me triage inform in 30 mins , and tech replaced pm sensor under warranty . put my driver back on road on same day .

Worst place!! New truck, under 100k ...they saying warranty doesn't cover my repair... lazy people, not professional!!! Owner or manager of this place you need to pay attention to this!! I have all papers to prove!! They charged me for nothing and then they send bill to Volvo saying that they fixedly truck by the warranty !!!

If I could give I will. Worst experience ever. I was referred to them from another company that I work with. I called them to see if I need appointment . I was told no first come based. Ok so I drop my truck around 9 am went to service depot where a lady greeted me told him what I want them to look into . She told me that the first thing will be that they need to get the estimate prior to any repairs . Ok understood . I asked her few questions on what they will do and any recommendations. Any question I had her answer was I DONT KNOW. I was like what do you know then. But since she was the only only I took a chance and left my truck there. She told me that someone will get back to me by the end of day. No call so I called them around 5pm I talked to another person she told me that the inspection was completed and I should called them tomorrow morning . So I call 7 :15 am next day talked to the same lady from day prior again she has no real answers for me . But handed a bill to me for. Over $1000 I asked her that they were to call me and go over the estimate prior to work she just looked to me . Really unprofessional service with no answers. I was done by that time so I just paid and went to get my truck but then notice some new damages. I went back to the office and she ash me if I took photos or drove the truck closer to the office because she did not want to walk out to the truck. But when the customer comes yea have the customer walk around the lot to locate their vehicle. She finally walked with me to the truck and took photos. I told her that Iam getting late as I had another appointment so asked to call me. As I drove off about 10 minutes later she called me as ask me to bring back the truck so her manager can look at the damages in person. So I did a manager again very unprofessional. Told me straight of the back that he does not see how they can damages one of the area and kinda agree on the other damage. Really he told me that he needs to make few call. I told him to call me . No call till later in day. Very very unprofessional I will never recommend anyone to this company.

I am so impressed with Marcos Torres customer service. The sale on a used truck was as honest as it gets. Not only was the transaction super fast and easy, took the truck within less than an hour from arriving to facility. Already a happy customer things got better as Marcos reached after the purchase was made and made sure I was comfortably happy with the truck. As a small fleet trucking company and having already purchased around 15 used trucks this was by far the best experience!If there were any bonus stars for reviews you will certainly get them all, thanks again! Looking forward to the next purchase!

They did a great job getting my tour bus in there and putting it on their priority list. They did a great job fixing it in a timely manner.They also did a great job of not putting on all the nuts to the bolts that needed to be put on.200 miles out of town the clamp that holds the exhaust collector together came off and also lost a clamp that holds my Turbo hose on.Spend another half a day at a hotel waiting for somebody to come out and correct it.But Teresa in the service department is the best.

Very friendly and respectful. Had my parts in hand in a timely manner. Also, as I was waiting I was offered a hot cup of coffee and a cold beverage. I appreciated how the employees made me feel welcomed and how educated they were with their parts knowledge. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Western Truck Center and especially Mark Livermore for your time and efficiency.

Just want to say Paul is the one of the nicest guy in the service department. Couple of times my truck came into shop and Paul took care of nicely. Just because of his customer service giving 5 stars. Highly recommended. Best regards neeraj.
