Wets Coast Frame was very helpful when one of our work trucks needed immediate service in the Sac area. They got right on it and had my guy and truck back in the road with a new wheel bearing. We would highly recommend!

We don't post reviews much but, for these guys we have to say amazing from first contact on the phone directly with the head mechanic, Vern, to saying good bye. No one should go anywhere else if you have a motorhome and need an alignment. We first read another's RV'er review and decided to book an appointment, Vern said get here at 7am on Monday we'll get started. We pulled in the driveway right at 7am, Vern was in the garage door waving us over to him. From the first few words we knew we made the right choice, Vern had us feeling right at home and allowed us to stay with the coach during the alignment. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, explained the entire job as he went about the work. Two test drives on the freeway, he swapped RF with LF to solve a slight right hand pull, no one does that. He even looked for an air leak we had and fixed that too while under the coach. Job completed at 11am hand shake good bye and away we went. West Coast Frame restored my faith in humanity and let me know there is still skilled technicians with honor and dignity out there. I brought in my 2009 Monaco Dynasty, tag axle motor home. I ve been fighting a steering noise for the better part of three years and have had numerous shops look for the problem. It took Vern Heffington, West Coast alignment specialist, less than 4 hours to locate, diagnose and FIX the problem. Upon paying my bill I was so pleased with the amount, which also included the wheel alignment, I felt compelled someway to reward Vern for his diligent and expert help which he refused. In this day and age you do not run into the caliber of people like Vern and others at West Coast Frame.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The shop repaired the bent frame on my travel trailer. The repairs included reinforcement that made the frame stronger than new. They also took care not to puncture the plastic liner that covers the underside of the trailer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Darren is a real experienced pro when it comes to Freightliner XC-R front end alignments! One year ago he aligned our 2017 Thor Tuscany XTE 36MQ Diesel Motorhome. It went in with a hard pull to the right and now has zero pull and is very stable and straight! Highly recommended for RV alignment issues. I needed to get a boom section from a Crane straightened .My only chagrin was that it did take 7 weeks to get the job done. That said, they are extremely busy a sign of quality, if you ever go to this shop you will find they are an exceptionally professional company. They have the workmanship and the equipment to do serious repairs or modifications to large trucks and equipment.

Complete front end inspection , re-balance and center steer wheels and align caster, camber and toe and rear axles too. .4 hours. Excellent results. Found X Line Michelins were actually not perfectly round. Who knew?

Took our Tiffin Motorhome there due to rear alignment issue (known on Freightliner XC Chassis) they fixed that, did a 4 wheel alignment. Wow... Such a huge difference. Darren knows his stuff... Highly recommend!!! While it was there they also installed MCU's and a Bell Crank.

We had a semi that needed a new hood and paint to match. Randy and his crew did an incredible job in matching the paint. He did a few things to spruce it up that I was not expecting, but it really made my experience with them GREAT. Highly Highly recommend them for your collision repair.

I have a 41ft Montana 5th wheel trailer this is the only place that has the capacity to align my axles camping world couldn't nor a Lodi shop Yes good service thank you very much good price.

I read the previous post and could not disagree more with the poster. Apparently he doesn't understand the repair process. I have had work done at West Coast and found Randy and the whole staff to be very professional and fair. They explained fully what needed to be done and pointed out items I was not aware of. There is a reason the shop is busy, and it is not because of dishonesty. There is always some misinformed (+@^&3$673) that doesn't know squat and tries to destroy someone's hard work with their bull. You can rest assured that a quality repair at a fair price is always done at West Coast Frame.

This shop has the attitude like they are the star of the shops in Sacramento area , which means they will never have time to talk about estimates, and will never call you back as promised.

Fast service. Professional. Bit pricey but if you want it done right first time it s cheaper in the long run by not having to redo it over and over again. Do it once do it right.
