I want to thank Sean for helping me out with my vehicle on an emergency basis. I highly recommend if you want a good deal on the tires please pay cash for it. You won t regret it! Not only that he found a discrepancy on the old tire that my vehicle may cause it to fail. Thanks Sean for being honest to your customers and the pricing as well!

So these guys are awesome.Great place for a quick used tire swap or to plug a tire. In out five minutes $20. Nice.

They overfilled my tire, had a blow out on the highway.I called and of course he denied it was them. He claimed they didn t put air in tire- before he looked up what services they provided. I asked him to confirm; after pulling a nail, they don t put air in the tire? He said they do. He then backtracked and claimed they only fill the tire to the limit posted on the door. (Thank you, as if I don t know where to look) So after asking for an explanation on why or how the tire he worked on magically exploded. He took the unprofessional way out and hung up. I obviously had to buy a new tire at a different location.

If you like sitting in a dirty un air-conditioned tire shop for shoddy workmanship and service then this might be your place. Definitely do not recommend this place. My first time and also last time coming to this place. Had them replace two tires and do an alignment. One of my tires was on a doughnut so I was desperate and didn't want to wait 3 hours at Les Schwab. Now I get why this place wasn't busy. After changing the tire they just threw the spare in the trunk didn't put it back in place like most professional tire places even though they were more expensive on their tire pricing. Upon leaving my tire light was still on no big deal they usually go off after driving for a bit . Once I got home after it still hadn't gone off I checked my tire pressure on my new tires and they were very low around 25 psi not at 36 where they should be. Has me questioning especially after looking at other reviews if they even really did my alignment.

So i needed new rims and tires for my baby stang,so i came in and they helped me get dope wheels and tires for a baller price!!,VERY SATISFIED with my purchase,the guys that work there did a fabulous job!,also they do a great job on alighnment to.

Kamran and the team at tires plus are super professional but also very welcoming and friendly. They give you a detailed breakdown of what needs to be fixed and why without making unnecessary repairs saving you time and money. They are a great neighborhood shop that you can count on!

Just did Alignment not good at all. I drive it in to freeway nothing as been changed on my car. I was told they re not even responsible for realignment . Like you buying something from private party and All sell are final, spending my money for nothing. Very rude customer service. inside office hot not even a cooler in this hot weather.For security I cross out customer copy.replaying to owner. You already ignore me when I was asked you about warranty. I don't think anyone can print fake someones picture on credit card , I don't mind to show my Real ID to proof my identity . I'm not going to this place any more. and well tell all my friends, family about this issue.

Yesterday went in due to both of my front tires needing attention. He aired them up and didn't charge me. He was so nice. Said if they lose pressure cone back and he can tell if they need patching or replaced.Definitely will return.

My visit was extremely fast and back on the road and it was or just about their closing time and they still got me taken care of, That's what I call doing your best for the customer!! I didn't require a lot just a simple balance of one rim and tire. I think that I had to wait a total of 20 mins start to finish. If your needing rims or just a check, or new/used tires this is the place to go!Thank you for your great service, I know the place isn't Glits and Glam but that's what keeps you original Much Appreciated, Keep up the awesome work you and the staff are doing!!

Huge thanks to Shawn the manager. Him and his team went above and beyond. I had 4 tires changed, new brakes/roters and wheel alignment. I was in and out in a quickly. I really like how upfront he was and didn t try to sell me something I didn t need. I m definitely coming back

Prices are good. I miss the previous owners. No public restroom. Problem with credit card reader, be prepared to pay cash.$25 to remove a nail in tire/patch. Fast.

I give them 5 stars because they deserve it!! I went in to get 4 new tires not only he pull out a chair and make me feel safe during this pandemic but also was personable. He even showed me the brand new tires he was putting on my car which he didnt have too. Definitely sending customers his way...

Don't waste your time with this business. I had a nail in my tire and they told me they couldn't fix the tire because, of the location of the nail. That I had to buy a new tire, so I bought a new tire from them. They took off my old tire put the new tire on and in the process of them doing this they scraped my rim all up. I bought my rims off of them 4 months ago brand new! I don't see why they couldn't have gave me a new rim. Instead they want to give me the runaround on having my rim fixed like a patch job on my rim, which I believe since I bought my rim brand new off of them four months ago and my rims were still new with no scratches they should have gave me a new rim and they did not want to this has just been a big headache for me. This is why I don't recommend you come here go to a business where they care about their customer because this place doesn't care about their customers.

Went in for a tire. Big mistake. This place has the worst customer service I've seen. They also are racist. They skip you & let other India race people go a head of you. They treat you like you are not welcome. DO NOT GO HERE

Outstanding service and great price on all 4 new tires on my truck. $420.00 out the door with mount and balance. And even put a spare tire on my rim at no cost. I highly recommend these guys. Great job!

Do not bring your car here! I brought my car in for new tires and they FORGOT TO BOLT MY TIRES ON. When I drove away, one of the new tires FLEW OFF MY CAR. I had to crash into a center divider to stop myself from crashing into the car in front of me. this resulted in numerous damages to my vehicle and the owner will not pay for damages! Because of the worker s negligence, this shop totaled my car and the only offer they gave me was to buy my car from me for half the cost of the damages done!I normally don t leave reviews, but I could have lost my life due to their negligence! I am relieved the tire that flew off my car did not strike a pedestrian. I am relieved I didn t have to crash into another vehicle. None of this would have happened if the mechanic had performed the simplest task of BOLTING MY TIRES ON!

Saturday around four pm we blew a tire on a pothole on Southport Blvd. 5pm tow truck finally arrives. Most tire places were either closed or closing. But these good people are open until 7!!! We got such lovely service from them! New tire + realignment for less than we expected. We have just one car, so being without it until sometime Monday would have been difficult. Thanks so much, guys, for being open late!

Great prices. Quick friendly service. If you need a quick used tire to hold you over definitely pay them a visit. Better prices on new tires than the big guys as well with faster, friendlier service.

I am done with this place! I will talk to my company the guy who works there is a lazy person! I stop by with a flat tire and he wants me to take the spare tire and he will just put it! Seriously he wants me to do the job and pay him! He needs some boots by the way! Who works with flip flops?

Had the worse day of my life. Got a flat tire while I was driving the freeway an thank to west sac tire an kamran for giving me great customer service an hooking me up with a great price for a tire. Turned my day around. I would recommend anyone one wants great service an also customer service to come her for tires. Thank you kamran

Great. Got a full set of nearly new Michelins for a Land Cruiser for $300 out the door. Saved me hundreds! Install took an hour and a half with several in front of me, not bad. Friendly people as well.
