I had a subwoofer installed in my car by Logan here. They did very quality work and made the whole installation look clean and sound great.i provided my own equipment and they were accommodating of my requests like installing the base knob where I wanted it. It took about 5 hours for them to finish so not the fastest but they were kinda busy so it was reasonable. If I ever need more sound work I'll likely be coming back here.

I've been to this auto shop three times now, and each visit has been absolutely top-notch! The first time was when my car's audio speaker went rogue on me. The second time, I decided to get my car windows tinted. And most recently, I got a fancy new car system with Apple CarPlay installed.Every single time, the guys here have been super helpful and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Logan - the main guy at the shop. His customer service has been amazing, and he always reaches out to keep you informed and updated on the progress of your car.Honestly, no need to look anywhere else. This place is the real deal. Definitely stop by here for your car needs!

This is my first review for West Coast Audio & Tint in West Sacramento, although it is my fourth experience with their small local business. Nearly 20 years ago I had a new car stereo system installed, and had a truly positive experience with these guys. Their work was professional, well priced, and their customer service was great. Since then, I've had another full stereo system installed (including a GPS), and then later a 360 degree car camera system installed. Same guys, same great experience...Yesterday I called in and spoke with Tony about getting yet another camera system installed, expecting to have to wait a week or so for an appointment, and was lucky enough to get a spot TODAY. I brought in a car video system that I had received for Christmas, and MJ and his awesome tech guys had my sparkling new system installed in less than 2 hours, and then to boot, took the time to get in my car with me and show me how to use the screen controls, which had replaced my rear view mirror.I'll take this opportunity to mention that I'm not a tech oriented girl. I have to ask a lot of questions, and apparently I'm not afraid to look dumb, since every time I've had something new installed, I've needed instructions on how to use it. And every time, they have been generous with their time AND their patience.Don't be afraid to try these guys out. Their expertise is worth every hard earned dollar.Thanks West Coast!KZ

Logan and Ricardo installed new speakers, sub, amp. The quality of work is top notch, well tuned. Really great service as well to make sure you get the best for your car. They are definitely doing great work over there

I researched audio shops for a quality service and trustworthy service for a radio for my harley davidson tri glide I decided to go with this shop it met my expectations I delivered the bike Monday morning at shop opening the were completely done with it by 5:30 just double checking stuff the staff was knowledgeable caring willing to listen to me it turned out great I live a mile away from them I had a headache by the time I got home with it it was full volume I recommend going to them

I've been using this shop for a couple of years now. Logan and the team there do great work. They've recently done stereo work on two of my cars, and I'm looking forward to my next project, which is a big install on one of my vehicles plus a wrap.

Unfortunately, I've had to change my previous review due to what I've learned about the work done here on my vehicles from other places I've had to bring my vehicle to afterwards in order to find out what was going on. Now, to be fair, I have just been made aware that this place is under new management and has a new staff. I no longer live near Sacramento, but while I was there, I had brought my vehicle to a different store after experiencing many problems with the dashcam, as well as the amp and subs that I had had installed there. One place said that the wiring for the dashcam was all crazy. I had the dashcam company send new dashcams, but they all failed to work properly in my car. However, I had that same dashcam in 3 of my other vehicles, and none of the other ones ever had a problem. Those were installed here, but maybe it's a matter of which tech did the installations? I ended up getting a new dashcam and installation somewhere else, and I've had no more problems. I'm changing my previous review now because I just had a store try to transfer the system I had had installed from here into my brand new vehicle and was notified that the Rockford P3 subs I bought from here were mismatched. One was a 2 ohm sub, and the other was a 4 ohm sub. I bought them as a pair, so why were they mixed? Anyway, I'm sure things have changed for the better with the new management and staff. Hopefully. A lot of times, things change in a better direction when new management takes over. The change of my review is solely based on my experiences there from about a year ago.

Ramzy at West Coast is an awesome guy to work with. He is super helpful and professional. He worked me in same day for my Tesla to get a nice 3M Ceramic Tint. The installers did an amazing job and my car no longer looks like fish tank. Great service, fair prices, fast response. I always bring my rides here for them to do my sound system, alarm, and tint. Keep up the great work! See you soon for sound system on the Tesla.

I chose this place because the West Coast location that was near Texas Roadhouse in Elk Grove(now relocated) gave a wonderful experience when I had an Amp and Sub installed in my '18 Accord and I figured I would have a similar experience. Well I can say after almost 8 months, their installation of an Amp and sub in my '21(same as 18) Accord has had zero issues. My experience leading up to the finished installation wasn't stellar. Was quoted $200 over the phone, ended up paying $225. Was quoted a few hours when I dropped it off before going to work in the morning. When I arrived after 5pm it was not ready and had to wait about 20 minutes. It was a warm June afternoon and there was no AC in their showroom. Upon opening the trunk the sub let out a very loud bass tone. He said let me fix that real quick and I waited another 5-10 minutes. After finishing up I took possession of the car with great sounding bass and clean installation. Unfortunately after being distracted by the bass for a while I notice that my MPG on my current tank was reading 3.2mpg. It's a 1.5L engine and I don't have a lead foot by any means so it would be difficult to achieve that kind of MPG. My only conclusion after thinking back and remembering seeing that they were working on the car outside in the heat was that they were running the car for its AC ALL DAY. Not very professional is you ask me. The old location did the install in a few hours while I shopped.

Went to get my windows tinted here and remove the old one as well to have matching tints from same brand. First I ended up getting my windows all cut up front then removing the tint. They informed me they would replace the window with all the cut marks. It s been a week. Anytime we try to see or talk to the manager he seems to never be there. Working on the second one and not one person or even the manager gave a call for any type of update. The quality of the tint is not the best and over priced and the tint in the back even the brand new rolls were all over on the ground tossed around. The cutting machine they used to cut the tint cuts very jagged lines. I came here due to a recommendation just to have really bad service and a manager who seems to keep pushing this issue under the rug and never seems to be there when looking for an update.

Got tint on my car a few days ago and they do a great job! The front desk was super easy to work with, MJ was super chill. They got affordable deals, great quality, and flexible with scheduling. 100% would come back if I need anything else done to my car!

Had my car windows tinted and the job was done very well. I have no complaints, had the car ready in less than 4 hours and also tinted my 2 front windows for less than $70 with my Groupon offer. Will be upgrading my stereo with them soon

Bad experience . They took other customers before me. Unprofessional at the highest. I finally had to park and wait there so they could quit their lollygagging and get to Work!! Poor communication skills. Poor Management.

Very pleased with the customer service and quality work received for the stereo system installed in my Jeep. Staff was super courteous and very informative of everything. Would definitely recommend West Coast Audio.

Got my Bemmer secured with a Viper Alarm. Ricardo suggested a upgrade in which im very happy I did make that decision. Will come back for more work.

Jose if I could give you 10 STARS I would. Couldn t be happier with the sound of my car. He stayed late to get my system installed due to the fact that I live 2 hours away and needed my car for work. Full system with 3way components up front, 2ways in the back and a 12 for bass all hooked to factory deck. You can tell he took his time to do it right. Sounds clean and clear(no rattles). Keep up the good work. You have a customer for life. Plans for future installs already under way. Thank you once again.

Got a remote start and alarm system installed by west coast audio and tint. MJ at the front desk was very helpful in helping me decide which was the best option for my vehicle. Upon pickup I was given I was shown how the system works and some tips and tricks. Overall a really good experience

I had tints and my subwoofers put in on my audi. Did a great job even stayed late to make sure everything was working properly. Jack has great customer service he waited with me until they finished my car and even taught me a little bit about the equipment. Great and knowledgeable place to take your car too.

I hate to do this, one starMy stock amp got water damage, so I went in and said that I needed the closest amp to what I had originally.Not only that they installed wrong 4 chanel amp instead of 5 chanel, but they placed it in the same spot where the old one was, resulting in same water damage.Amp wasn't properly grounded, buttons were misaligned and panels were damaged. They didn't bother to install mic that came with head unit.Basically I wasted over 1000 dollars.
